Good food, hot just how I like it. The Resturant is very clean and friendly. The service is great and ingredients are very fresh. The drink is tastes very good. The price is very reasonable.

ZOMG so my work catered lunch from here and of course no one eats the pickled/veggies which means MOREFORME. WHEEE. Ya’ll don’t even know what you’re missing out on. Oh my gosh. So good and creative for bibimbap! The edamame, garbanzo beans, pickled veggies, and kale additions are awesome. I am going to do that at home. It’s delicious, actually nutritious, and great for all non-meat eaters/meat eaters alike. Yum! Better than Chipotle b/c they do not use so much oil in their veggie sides and do not use it in their rice(unlike chipotle that puts oil in everythinggggg ugh).

Venue This location is inside the Century City Mall; therefore, there is this huge(confusing) parking structure. I worked at this mall, when I was in high school; still I have lost my car numerous times in this parking structure. I decided to rush to the mall after work to get my boyfriend’s gift. I was walking around and it felt as if I was going to get blown away by a tornado(not that I’ve ever been in a tornado). Anyway, back to Bibigo. I decided head indoors for food. I found Bibigo, which is located in the renovated, beautiful, food court. There is plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor, so there’s no need to worry about that. Food It’s sort of a build your own for bibimbap. I went with the classic instead of the hot stone. In retrospect, I should have gone with the hot stone because it was so windy. I chose a brown rice as the base, added bean sprouts and organic tofu. While all the sauces looked good, I went with the sesame sauce. There are some extra toppings you can add, like fried egg for you vegetarians/ovotarians. My meal tasted so fresh and it was light. No one wants to feel greasy and heavy after a meal, right? Service Thumbs up on the service here! The person helping me explained how the ordering process worked and provided me with suggestions based on what I told him I liked.

For food court food, this was great. My mom and I both got beef bowls, but I chose to upgrade to the hot stone bowl. Believe me, when they say it’s hot, it’s hot. My food was still steaming when I put the last bite into my mouth. Only a small portion of the rice got crispy, however, but the part that did harden up was perfect. I ordered pretty much all the veggies and got the brown rice, so I’m going to pretend that my meal was healthy. We were both fans of our quick dinner and would get the same thing on another visit.

Bibi-NO I won’t go back till they bring back broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc. I was so excited to have lunch here since I haven’t in a while… but so disappointed when I saw that half the menu items were gone. Such a bummer. Ps. What the heck is that bean mix? Who decided that was better than Brussel Sprouts… cmon now.

This used to be one of my favorite spots to go on a regular basis. At least once a week, I brought all my friends and my family, the staff even knows me there. They have recently made some changes to their menu, which I and my friends and I have overheard others tell them are bad changes(I see many others are saying the same thing here on Unilocal). I think it’s a management problem honestly. When something is working really well, your business is super busy and your customers are happy, don’t change the things that make them come back… ESPECIALLY when they tell you repeatedly they are not satisfied! In all honesty, I have cut down eating there from 6 – 8 times a month to once last month. I’ve actually found a couple new places I really like now. Management, I am talking directly to you now: Keep the new fill your bowl policy, bring back the popular options(such as broccoli and black rice as examples), keep 6 – 7 options that never change(broccoli, kale, asian slaw, garbanzo beans, kimchi, onions, brussel sprouts) and have 3 – 4 veggi options that change seasonally. Also, the staff is very nice at this location, but the managers need to improve their customer service skills(I have to be honest, you guys aren’t very friendly and you should be, especially to regular customers). I own a business in the food industry. Trust me, I don’t see a good future for this business and that makes me sad because I really really like it and want to see it do well. If you make the changes I suggest and invite me back to try it again, I promise I will gladly change this review and go back to being a regular customer!

OMGLET’S HAVEBIBIGO!!! That’s what I would say 2 – 3 times a week for probably one year. I was obsessed with Bibigo in the Century City Mall. I loved their service, the customization, the hot bowls(I like to have my food hot until the last bite) and the light food. Everything was perfect! I would bring my friends their, my family and my husband even had his birthday dinner there(I know a birthday dinner at a food court in a mall is pretty crazy but he was obsessed with the food) But slowly and slowly we experienced changes. Changes in their employees and in their management. You would not come for a week and they have a complete new team of staff. The employees need to be trained over and over again. The manager is annoyed and people are lining up. The worst part was when they changed their veggie options. They took out broccoli, chick peas comes only in a bean+corn mix(I hate that combination), onions and bell peppers. And the ingredients taste different. I feel like the quality declined. My euphoria for Bibigo is officially offline. :(

I’m Korean so i know what authentic bibimbap should taste like. That said, i think bibigo gets it very close. Normally Koreans wouldn’t put broccoli or brussel sprouts in their bibimbaps so that was new but it was honestly really tasty. I got brown rice, all their veggies, tofu, no fried egg, and the sesame sauce. I give them two thumbs up for how they dressed their kimchi. Although its slightly sweeter than traditional korean kimchi, the tangy taste really makes everything else in the bowl go together. I love that I can go totally vegetarian & vegan here :) With brown rice and veggies, this is probably one of the healthiest meal options in this food court.

They just got rid of the entire menu! No black rice, no mushrooms, no Brussels sprouts, plus about ten other items… gone! My bowl was pathetic looking and did not have the same great taste. There used to be huge lines. Why do this? I doubt they will do as well now. When I complained to the manager, he just said, «seasonal change.» We will come here once in a blue moon now.

I tried something new tonight with my foodies as a Leap Year’s Celebration dinner… and was quite pleased with the outcome! Bibigo is like a Korean Chipotle! You pick your grains first: Egg Noodle Rice Kimchi Rice(HIGHLYRECOMMEND) I ordered half egg noodle/half kimchi rice. Then you pick your veggies and toppings: Bean Noodle Cabbage Carrots Bean Salad and many other choices Then you pick your meat: Chicken Bulgogi Meat(HIGHLYRECOMMEND) Tofu Spicy Pork Then you pick your sauce: Hot and Spicy Sesame(HIGHLYRECOMMEND) and a couple other sauce dishes Then you can have it all on a normal plate or hot stone! The hot stone is hot bowl that remains sizzling with Bibigo’s special plate technology. After tonight, all I can say is Bibigo is a Go-Go! Happy Leap Year’s 2016 –Arash P. S. Please open a Bibigo in the Valley soon! Preferably Sherman Oaks or Van Nuys area. it would be great for the growth of your business.

I really enjoyed my kimchi rice bowl! You can totally get all of the flavors and textures of Korean BBQ in a quicker more«takeout friendly» bowl. They had a good selection of meats, toppings, and sauces. The only thing I felt was missing there was a greater variety of banchan. They had bean sprouts and kimchi but that’s about it. Other than that though the bulgogi was so delicious as well as the kimchi and bean sprouts. Great flavor and crunch. Luckily my sister works near this place so I’ll definitely be going back. :)

Fantastic food court option, Bibigo was the first place I wanted to try here. While service was lacking and the portions are really small for the price, I did enjoy the flavors and love the concept! I had a bowl with kimchi, brussel sprouts and roasted peppers, they really only give you a tablespoon of each, a shame really. I didn’t love any of their meats, but the pork was the best, even though a bit spicy, it was ok. I’ll have to come back and get a bigger bowl next time, or better the bibimbap, because the flavors were really fantastic!

I ordered the kimchi fried rice with black rice and bulgolgi with an egg on top. The service is super quick and easy. This was my first time here since I didn’t want anything else at the mall. Extra vegetables cost money! They didn’t tell me this and I ended up getting two more vegetables which increased the price, ugh, as if this place isn’t already overpriced. It’s pretty cool that this dish comes in a hot stone, however, the food is pretty basic. The kimchi was the only thing that I could taste because the proportions were so off. I couldn’t even finish it because I was getting tired of the kimchi. I’d much rather go to a KBBQ place instead of coming here for my Korean fix, but I’m sure that’s pretty obvious.

The set up inside was nice, Beautiful outside seating area, great for people watching(like in France) lol jk. I ordered the lunch box, with a drink paid about $ 9 and change, very good, I loved the kimchi, I chose tofu and beef, odd mix I know, over all it was a delicious experience in my mouth and it was fun! Try it!

One of the better places in the CC food court. Their bowls are good and quite large. Very reasonable for the amount you get. If you are starting with rice or noodles get a hot stone bowl. I just stated mine with a salad underneath. One thing was I would have like the beef a little hotter. Get a couple of the sauces on the side and add them while you eat. I will be back.

Wow! Just finished the tastiest bibimbap I’ve ever had! I never thought I’d find something like this in a foodcourt. I got the meatlovers bibimbap with spicy pork and bulgogi beef and egg on top. I wanted veggies added so I paid an extra $ 1.50 for brussel sprouts, bean sprouts, onions and peppers. All worth it especially with the generously poured sesame sauce. Yum! Also tried the new sejun rice smoothie. Interesting, refreshing flavor. I just think it should be named something else though. The«rice» in my drink kinda threw me off.

Korean inspired meat and veggies in a bowl, I like the Bibigo concept. But, not a quite a fan to give it 4.0 stars. I won’t be running back. I opted for the Hot Stone, which is nicely presented in a stone/metal bowl atop a wood tray. Problem is, it smells of stank wood. Of course, I have a better than average sniffer. Spicy pork was, by far, the best option I tasted ahead of bulgogi beef and garlic chicken. But think orange chicken; fried and sweet. Egg noodles and thin; didn’t taste freshly made. With an egg, pickled asian slaw, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, and sesame sauce.($ 8.95 hot stone + $ 2 protein + $ 1 egg + tax = $ 13.03, 3.5 stars). Probably, too expensive for a food court.

3 stars?! I really like this place for a mall food court spot! I think my standards are significantly lowered by virtue of its location, haha. But regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would come back for exactly the same bowl. 1) Choose your bowl: regular rice, hot stone for a bit more $, and I think a low-carb version. I just went with a regular bowl since I don’t like the burnt/toasty rice bits that get stuck in my teeth. 2) Choose your rice: the black rice was fantastic with a nice texture, not mushy, and not too toothsome 3) Pick 4 veggies: really liked the broccoli and Brussels sprouts, both of which are tossed with a bit of sesame oil, and the kimchi and Asian slaw 4) Choose your protein: loved the pork… tender and flavorful and a little spicy 5) Sauce it up: we went for the spicy kohot sauce and it was awesome. The bowl had a great balance of texture with the meat, rice, and crunchy veggies, and the mix of warm meat/rice and cool veggies/slaw also created a nice temperature contrast. Lots of perfect bites — didn’t want my bowl to end!

I got back from Aruba and craved Korean food. I know this place isn’t authentic Korean by any means but it got the job done for many reasons: 1) close so I didn’t have to go through any LA traffic 2) in a food court so I didn’t have to pay tip 3) though they are missing some ingredients, they have the essentials(kimchee and the egg) so I was okay with this 4) if you go during dinner time, food court is empty so you won’t have issues finding seats 5) I walk here so didn’t have to pay for parking My husband got chipotle. I stole some of his chips and ate it with my bibimbap and it was delicious! If you think about it, bibimbap is a Korean version of the chipotle burrito bowl so it worked. For those of you that enjoy your food hot, I highly recommend the dolsot. I personally can’t eat hot food so I had to wait forever for my food to cool down. But all in all, this place is a great value. $ 10~ for dolsot. Comes with meat, healthy veggies, yummy sauce, no hassle, no tip, quick ordering. Seriously can’t go wrong. I wish they had all the traditional Korean ingredients though, I don’t see why they wouldn’t.

It’s like a Korean version of Chipotle or Subway. You choose the ingredients as they create your custom bowl. The food is delicious & fresh. I tried the hot stone bowl, but if you are in a hurry, get the regular bowl — the hot bowl keeps the food REALLY hot. You choose your protein, your rice, your veggie, and sauce.
