Wow, this store is so nice and organized! The team is so friendly and knowledgable. This is by far the best vans location I’ve visited. Will definitely make the drive to this location for their outstanding products and employees. 5⁄5 well deserved.

Love the company, used to even be a fan of this location, but the «Manager» Marlon repeatedly cut me off over the phone and wouldn’t let me ask a simple question about the stock of an item. While interrupting excessively Marlon even telling me to check out a «smaller boutique for exclusive items», all before even knowing what it was that I needed. See I already knew the product was available at Lakewood mall location, and I just wanted to see if i could stop by Belmont Shore location because it is just a nicer scene and would’ve been more pleasant trip, but anything to avoid «Marlon the Manager» would be best.

There’s a lot of Van’s store branches which means a lot of options. I have been to some of the other locations, however, for now will just write about this one. We do have 2 Van’s stores in Vancouver, however, naturally they don’t carry a lot of styles and it is not updated as frequently. I came here more or less to price compare and to check out the special edition Van’s shoes. I was in skater shoe heaven. The customer service was friendly. Very organized store.

I was obnoxious and came in only to try shoes on to find the right style and size for the custom pair I’m building. They totally indulged me with style and size options as well as offering to lace them up. Thanks!

shout out to this store!
after hearing on the kevin and bean show last week that the friends and helpers charity (which gives ***100%*** of donations to the recipients on the charity)…
that the kids of abused parents were requesting VANS, not shoes, this store stepped up and donated shoes to kids who had on their wish list things like soap, shampoo, etc.
Thanks for the donation Vans of LBC!!!

Went in yesterday and couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only did they have the shoes I want in a 14 (which never happens) they also were really knowledgeable about all their products. Steve gave me a great primer in skateboards for beginners, such an enormous help!

This is my local Vans store. As far as customer service goes, they’re pretty good (likely because they aren’t very busy — at least during the times when I’ve come in.) except for Mr. Brad who I spoke with once when I called to see if they had a particular shoe in stock. They didn’t, so I asked him if he could check the inventory of the surrounding Vans locations. He said that he would call me back, but he never did. Bad Brad.
The selection isn’t bad, but their inventory is a bit weak. 2⁄5 times, they don’t have the shoes I want in stock. Boo.

.., I’ve been coming here every chance I get lately. If I can afford to spare a new pair of shoes, or a even a shirt, I’m here. Great selection & decent prices on everything.
$ 10 for sunglasses? Yeah I’ve bought 2! The staff is pretty friendly & helpful, say what’s up to Austin if he’s on the clock. Check em’ out.

Slip onto Vans!
I was surprised to see this Van’s after having coffee next door. I had not noticed it previously.
The store is nice and spacious and the employees are very nice. It looks like they carry many of the newer styles including the retro styled shoes I grew up with.
While I do prefer the outlet stores, this location did have styles that the outlet store did not have.
