Don’t waste your time here. I ordered a coffee and croissant and the rude chick with the hair net gave it to me in the package. Horrible experience and the girls always chat with one another and ignore the customers.
They suck here.

This Starbucks needs some help. Go a quarter mile down the road and enjoy a full service Starbucks with friendly staff. Each time I have come here there is only one person ever working, they act as if they would rather be somewhere else and it has a dirty feel to it. I will only return if I am desperate.

I’ve been to this location a few times already and I will admit that the drinks that I’ve gotten here weren’t too bad and were average to all the other Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The only downside is that I’ve only ever had one decent person help me while I ordered anything here. The others don’t really make eye contact and basically do their best to avoid you while trying to ring up your order. I give this place 2 stars because of the decent drinks and the convenience of getting a drink right after shopping at Vons. Just a heads up though, there are 2 other Starbucks locations not far from here.

I went into Von’s to get some Starbucks before the gym the other day. I stood there waiting to be acknowledge or helped. But instead the girl behind the counter continues to talk to one of her co workers that is off the clock. After a few minutes the girl behind the counter approaches me with this I hate my job attitude and asked what I would like. So now I’m waiting for my coffee to finish. The girl behind the counter then resumes her conversation about her work schedule and how many hours she’s working while a line piles up… Good luck with your staff!!!
