Burger King

The biscuit to my sausage wasn’t edible at all. unless I wanted a broken tooth! The sausage to my biscuit wasn’t even warm! Let’s not even get started on the other things I ordered. I know it’s Burger King, but it just saddens me because some people think that serving food any kind of way is okay.

I’ve probably eaten at this location for more than 7 years. I was a BK addict during my childhood years and ate regularly here after school. The food is great but unfortunately their not always made fresh. It really is luck on whether or not you’ll get a freshly made one or a very dry and hard one, the fries however are always perfect but depending on the person they may drown it with salt. A couple times though the soda fountain has broken or is really watered down. Like the coke I got literally had 85% water and 15% of coke. Just terrible. The service is great though and the manager is extremely friendly. The inside is very clean and their never slow with preparing and taking orders. The drive through is alright, occasionally it’s a little slow when their dealing with a lot of customers inside. Despite all this though I’d still come here for a quick bite when I can.

I rarely eat fast food. Establishments like this help me realize why. BK just lowers the standards of the area. This could be a great neighborhood for families and community. If only Roy Choi would replace this lease with his LocoL brand.

Has no customer restrooms. a little dirty… homeless just chilling inside… would come here again… ketchup area disgusting…

Awful. The drive thru was messy. The person at the intercom simply said «…huh?» when I placed my order. I ordered the deluxe whopper with bacon and there was definitely none on there, but what WAS on there was about half a gallon of mayo, dripping out of every side. Excess mayo to the point that I couldn’t just scrape it off, the entire sandwich was soggy and falling apart and I ended up throwing it away. Way to ruin dinner. Ugh.

Why is this Burger King always out of stuff? I’ve gone to my share of fast-​food places in my time, and it’s very rare that I’m told they are out of what I want to order. I’ve gone to this Burger King probably ten times over the years, and every time they are out of what I want. The staff generally seems oblivious as to what good customer service is, and why anyone would be upset at the inconvenience of being denied a basic order.
It seems clear that this franchise is cutting corners.

My fish sandwich was hard and very dry (see photos). I made the mistake of having dinner here, big mistake on my part. I’m upset because this place could care less about quality and service. The bun was even hard and tasted like it had been sitting out since yesterday.
Listening to the customers order goes a long way. No wonder why sales are plummeting. The service here sucks! It’s so annoying. They can’t even get a drink order correct. Oh and I forgot to mention the fries were undercooked. I will not even bother going back because I’ll only be disappointed again. RIP Burger King! You’re not the same anymore. Time to let you go… I think I’ll need a support group because I’m so confused and saddened by the lack of care. Maybe the owners of this prize location will get it together or be forced to turn into a Starbucks! Either way, take note and do some due diligence if you wish to stay open. I’ve been visiting this location for 18 years and it’s never been this bad. Time to change ASAP

Super slow service. Inpolite staff.

This location should be avoided at all costs. I’ve been going here for years and the service was never bad but it wasn’t great either and I know it’s a tough area and I’m sure that it’s stressful to work there but I work in the area as well so it can be done. I went and had a gift card that had 7.93 on it and ordered my food the total was 6.73 and the clerk tells me there’s nothing on it and I explain to him that I know there’s money on it and he tells me okay I believe you because you always come in. He gets his manager she scans my card and tells me no nothing and she’s seen me for years I’ve never been a problem and I’ve paid plenty of times with cash or debit. She than manually types in the card and it prints up a slip saying balance unavailable at this time. So I tell her okay well your computers are down im guessing she than tells me nope they’re fine and I don’t know what to tell you. That’s it and not a single care to help someone who has been coming here for years. I than go online check my balance and it shows up online that I have 7.93 and I go up there and show it to them even hand them my phone she than calls her boss who just tells her to give me 10 nuggets and so she gets off the phone and tells me I don’t know but I’m going to give you 10 nuggets. I decline and she says they’re free I won’t charge you and I decline again because I’m not trying to get free food out of this I have a gift card and that shouldn’t mean I get treated like I’m any less and it’s not as if I was told hey I’m sorry our computers are not working the best I can do is offer you 10 nuggets for the inconvenience of all this. Instead I was embarrassed and treated as if I was trying to get free food when I’ve been coming here for years and most employees know me there and that’s the treatment id hate to see how everyone else gets treated

So lunch at work was just FUCKEN terrible. I went to BK cause I just love their spicy crispy chicken jr on the dollar menu and that’s all I ever get. So I went to order and the cashier said ok that’s $ 5.45 and I was like ?? Wat? She said it’s a 2 for 5. And I was still thinking even if it’s 2 for 5 they only cost a dollar. And then I double checked. I asked her «u are charging me for 2 of the $ 1 spicy crispy chicken jr right?» And she said yes while she double looked at her screen. And she didn’t even give me my receipt. So I said «ok» like in trusting ur ass cause this is my lunch time. And it was taking so long I was like wtf is going on. So she called out my order 2 spicy crispy chickens. And I got my food and went back to eat at work. By the time I got all settle turned on YouTube and sat down and relaxed I had 20 mins left of lunch. So u was rushing lol as soon as I took it out of the bag the fucken wrap said fish sandwich! WTF! Seriously WTF! I was so pissed of because it was so nasty I’ll never touch that!!! She charged me for fucken fish sandwiches. How do u get fish sandwiches from spicy chicken?!! I was so pissed I called them told them «I’m pissed that ur cashier got my order wrong, that cashier needs to listen more and stop checking out loser guys, and she didn’t wen give me my receipt, and u guys just wasted my lunch so I have nothing to eat and I’ll be starving till I’m off work and so I want my money back. Why would I order fish wen I always come in and order 2 spicy crispy chickens I even know how much they cost they cost $ 2.18 and that with tax. So go ahead pull up that order and tell me I’m right?» the manager was just like «OMG I am so sorry about this. And yes ur are correct it is $ 2.18 for 2. please come in wen u can and we’ll give u ur money back even if u don’t have a receipt.» I’m so glad the manager understood my problem. So I have her my first and last name and told her I will be coming by around 7 – 7:30−8 ish because that’s around my lunch time. And once again she apologized.

I would give this place a no star review if I could. First off I waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without a «hello» or a «be right with you,» completely ignored. I finally give them my order and get to the window only to have them ask me to repeat my order again. Here we are 15 minutes later finally getting handed the bag. Seeing as how I haven’t received even mediocre service by this time I had a gut instinct to double check the order. Lo and behold the sandwich was made wrong! Needless to say I went in and demanded my money back. I’ll never come back here again.

Usually come here for weekend breakfast or the next morning hangover chicken sandwich. Its always good, except this morning when I got home and bit into my sausage egg and cheese crossant… it tasted like it had been cooked on a backyard grill that hadn’t been cleaned since last year. The sausage was charred for some reason. I know they flame grill their burgers, but the sausage too? That’s overkill BK.

The service here is horrible. I will not be returning again. My ordee was completely wrong. I would’ve taken it back but I went through the drive thru. So unfortunately I didn’t discover their mistake until I had arrive home. When I called to complain, no one answered the phone. I was not going to get my son back in the car to go back and deal with this incompetence. It’s not that hard to organize and get orders correctly. Again I will NEVER be returning to this or any ither Burger King.

Burger King. What happened to you? You used to have your own style of chicken nuggets and fries, and I loved that you used to use black pepper.
Now? It’s a ripoff of Mickey D’s, but done even more poorly.
Get the old nuggets back!

Was very hungry and looking for a good bite to eat. This burger king was next to 101 freeway, before getting on so I stopped here. Cashier was friendly in taking my order, but after I ordered and walked over to where the drinks are served is when I wish I didn’t order. It was a little after 3pm when walked in.
They have two soda machines that serve different flavor of sodas, one had an ice machine that wasn’t working while on the other most of the front labels were torn off the front (you won’t know what soda you are getting unless you experiment). I got sprite but they didn’t have any medium sized lids sitting out so I had to ask for one. Then after looking at the whole restaurant after getting drink and sitting down it was kind of messy.
I ordered the angry whopper and onion rings to go, food didn’t take long to come out. The angry whopper they made tasted absolutely amazing, I didn’t think i would be this impressed but I was quite surprised. The onion rings with the zesty sauce were great too. Im a McDonalds person but Burger King definitely won on this day despite having a messy place in all.

Employee at the drive tru speaks little to no English. My order was so messed up I didn’t have anything I would eat. Waste of time and money. Called to talk to someone about it. (maybe get a refund) but they will not answer their phone. Must have more important things to do like missing up more orders.

I honestly should give this place a 1 star but let’s be honest, we have to know where we’re at and the neighborhood.
I respect hard working americans as I once also worked at a fast food chain. However, it’s not okay to act a certain way especially when you’re a large chain.
I’ve been here twice and each time, it least something to be desired. The final straw was last week where I got an Alaskan Fish combo, large fries and an order of nuggets. I asked for ranch when I went to pay. She said okay. When she gave me the change, she kind of threw it at me where I dropped a few cents. No apology. I then checked for ranch. No ranch. I asked for it again. She gave me one. I get it that there’s rules and procedures but come one, one? I asked for another one and this is what ticked me off, she turns her head a bit in attitude and asks me, «really? do you really need more than one». I said yes and explained i like it with my fries until I stopped and realized, hey, why am I explaining myself to you. Just give me another one. I’m not asking someone too much. So to be a jerk, she asked how much I wanted, I said 5. haha
She only gave me 1 more. I get it that there’s a lot of fustrating people that you deal with daily but don’t take it out on me. I was nice, said please, thank you, etc. Check your attitude at the door. drive through. or whatever you do…

I’m not a huge fan of Fast Food, nore chains, but keep seeing their commercials for the new menu with BBQ sandwiches and sweet potato fries, so I decided WTH I will drive thru and check it out.
I haven’t been to Burger King in maybe 8 years, so they deserve a chance.
I ordered (oh should I mention I’m sort of high)
spicy chicken sandwich from value menu /​dry, bland, bun taste old, when I got home I poured wing sauce on it to try to save it. I’m wondering how they call it spicy, I couldnt find any spice, not even salt. Anyway after I doctored it, it was so so at best.
a bacon burger/​can’t really judge this one as I ordered it for the Chihuahuas, the dogs liked it, but they prefer Taco bell or In and Out
onion rings /​these weren’t fresh, so tasted like cold oil
sweet potato fries /​again a bitter old oil taste to them, El pollo Locos sweet potato fries are much better
I also ordered a Carolina Honey tender roast chicken sandwich /​this was tasty and I would order it again
and finally the best thing on the menu was my $ 1 apple pie, that was pretty f-​cking good. I will be back for sure next time I have a sweet tooth… tasty tasty tasy
Bill for all was $ 13.13…I’m not a fan of the number 13, Damn. i should have grabbed some Thai food instead
Did I mention I’m sort of high?
Now I’m stuffed and must have a big long sleep!

What’s more better than waiting for your Kaiser hospital appt and killing some time? Burger King breakfast or lunch that is!
I wish they’d have more restaurants and fast food joints around this area to kill some time for your appt, prescriptions to be prescribed, etc. This Burger King is smacked dabb in the middle of all the Kaiser buildings and is always busy. Perfect place to sit down, eat something and read the newspaper in between sessions.
BUT…why do they not have a drinking water dispenser at their fountain machines? I had to ask for water so they already had small plastic cups prepared. Also be careful when choosing a seat. You get your fair share of the local «Hollywood» transient crowd here… uhhh minus a big star here. Its never nice to enjoy your breakfast while reading your golf magazine when someone sits down next to you and smells like PEE!!! WTF! And the other guy next to me kept on calling me and trying to talk to me to get some change! WTF? You already had your breakfast! After all that, I had to move to the corner seat to kill some more time and get away from those two.
The usual BK food. Good place to kill time without being kicked out, but not a pleasant place with the «locals» around…
I still think the BK fries ranks among the best tasting for fast food burger joints too!
