Sandwiches are good and made wth quality ingredients, but a bit overpriced compared to Subway and other franchise sandwich shops. The customer service is really great. Super friendly and helpful to those who are visiting the store for the first time. The location is not the greatest, as this plaza in Los Feliz has a lot of sketchy characters loitering around.

The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Love this location! Parking on the upper level of this shopping center can be a huge pain– don’t waste your time searching and waiting for a spot there and just park on the underground level instead. There is an single elevator that will take you up right next to the frame store which is only a couple doors down from Jersey Mike’s!

I had the sorriest excuse of an «Original» Philly cheesesteak here.
The meat/​cheese/​veggies only covered half of my sandwich. The taste was so unoriginal. I’m not really sure what I was expecting when I ordered it.
I still prefer their subs over subway. It’s much more delicious and filling. The only think keeping this place a 4 star for me is their subs. They’re darned good. I recommend the Italian.
If you want a philly, this is not the place.

I had Jersey Mike’s cater my birthday picnic over the weekend and I was very impressed. When calling to ask questions before placing my order the gentleman answered all of my questions and even gave me ideas of enhancing my picnic. When I sent my husband in to pick up the sandwiches there wasn’t any problem and they were ready when expected. I always loved Jersey Mike’s and I’m thrilled to know that catering with them is so easy and affordable!

Avoid avoid avoid. If you really just have to have Jersey Mike’s, go to the Sunset/​Vine location. I’ve been here twice, the first time I ordered 2 sandwiches. The first sandwich was incorrectly prepared & the second sandwich sat on the counter behind the register because no one knew who it belonged to, although they were training a bunch of new people so it was understandable. Second visit (last nigh) they’re training a new group of people. I ordered 2 sandwiches & a wrap. The person taking my order repeats my order correctly then repeats my order correctly to the trainees. First sandwich (regular 13) fine, second sandwich (regular 56) for some reason has chipotle mayo on it, I didn’t request that, and the Baja chicken wrap that I did order was instead a buffalo chicken wrap. I know it’s a bunch of minor things, but it still reflects poorly on the constant training of new people and the people training them.

I had seen that this Jersey Mikes had replaced the previous Quiznos a couple months ago and decided to try this location out today. First off, the restaurant has been remodeled and has a welcoming vibe to it. The Quiznos was always dimly lit and never had anyone inside of it. Next, the food lives up to the Jersey Mikes quality. Fresh ingredients, tasty bread, and plenty options for a side.

I’ll give a 5 Star out for this one. Been here twice now and the service is amazing! Everyone is cheerful and want’s to go out of their way to help you. The last time I was there I was dressed as an elf, but that’s another story. All of us were laughing and having a good ol time really feeling the Christmas Spirit!
The food tastes so fresh. I even tried it the special way (I don’t usually like the vinegar sauces) and it was a nice change! And the portions for each size are awesome too! This aint your typical sandwich shop!

I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s already, having gone to a few locations over the past couple years. The HW/​Western store is no exception to the awesome service and great sandwiches I’m used to. Incredibly friendly and upbeat staff (my biggest pet peeve in retail/​restaurants is sourpuss or gossipy workers, none of that here). The owner was on site at my last visit and was very friendly. So happy to have one on my drive home, makes for a great easy dinner. I will be coming for my #8 often!

I love that there is a Jersey Mike’s near me. Being from the East Coast I sure do enjoy a good ol’ sub. When I walked into the store I was thrown off my the bright interior, really welcoming environment and the smiles of the employees. Right away I knew that this is why I’ve been a fan of JM for so long. This food, the smiles, the vibe.
I ordered the #9 (5⁄5): Roast beef (cooked in store fresh everyday), turkey, swiss and bacon. I also opted for Mike’s Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. I got a side of the spicy relish and added banana peppers.
I got a bag of Salt and Vinegar chips and a drink. I was using a coupon that came to my apartment.
Overall the service was awesome, the food sliced fresh is awesome, the vibe is dope. Parking sucks a bit but just don’t be in a rush. Love this welcomed addition to the East Hollywood community!

Good place to get your sandwich fix! The workers here are very friendly and are always smiling! I got the «Giant» size Reuben and it was well prepared. I would definitely come back again.
