I finally decided to give this place a try and was disappointed. My lunch plate that consisted of pad Thai, salad, and a spring roll looked good but tasted very bland. It was the first time that I have ever wanted to add salt or flavor to an Asian dish.

I ordered a delivery at 9:30 and they were so kind and brought it to me even though they were about to close! The man who brought it to me was so kind and positive! The food was delicious and they sent me more than I ordered! AMAZING!

Was a tad skeptical to eat here since reviews are a little mixed but, I am so happy we decided to give it a try. We’re pizza lovers but, the same old toppings get boring. We ordered the Chicken Basil Pizza as well as 8 of the teriyaki flavored wings. Everything was wonderful. The wings were perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. The pizza… omg, the pizza. Perfection. Not too greasy, not dry. Not thin and crispy but not soggy or too fluffy. The ingredients tasted fresh. The chicken was well seasoned, the grilled onions were to die for. We will certainly be visiting again. Funny thing is, we’ve lived literally a 2 minute drive away from this place for 4 years and 2 months. We just signed a lease for a new place today. Wish we would have tried this place sooner!

I eat there a few times a week, in house. I love the food and the incredible menu. Plus, they teach me to speak Thai. Nice friendly crew there, owners there most the time. Not a pretty place but the food makes up for it. Feels like a real down home Thai place to me and the Thai pizza’s are off the hook good.

Let me start by saying the staff was super friendly! The guy at the counter was very nice and the lady was very quick and nice when I asked for utensils. Food wise, the papaya salad was good(I got a 6 it was pretty spicy for my taste but still good) and the mango sticky rice flavor was good but I felt the rice wasn’t as soft as other places I had been to. The mangos were way too sour, maybe not in season? It was a friendly experience but I most likely won’t be returning.

We usually have great pizza here and decided to try the Thai. Man oh man, am I glad we did! Perfect authentic Thai food! Sally waited on us and knocked it out of the park! Very polite and professional, definitely ensured we were taken care of and our food was what we expected. We ordered shrimp Spring Rolls, Thai Basil and Spicy Noodle and 3 imported cold beers… All for less than $ 40! Great place, I can’t recommend it more!

Usually a hit or miss but usually a miss… me and bf not satisfied at all with our meals. He got a «gyro» with meatball sub meat cut in half? Literally 5 halves spread out. to top it off the pita was soggy and seemed microwaved. The whole meal itself was inedible to say the least. Also ordered a thai dish and asked for mushrooms which the dish did not have. I was literally digging through the dish and found like 4 little thin slivers of tiny mushroom… im really disappointed because i wanted to like this place, but im definitely apauled at the quality especially because of how pricey it was. this meal was not worth 16 $:(i could have spent 4 $ at wendys and been more satisfied or something at beijing city which is consistently good… too bad they were closed!

Where do I begin. I should have known better than to order Thai food from an Italian restaurant. I mean whose running this place it’s a mad house ?! How many items do you need on a menu? Omg, do you cook that with that … Ew. And that’s exactly what I ordered EW. My brother and I got food to go. We both ordered pad Thai noodles he got beef, I got calamari. Then we got the tom yum soup? Or whatever .? Let me start of by saying my calamari was over cooked and tasted like freezer. I was drowning it in chilli sauce. It was small and soggy I was so disappointed. The soup was okay I just am not a fan of how much lemon grass they put in it. It was like I was eating more lemon grass than veggies. Personally, I thought it was convenient to have an Asian place that delivered but it was a mistake to order from you guys and to spend 40.00 on nasty food.

Unfortunately my experience was overall negative. The food was okay I guess but the bigger problem was what I found in my food. On Mother’s day, of all days, I decided to order take out Thai food for my mom and enjoy it at home. It was a big order, about $ 90, with a mix of Thai and Pizza. At first I was excited — the reviews were okay and the combination of food fit perfectly for adults and kids alike. However, the experience was less than positive: 1) The staff was friendly but there seemed to be a communication gap. I would suggest calling out your menu items by numbers if you have difficulty understanding the caller. 2) My order was missing some of the food that I had ordered(Golden Delight, specifically). When I called to let them know my order was incomplete they stated they would«void» the item. I asked for a refund but the response was a long pause and then they hung up. If you are a to-go patron ensure you check that you receive all your food. I checked my credit card and no refund was processed. 3) My order contained non-food products in it. Specifically, metal from a cleaning pad was in one of the curries. Although it made for a funny comment at the dinner table … «at least we know they clean their pans», the finding more of less ended the want to eat the food. We also found hard plastic bits that may have come from a spatula or something. Either way — ew. 4) Lastly, and this probably doesn’t need to be stated, but the veggies were over cooked — mushy and not at all crisp or firm. The venue was a bit of a mess — wire strewn about and unfinished construction. Maybe that should have been a sign that a lack of attention to detail on the cosmetics of your venue would translate to a lack of attention to detail with the food that I ordered. I am disappointed in my experience and wonder why there are so many positive reviews in contrast to this one. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Good but pricey pad thai. Take out took over 25 minutes, so call ahead. Only one table was being used by family and it all looked good, pizza, fettuccini alfredo, and thai food. Italian and Thai. Food for everyone. Who knew?

Food was always pretty good except last time when i bit into my chicken parm sandwich I heard a crunchy sound and spit out large pieces of broken glass. My family meal was ruined. We could no longer trust the food. I called to let them know and they just offered to replace the sandwich, it seemed like they didn’t believe me. Please do not go here, the owner told me «stuff happens». Don’t risk your life eating here!

Within two minutes of posting a review based on an innocent translation error, the owner immediately reached out to me and resolved a food allergen matter. That in and of itself speaks bounds for this restaurant. If you’re allergic to anything on the Thai menu, make sure you order over the phone rather than online.

Finally tried Gigi’s after my boyfriend wanted Wendy’s & I didn’t. Lol. Was always hesitant on eating here cause I was like a place that sells Thai food & pizza? Couldn’t be any good, but I was WRONG. Ordered the spicy pad see ew w/seafood & it was delicious. Not to mention the generous amount of fresh seafood that was in it(jumbo scallops, prawns, green mussels, squid). I was very pleasantly surprised. 5 stars, I’ll def. be back. Shouldn’t have judged this book by its cover!

We stopped in and had a pizza and tom yum(thai soup). Both were very good(I think there is a REAL old-school pizza oven back there) and the folks working there were friendly and helpful. I wish we lived here so we could eat here more often.

So when I first saw this place I was like, yeh, um, no… boy was I wrong. We haven’t ever eaten in here, just orders to go and delivery. I have never been disappointed in the food — we also haven’t ever tried their pizza though LOL Positives Great and varied menu Standard Thai fare, all the favorites and several soup options Food is always fresh Online ordering options Reasonable price Will make it super hot for A Negatives Really not much, not going to say its the very best Thai food I have ever had but its always good and fresh. The owners sometimes are the ones doing delivery, in fact we have had them deliver so often that when one of us orders and they don’t see the others car in the driveway they always check on whomever is the one home(all is well, how is A or Q doing). Im a bit bummed, A ordered last night and I wasn’t there to share.

Come on, pizza and Thai, we have to try this at least once right?! We ordered delivery and the food came very quickly, along with a very reasonable delivery fee. The Philly Cheesesteak was great. Soft bread, delicious flavor and gooey cheese. We also ventured to the Thai side — the spring rolls had a very distinct moldy taste to them. The spicy noodles had a decent spice to them(level 5) and the noodles themselves had a decent texture. I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken, it seemed to be rather low quality. The overall flavor of the dish was a 6⁄10. It smelled rather fishy as well which was odd. Bottom line: I would order a sandwich again but would avoid the Thai! Friendly and quick delivery.

You can’t miss the big blue sign«Pizza and Thai Food» at the 94/Spring St ramp. Like most people, I’ve always thought who in their right mind would serve both? I’m a firm believer in sticking with what you’re best at, especially when it comes to food. However, as a shameless Elite wannabe and open-minded Unilocaler, I had to give it at least give it a try and find out how this place came to be. My pizza Thai adventure began by browsing online at their menu, where I was surprised to see a menu for pizza, an even bigger selection of Thai choices and finally, Thai inspired curry pizza. We opted to go with Thai and called our order in for pickup, to which we were told was a 25 minute wait because they were very busy with pizza orders. Arriving 20 minutes later we discovered Gigi’s is actually a sit down establishment, so we asked to change our order to in house. The owner was happy to accommodate us and promptly brought our drinks and silverware. We had the whole place to ourselves, and noted the delivery driver was very busy. The owner, an American and his wife, purchased the business 18 months ago. She is Chinese decent, but was born and raised in Thailand. In chatting with them we found out the business was a well established pizzeria for more than 30 years and had long dedicated customers. However, the owner/cook has been cooking in Thai restaurants her whole life. Rather than lose pizza customers they decided to do both. Several reviews mention ambience and décor needing an update, to which I respectfully disagree. We love mom-and-pop dives with personality and where cooking is done with the heart. There are more than enough stale-model chain restaurants around! Anyways, we ordered the Crying Tiger and Lemon Fish. To quote hubby, he loved the marinade flavor of the beef so much he wanted to «kiss the cooks momma». He ate every bite, including the bed of salad. Tilapia is usually not very flavorful, however, this was very moist with just the right amount of tangy savor. Overall, we are really impressed and looking forward to trying other things on the menu, including the pizza!

My girlfriend and I were hungry after doing some shopping. … She wanted thai and I was feeling pizza… She did a search of near by placees and guess what? She found the best of both worlds! She got the soup and papaya salad… I ended up with a Philly cheese steak which was super delicious.. The bun was soft and crunchy which blew my mind! My girlfriend said the soup was exactly what she wanted. … GiGi’s is a great place to grab a bite to eat… Definitely coming back! Thanks babe ;-)

UPDATE: Bumped to 5 stars because the soup was some of the best, of any ethnic origin, we have ever had! Potak and Veggie w/chicken. Going back this weekend for more! I like this place. Good food, friendly service, easy access to two very different types of food. I’ll be honest, the Italian side isn’t as good as the Thai side, but that’s expected… The cook is from Thailand. She’s good though. Had soup here, pizza, and some other dishes. All of them were pretty good. They need to bump up their ambience. Turn their tv on and get some lights on. Potential is there. Few tweaks needed and it will be a better situation. Open the blinds. I know there are some serious transients nearby but let the light in! I have done takeout twice. And will be back!
