The staff here was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond. It paid off for them, we purchased three pair of jeans.
Parking at this mall can be a pain. It will limit my visits.
The jeans are excellent. I can not give the fifth star because of cost, but their sales do help.

I love this store and Cesar Castro really helped me find great jeans that fit my body and I’m a forever fan of the jeans, they are good quality and so comfortable aside from that they awesome selections of T-​shirts, button downs and the jackets are awesome too. I gave it a 5 star because of great customer service and the quality of the clothes you get for your money. Woo hoo This is my store!

What kind of clothing store doesn’t take returns? Oh wait… this one doesn’t. Exchanges only, no store credit etc. With so many other high-​quality clothing stores in and beyond Century City, I don’t feel like I’m missing out on much by not going back. My boyfriend and I were in there yesterday to return a jacket he received as a gift and upon discovering the no return policy he said, «Oh that’s really strange.» And this little twenty-​something guy with no hair breezed by and replied, «Actually it really isn’t…» In a really bitchy tone of voice and he wasn’t the salesperson we were originally talking to. When I worked in retail, I kept my bad temper to myself in order to prevent a situation like this from happening (i.e. bad review of the entire store). I’m sorry, the clothes are pretty good but I really hate people who act like that, plus the no return policy… so not worth it.

I love the jeans, BUT, they dont take returns.
I rather go to a department store to buy jeans with a better return policy so incase I dont love them when I get home I am not stuck with them which is exactly what happened.

I tried to buy William Rast Savoy Jeans online so I wouldnt have to drive to the actual store. Bad idea! The jeans I got from Amazon were defective and they were NOT on sale either! I made the trip to this William Rast in Westfield Century City Mall and am SOOOO glad I did! There are so many jeans to choose from and I got lucky and had the best sales assistant helping me! Her name is Lisa – definitely ask for her as she is so honest and helpful. She knew exactly what pairs I should try on and helped me decide which ones looked the best and were worth buying. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it because they are good quality and very flattering. I love my new jeans!
I hate to drive, but will be back to see Lisa soon! :)

How can I NOT write a review for this store?! After all, I’ve admittedly had a crush on Justin Timberlake (this is his store, in case you didn’t know) since I was in middle school. That was the immediate draw!
But…once I stepped in, I realized the jeans really ARE superb! Sure, they cost around $ 300 – 400 for ONE pair, but they are totally worth it for the way they enhance all the best features of your body. They also sell t-​shirts and all kinds of other trendy LA style clothing. There’s a little too much flannel for my taste, but it’s still all good.
I LOVE THIS STORE. AND I LOVE JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. :)

I think I might have just fell in love with the south…
Bought a pair of WR jeans and they fit like an angel so I decided to go visit the store. I love the music and the style of the staff there… I tried on a pair of leggings with a wash name «Route 66».
Alone with Bourbon, William Rast makes Tennesse looks good…

The service here was pretty good. I forgot the name of the person who was helping me, but he was really helpful in finding sizes and styles I was looking for. I previously had a pair of William Rast that I bought from Neiman’s, and I think the cut of their denim is really good. One thing I didn’t like is how their denim is now made in Mexico (The one I bought from Neiman’s was made in the USA): Why should the cost be the same for something made much more cheaply? I didn’t realize it until I checked when I got home, but oh well. I guess the more important thing was that the jeans looked great.
