Worst service ever! Will never order from here again. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Was told it would be delivered within an hour and an hour and a half later i called to see where the delivery guy was and as I was talking with the «manager» (I believe his name was Giovanni) and he would not do anything to rectify the situation. By the time the call was ended by the man hanging up on me the delivery guy still was not at my house. I waited until 10:30 PM and then canceled my order. Within those two hours i could have called a different delivery place and gotten food. Thank you Pizza Hut for having crappy service, for having a «manager» who hangs up the phone on his customers, for wasting 2 hours of my day, and for making me go to bed hungry when i haven’t eaten all day!

Ordered 8 boneless garlic parmesan wings and a chocolate chip cookie pie. I read the reviews on Unilocal and was worried about my food being delivered late and being cold especially due to the confusing area i live in, but it was delivered right on time and my food was fresh and hot. The wings and the cookie pie was delicious

Ok so I feel inclined to post this due to my recent experience. First of all its Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting. Nothing great but it does the job, when you aren’t up to trying a place that you aren’t sure of. But I have to say that having to deal with the oh so bad call center operator, who has no clue or interest in helping you, reminds me of the reason I usually get off my lazy butt, and go some where that I can have something that has the potential of being much better, and I can interact with someone that will at least pretend to care about customer satisfaction. Btw, sorry about the super long sentence, but like I just said I’m being lazy, and eating Pizza Hut.

The past 2 times I’ve called in an order, I was helped by the same young man. The only reason I remembered was bc he has a similar name to my son. Jeseah was so professional each time and took time answering my questions because im that customer who asks a million and one questions. I definitely hope to deal with this young man each time I come in bc he’s great with his customers.

A personal pan pizza was in order when I stopped this Pizza Hut during a lunch from a nearby meeting I was attending. I asked for the pan crust with added premium salami and mushrooms. The personal pan cost $ 5 and each topping is .50 cents.
The pan pizza was good, but I was not pleased with the lack of mushrooms they put onto the pizza. It was so insignificant, that it was not worth even the .50 cents and it was only .50 cents. The salami was very good and they put four large pieces which accounted for one large slice on all four slices of the mini pizza.
The pan crust was very good and had that buttery texture. It was a medium thickness and soft moist throughout, except on the edges were it was crispy. For a such a small pizza, they did put a generous amount of fresh mozzarella.
Service at the ordering counter was good. The you lady who took my order was nice and quite cheerful I may add. The location had some seating inside but the bulk of their business are to go orders.

Just opened my pick up order for two pizzas and some how both pizzas are bone dry with no sauce. This is completely unacceptable. The person or persons who made this pizza deliberately packed on toppings with no sauce. The first pizza was suppose to have BBQ sauce and the cheese pizza premium tomato sauce. I can’t believe they would out right do this. When it comes to paying for food you expect to get what you pay for. As a customer this hurts. because it feels like I am being taking advantage of. It clearly states what each pizza sauce is and yet they both have none.

It took an hour to get our pizza and the pizza wasn’t that great. Also they didn’t have the special they advertised on pizza.

I usually always order from this Pizza Hut with no hassle at all. Good delivery time and great pizza! But last night was surprisingly a different story. I called to order a pizza at 10pm last night and to my surprise it was never delivered. I called to check on the delivery and was told «if it wasn’t delivered there’s nothing I can do» by whoever answered the phone and was given credit. I called back today and spoke with a different manager named Amanda and received excellent customer service! Money is being refunded to my account and I was given credit for a free pizza!

Messed up our order. Sure, it was complicated, but if we spent the time to order it, and paid for it, it’s not like we wouldn’t notice. Domino’s is better and will be our go to from now on.

Great Service, Fabulous Deals, and Mariela is one of the best managers ive dealt with in any restaurant.

I ordered over an hour ago, just got my food. SUPER LATE (20mins), food is cooled (gross). I called the store since I was closing so soon and no one picked up. I called through scheduling a delivery to check, the operator was a very nice gal, she transfered me to the store… who ever the crap I talked to clearly was PMSING as she gave me an attitude. Made me feel like it was my fault she only had ONE driver for this location.
So next thing is next right… I’m sitting pretty much outside to prevent the doorbell from waking my child and if the pizza guy doesn’t FLY past my house. Hey MR SLOW THE CRAP DOWN PEOPLE LIVE HERE AND IT IS DARK!!!
Tip…I circled LATE … SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!

I have eaten from Pizza Hut often in the past with no problem. On Tuesday May 13 I ordered two different pizzas for myself and my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. Everything was good, we received our order on time. Driver was nice. The pizza tasted a bit different than I remembered but I thought nothing of it at the time. This was all we both ate for this day and the next. Then, for the next two days we both had upset stomachs. I believe their pizza was not prepared properly and unfortunately our stomachs suffered. I sent a message through their survey but so far have not heard anything back. It will be a very long time before I order pizza again, and likely not from here.

I’ve ordered here a few times and every time it’s been great! When I call in the guy that usually answers is very funny and in no rush to get off the phone like most places do. He took his time answering my questions and making sure every thing was correct. They were never late and the pizza and wings I usually order were hot to the touch! Everything is great about this place, just give it a chance and I’m sure you will love it.

All the reviews are old this is a really good location and service was really fast! The cashier that helped me was really nice! If you’re in town definitely come to this Pizza Hut!!!

I ordered 1 thin crust pizza for delivery this last weekend and was very disappointed.
I was told the pizza would be there in about 30 minutes and it arrived freezing cold an hour and ten minutes after the order was placed. Hard cold pizza is not my thing so needless to say I will never order from them again. YUCK! Also, my husband called to c heck on the order 1 hr in and was placed on hold nearly 5 minutes before he just hung up.

After all the negative reviews I didn’t want to come here. But it was close and we were hungry. I don’t know why people said the customer service is bad. Amanda greeted me right away with a smile, applied a military discount to my tab without me asking after I showed her my ID. Explained everything she was doing all while running between the cash register (which was slow, not her fault) and making sure my pizza wasn’t burnt (it was perfect). Sent me away with a «have a great night and make sure you be careful the box is hot».

Re-​editing my review from a few years back. Ordered a few times from this location and orders came out delicious.

Rachel behind the counter was very pleasant.
Pizzas were as expected for chain pizza, not amazing, but not bad either. Ordered the stuff crust as the Misses likes it.

I was soooo disappointed in my delivery order. God help me — I actually threw the rest of my pizza away because it tasted gross.
The crust was TASTELESS and seemed undercooked. The toppings were super skimpy; hardly any cheese. I could have done better getting a frozen pizza at Vons. But I was being lazy and thought it would be nice to get it delivered.
The delivery guy was the same one I yelled at the other week for parking in a no parking zone. I would not want his job, but geez, get with the program! Bleah, next time I’ll try Round Table.

They have burnt my pizza the two times that I made the mistake of ordering from this location. The cheese and pepperoni tasted DISGUSTING after being charred to a crisp.
The location on Sweetwater Road in Naturally Shitty 91 950 is much better, but you would be WAY BETTER OFF ordering from Milo’s Pizza.
The customer service here also sucks. It sucks and they don’t listen and they don’t care.
