Really sad this location closed. Service was friendly and fast. $ 6 for 2 pizza slices and a drink. So sad :(

The calzone i had in the picture was not from scratch, and I could really tell that when eating it. The employees and the service were fine, though. I was in the food court, and I think this place is now closed. I just tried calling now, and there is a voice prompt saying the number is no longer in service.

Joes pizza in the century city food court had the shortest line. Pepperoni pizza was thin crust and just ok. Garlic knots weren’t heated and were a little stale. Was a cheap combo: a slice plus five garlic knots and a fountain drink for $ 6.50 plus tax. Cheap and quick and the only pizza but I still won’t go back.

The service was not good at all but the food was good. This place is by the food court. They have pizza and pasta. Service-2 Pizza and pasta-4

The standard pizza choice in this upscale food court. The pizza is pretty good, with flavorful sauce and plenty of toppings. The Garlic Knots are also a must, and get extra to share with your friends! I love a good price, especially in comparison to much higher prices literally a few feet away. However, I can’t give more than three stars because of the service. The cashiers here are rude, uninterested, and just plain sloppy about their handling of food and utensils. This really ruins the experience, and I simply tend to skip over this place as an option because I don’t want to deal with the poor service.

Really great, crispy thin New York style mall pizza! Just a touch better than Pizza My Heart! Thin, decent selection and some dry condiments people«in the know» enjoy! I guess I need to go to one of their bigger outlets to have more of the selection and service and maybe better quality too some others have mentioned.

Joe’s pizza has taken a slide over the past few years and has lost it’s taste. Their pizza is still better than average but it’s missing the fresh out of the oven taste. Yeah it’s reheated again but something else has affected the taste. I’ve been going to Joe’s pizza for well over a decade, starting with the one in Santa Monica, however I’m not sure if they’re related, at least not anymore. I heard it transferred owners a few years back and since then the taste has changed. The pizza in SM seems to be always being made. This location has to be ready to serve up their pizza’s and other food quickly. It’s a food court so it has to be fast. However it appears that more often than not the pizza is cooked way in advanced and sits for longer than it should. Joe’s in SM is in a high traffic area and they seem to have a better system to make sure the pizza and the garlic balls are fresh and hot. Customer service has never been there but still they’re not rude. The employees seem unhappy to work there. I’ve been there a dozens times(not represented by my check in) and only once did I ever meet a employee that was friendly. I don’t think the owners and manager care. 3 stars is a good rating but to be fair in comparison to like pizzerias 3 is fair. It’s still worth a slice but don’t expect anything exceptional.

The pizza is good, I normally stop by here when I am in Santa Monica, but sometimes it’s not super fresh, that why I am only giving it 4 stars. I love New York Style pizza, but they have yet master the crust… I don’t know, maybe it’s just something in the water in NY that makes their pizza and bagels so good. I like that I normally can grab a slice and be in an out super quick, and they have great prices as well.

Delicious huge slices. Favorites were the veggie and the white pizza. Good salad too.

Is this like the sbarros of the shopping center? Has to be cause the pizza is the bare minimum of pizzas. Large slices though which is great but not a lot of flavor. Pizza is dry yet oily and the sauce isn’t quite there. Had both the cheese and the pepperoni. Both average af but what do you expect. Bare minimum. Glad the prices are cheap. Solid place to get a real quick bite.

This location is housed in the Westfield Century Mall food court on the 2nd floor, which has a nice variety of fast food choices. Pizzas are available for purchase whole or by the slice. The prices are not cheap, but for a fast food option in a mall, it’s not bad. They do have a special deal — 2 pieces of cheese pizza and a fountain soda for $ 6. Normally, one piece of pizza alone will cost $ 3(toppings cost extra), so you are basically getting the soda for free. The pizza itself was better than I anticipated. The crust is very thin and the sauce is flavorful. tip — this is a good place to grab a quick bite before seeing a movie at the AMC Theatre just steps away.

1 star = Service 1 star = pizza The pizza is just ok… Where I have a problem and don’t appreciate, is the service, it REALLY sucks, no appreciation for a customer whatsoever nor acknowledgement. You guys is what makes a business or break it, and the crack is getting bigger, so I wouldn’t be surprised if falls apart and you’re out of jobs.

This was the«Go To» option considering the prices of everything in LA… Big NY slices, but the crust was a tad bland. Thanks for helping me with the 5yo son. He loved it, but it was just ok with me.

It’s Nu-Yawk style pizza, and I’m from Chicago, which means I already think that big slice, flat, crusty stuff is going to be nasty, BUT… it was decent. It’s kind of no-frills pizza by the slice.

i’m SUCH a huge fan of joe’s pizza. i’ve been to the one in LA and the one in NYC and just love both. the thin crunchy crust is something i crave all the time. i really like that you can buy it by the slice, the menu selection is bomb and the service is fast. haven’t had anything other than the pizza but REALLY recommend this place.

Saw someone else walking around with a delicious looking meatball hero earlier in the week, and finally figured out that it was from Joe’s. For $ 7.99, you can get a footlong hero with meatball, chicken, sausage or eggplant. What’s even better is that you can opt for the combo that comes with a side salad and soda for only $ 8.99. The bread was pizza quality, and the meatballs, marinara, and cheese were all tasty. I consider this my secret find in the food court because you rarely see people order this.

Great pizza, great prices, and excellent service! I am a pizza snob and this is, BYFAR, the best in town! I’m glad I work in the mall and can enjoy it everyday!

I asked the guy how the pasta was. He replied«its pasta» basically saying it sucks. I said ok what’s else do you have I’m those cases? He responds with a pssff. As we are in a food court where everyone is handing out samples and that the guy basically said«the pasta sucks», I then ask May a sample it? Again psfff we don’t do samples. Now I get the whole east coast authentic attitude but then again the guys at the other Joes are cool. So I said to myself, nope he’s just giving me attitude. I do a check to make sure, call him out on it by saying«Hey why are you busting my balls» (Mind you I’m born and raised beach la guy). He responds with a scoffing attitude . Busted. You suck at customer service and your trying to ruin my expieriance. Guess what pal. I’m Unilocaling it!

Absolutely the most rude employees I have encountered in quite some time. They should be fired and reminded this is a tough economy and grateful that I just paid 3.25 for a slice of cheese pizza.

***This Joe’s is definitely not as good as the standalone locations in Santa Monica and West Hollywood, but the pizza here is decent, crispy and hot(maybe too greasy though)*** Westfield Century City’s food court looks nice, but the options are not that great. Several places have come and gone and this Joe’s just opened(a Which Wich and a Fatburger are coming soon). I like the first LA Joe’s in Santa Monica(the original location is in New York). The West Hollywood location is also decent – it is bigger than the Santa Monica location but not better. This location has a similar menu as the Santa Monica location though the variety of pizza-by-the-slice was not that great. The pizzas on display were also not that attractive. The pizza was okay though. The pizza was crispy and hot. I liked the flavors of the sauce and the cheese too. The pizza was greasy though – even more greasy with a topping like pepperoni. Service was quick and fine. Prices were not too bad, but I think the pizza might be a tad more expensive than the Santa Monica location though I have not been to the Santa Monica location in a very long time. I might give this Joe’s another shot, but given the look of the pizzas on display here, I am a little worried about quality control. Also, the greasiness of the pizza here might not make it the best spot for a quick bite before shopping or a movie at this mall’s AMC. The Century City Mall(Westfield Century City), which has its own underground parking structure. Parking is free for the first 3 hours.
