Burger King

Let me preface this by saying, I only go here when I’m toared up. I mean like, Nick Nolte toared up. The value menu items are okay I guess. And they send me coupons often. The burgers aren’t big enough, though. Also, fries are kinda meh. This is boring, so I have two good stories:
1. When you pull up here, an automated voice at the ordering machine says, «Hi, welcome to Burger King, how may I help you today? :)» Now, I only recently realized this voice is automated because for some reason one night I came here sober. This was shocking to me! Because whenever I go here toared up, I didn’t know it was an automated voice, and I thought it was the actual employee! I was like, «How does this MF’er work here EVERY TIME I come!?» It was even more confusing when I pulled up to the window and saw a black woman (the voice is a Hispanic man). Well. That’s one mystery solved!
B. One night I was toared up in the drive-​thru, and this homeless lot lizard (watch out, LOTS of unsavory homeless here) comes up to my car and is like, «Will you order something for me?» I was like, «Hop in baby, let’s roll!» So she got in, and I accidentally still had my car in reverse (I had to reverse to hear her), and she’s like, «Are you sure you should be driving?» I was like, «Bish, does your homeless a** want Burger King or not!?»

As far as fast food goes the fries well done are great and so are the onion rings. Im a vegan/​veg. so that all I really get there but hey they are great! the staff is always nice and its pretty clean considering they have 1000 homeless using it as a bedroom & the bathroom but they are nice there very compassionate so I like that in a company. I think its a good place to go get fast food when your in the mood.

This is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. The ketchup is watered down so much it’s not enjoyable at all. The fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. My experience was so bad, I don’t think I’ll be eating at Burger King ever again.

Had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The employees I interacted with all seemed genuinely happy you were their guest. They seem happy with life in general, so it made me feel happy to be there. Plus I received my order accurately and quickly. Only downside is you have to get a token to use the restroom.

Its a standard Burger King. Its never very busy which is nice because the wait for both the sit in and drive through is never very long. The people working there are friendly. The interior is always very clean.

Use to go there all the time till today. Went in for lunch ordered what I normally order and was told no such item existed. Manger who was taking order tried to push something on me I did not want and told him sorry no I order it all the time told me in not so many ways I was lying. This place turned in to a joke now. Will not be going back.

This is not particularly my Favorite place. A lot of things happened here at the Burger King. However it’s has toned down a bit which is a Good thing.

This is the worse fast food restaurant that has the worse employee when it comes to customer service There is a guy who works the night shift and takes the orders at the drive thru he always seems upset when he takes our order as if he dislikes his job if you hate your job so much well than quit. You guys need to do something about this. I literally just drove away because of the service you guys provide here. Customer service should be your number #1 priority if you want to continue with your establishment. I have worked in customer service for 9 years and I’ve been in management for 5 years and this kind of service I would never tolerate.

This Burger King sucks!!!
I have been to this Burger King a few times because it is convenient to where I live and every single time I’ve been here it was awful, but I thought I would give it a couple chances but never again!
The service is awful and every time I go there they tell me different things. Like, what dressings they have for instance. It’s different every time. They always get my order wrong and it tastes like shit anyway.
The last time I went there was a couple nights ago, I was hungry for two garden side salads, a coke and a small fry. Sounds simple, right? I pull up and ask specifically for two garden side salads, the guy for whatever reason could not understand what I was asking for and when he finally got it after 3 minutes I asked him what dressings they had, that took another 3 minutes for them to figure it out and the options were gross. No balsamic or Italian?! Really? Just ranch and ceasar? So then I ask for a small fry and somehow they understood what that was. I ask for a coke and again they had trouble figuring it out. Total comes to $ 10! For that, really? So I pull up to the window and ask for some honey mustard dipping sauce and the guy laughs at me and says they don’t have that. I told him I came here two nights earlier and ordered the same thing and they had it. He rudely said I’m wrong and was calling me a liar. So peeved at this point so I said fine I’ll take some BBQ sauce then, so he throws a hand full of them into the bad while staring at me and says «is that enough!?» I was like what the hell. So then he’s putting the gross salad dressing they had and rudely says «here’s the salad dressing!» and then he gives me my bags and I pull off and drive home. I sit down to eat and they gave me TWO CEASAR SALADS. When the hell did I ask for CEASAR salads? I hate them. I said garden probably 20 times. I couldn’t even eat it.
I gave them too many chances and never coming here again.

While visiting Hollywood and in need of a snack, I decided to stop here. I must have been lucky compared to the majority of these other Unilocalers as my meal worked out great.
Of my party, I personally got the famous whopper, fries, and a small beverage. I forgot how great the whopper is. It was well made, plenty of cheese (as I did ask for extra), fries were pretty legit, and the orange soda hit the spot! The guy at the register was friendly and got my order down with no problems. He even made light conversation while processing my payment (making me feel comfortable, not rushed, and in an outgoing atmosphere). It was prepared and delivered to me, and I was a happy customer. While I try to not eat fast food on a consistent basis, I like to revisit my childhood. Burger King was the shit back in the 90’s for me. When visiting Hollywood on a hungry stomach, I will most definitely swing by here again. This gives me hope for BK’s local to me in the OC as well.
My only «complaints» of the location: Some of the customers are pretty sketchy, though that’s not BK’s fault. Their bathroom is coin operated, which is slightly inconvenient. Their sodas are free refills, but kept behind the counter — probably so people don’t come in stealing drinks. Its understandable, but not ideal… With all this said, I had a good experience here, and intend on having another sometime later.

I walked up to the burger king at 11:58 and tried to open the door. It was locked. I motioned to the staff inside that I was locked out they indicated a negative on being let in, so I called. The manager Carlos told me they were closed, I asked ‘what are your hours of operation?’ He said ‘Until midnight’ I replied It’s 11:59 and 3 people are in the restaurant’. he then instructed me to WALK ON FOOT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH! I am sorry but it is illegal and dangerous for a person on foot to do so. He then admitted that he ‘usually closes 5 minutes early’ because he is lazy and lackluster. Bad management=Bad Service=Profit lost. He also refused to give me his supervisors number. Gross.

Never have a problem here expect parking can be tough. Its in a weird area of Hollywood so be prepared to see some bums and transients hanging out inside if you go in. Food is always fast and fresh, no complaints.

Why would it take 20 mins from the time I ordered my food til the time it came out? Well the answer I got was they simply forgot. Terrible service.

I’ve been coming to this exact location for a while now. I usually love Burger King! My last couple times have been really HORRIBLE! The customer service has been TRASH AND THE MANAGEMENT is always RUDE when I politely respectfully and patiently wait for them to fix my order! My burger tonight was the most NASTIEST BURGER YET! Usually the soda is extremely flat and I’m always having to ask for a different drink! But tonight the food was DEGRADING TO MAN KIND! NEVER GOING BACK! It’s not hard to find people that care for an easy task and who can make something that’s ALREADY PRE MADE! I would STRONGLY advise anyone that comes across this comment to NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Horrible soda soggy food bad salad and NOT TO MENTION I HAVE found HAIR IN MY FOOD NUMEROUS OF TIMES! DONT GO! I don’t even usually write comments or care to tell people but this is SERIOUS!!! THEY NEED NEW STAFF

Went to eat here this weekend with the fam bam. I was looking for high voltage tattoo… but since parking was not available… we decided to just go eat and we found this burger king. It was nice and clean, we sat in front of the tv, cowboys were playing, food was good, atmosphere was great. Its a nice place.
Only downside, is they forgot to give me my fries, half onion rings, half french fries… but they acted quickly and resolved the issue. Perfect 5!

I am a Burger King fan, and this place was truly awful compared to other locations. My order was basically inedible, suggesting serious employee or food equipment issues.

This Burger King SUCKS!
Seriously and fo’ real. I think the only reason I come here is because it’s convenient. Take yesterday for example, I’m tired, I’m hungry, I’m craving Onion Rings. I decide that on my way home from school I’m going to come here and get some onion rings, because yep… while McDonalds has Monopoly right now, but they don’t have onion rings.
I go in. Order. Two of the $ 1 burgers (bacon, meat, cheese), one small onion ring. My total is $ 7-​something. (I have exactly $ 5 in my wallet). I ask the guy «WTF for the single burgers?» he just goes «oh, I couldn’t find the button» and fixes it for me. Well, he fixed it pretty quickly, so that button wasn’t that invisible then was it.
I wait. I wanted it for there. It comes in a bag. Whatever, I don’t want to argue. I take it to go.
Get home, dig in. .. please tell me WHY AM I EATING FRIES?! If I wanted fries I would have gone to Mcdonalds. I WANTED FREAKING ONION RINGS!
It pissed me off so much. I had a craving and it wasn’t satisfied. Gosh darnit!

parking is great if you ride a bicycle, otherwise you’ll cause a 10 car pileup trying to find the parking lot. Food is BK… I needed something quick to feed the kiddo before a long day of sightseeing.
The best review I read for this place summed it up perfectly: «eh, it’s burger king.»

Eh, it’s Burger King, you go in, you go out… end of story
Not much to review on how the food is, it’s the same every other BK out there.
But the catch really is, parking sucks, service sucks and awfully dirty restroom, kind of makes you think how the staff santizes themselves before preparing your food… ewww, kind of makes you think now…

For some reason the mascot of this Burger King is not the Burger King cartoon dude or any of the kids from the 90s kids club but a giant backwards cap wearing dinosaur. You’ll find him in his giant form in the middle of the store. I find him amusing and confusing.
This Burger King is open late and serves up good food in standard BK fashion. I don’t do fast food often but when I do come here it’s always been fine.
