I love the lobster very fresh and tasty. They are really friendly and let you customize your meal I always stop @ this location is the best!

Got a moldy sandwich today. Manager argued with me and claimed that it was burnt. Soda tasted like cleaning chemicals. Register wasn’t working so I didn’t get a receipt. All around bad experience. Won’t be coming back! Wish I wouldn’t have wasted $ 20. Sandwich was remade, ended up just throwing them away. Really wish I would have gotten my money back.

By far the best Quiznos I have been to. The place is always clean and the food is always fresh. The owner is very kind and really goes above and beyond in making sure you are well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a regular Size vege sandwich. Portion was small for price! Should of went to Subway… better flavor and value for price.

Been a fan of Quiznos for 7 years strong. I used to work with the company when I was in High School so I know the ins and outs and what goes on both sides. This establishment sets a wonderful example that other franchises can follow. Very personable and courteous.
I really wish Quiznos gets on the right track for success because the quality of their food is top notch and in my opinion far better than any other sand which shop.
Wishing this spot the best of luck and I’ll continue coming here at least twice a week.

Clean establishment and excellent customer service. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and professional. Our sandwiches were so yummy and the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl was on point. Worth the wait for a fresh batch of soup.

Clean enough, but why don’t they have pulled pork? We get coupons in the mail for a pulled pork sandwich, one would assume the neighborhood Quiznos would have it. Also, I asked for a cup for water and got nothing.
There was a decent amount of parking in the plaza lot. The food is decent, way better than Subway, but for the same price you can patronize a local business that actually has some character. I know it’s a franchise, but still…

Nice clean restaurant. I came in with a coupon for a dollar off my sandwich. The owner told me that they couldn’t honor The coupon. I expressed my slight frustration. And to make up for it he gave me a free large drink. A nice, simple way to to help me leave with a smile rather than frustrated. Keep up the good work.

Best Quiznos I have ever been. The staff was very nice, took good care of our food, came to our table to ask us if is there anything he can improve. Best fast food experience ever. The place is clean too.

Quiznos is winning me over more and more, especially the 7117 West Sunset Boulevard (in Hollywood/​Los Angeles). This week I had to order a catering tray and instead of going to Subway, I ordered online through
. I liked that they offered two sizes of trays. The owner/​manager Ken Azad helped me maneuver a corporate credit card issue over the phone and said the online ordering was all automated and there was no need to call and confirm. Everything went great. My meeting time changed and I needed the sandwiches 2 hours early and they took care of me great with a kind, professional helpful attitude and even THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS!!! Wow… When I came in, the order was ready and the owner/​manager was very helpful. The sandwiches were delicious with that signature Quiznos quality and taste. Delicious and a great value… loved the simple cardboard tray the sandwiches came on.

Cheap (ish) and easy sandwiches, what’s not to love?
I prefer Quizno’s taste and flavors over those of Subway (across the intersection) and have never had any issues with service here.
I get in… get my sandwich… get out… MUNCH!!!
What’s not to love?!

This is the first time I ever tried Quizno’s and the reason was because I had a Groupon coupon (buy 1 regular sub/​salad and get 1 free). My cousin and I shared both a regular sandwich and salad with this coupon. Once we arrived, we realized the place got a grade of an «A» from the public health inspection. That’s a good start.
What we ordered was a regular Carbonara sandwich (Chicken, bacon, mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, Creamy Bacon Alfredo Sauce) on artisan wheat bread and a regular chicken Caesar salad (Chicken, Italian cheese blend, tomatoes with peppercorn Caesar sauce). I assumed since I paid on Groupon already, there would be no need to pay extra. Instead, I was charged an extra $ 0.53. I know, I know… that’s like so little money, but after reading the comments others are saying about how this Quizno’s tries to milk their customers, it gets me suspicious.
Anyways, the sandwich overall was alright. I wish it would have been more toasted. The chicken Caesar salad was indeed fresh. They gave us two sauce cartons of peppercorn Caesar dressing but one was more than enough.
A cool thing about this place was that you were able to get as many condiments as needed. As a result, my cousin grabbed a lot of banana peppers for both of us to add to our sandwich.
Service was alright, as well, nothing annoying or rude, but nothing great either. The facility was indeed clean and well kept though.
We did end up eating everything so it wasn’t as bad as I thought, but I definitely had better. Won’t be coming back for a while though. More other sandwich/​sub places to check out; a second visit to Quizno’s isn’t worth having priority.
