I don’t stop in very often, but the last 5 times I’ve been in about 6am each time, they never have the blonde coffee brewed. i think they should have all coffee brewed. just saying

Love this Starbucks. It gets crowded. I wish they could expand the store to accommodate more people. Great customer service from staff.

Absolutely disgusted with this Starbucks! The two baristas there were really inappropriate this morning. One of them told a joke to the other and said«what is brown and sticky?» Then he said, «this d*#*!» Luckily I didn’t hear this, my wife did! But if I would have I would have called your ass out and made you wash your hands. Then I would’ve made you put some gloves on. Then hand you soap to clean yourself and your mouth. Don’t let the soap drop asshole.

My boyfriend and I came here for something warm to drink before my flight. The store is located by the Barnes and Nobles. It’s stocked full of items on the shelves and is fairly clean. The line was of average length and the barista that we had was really nice and had wonderful customer service. We got our order in a pretty decent time and the drinks tasted awesome! I would come back here again when I’m in San Diego.

The staff here is always so nice. Cynthia is my absolute favorite… However, every time I am here I wait at least 10 minutes for the simplest iced coffee. Wish the staff was a bit quicker…

Fast and nice service for the amount of people that were there. These guys are great. They even gave me a free drink after I told them I didn’t like the first one. Starbucks never disappoints me.

Just your typical Starbucks: — Long lines — Overpriced products because they are selling a status and therefore Starbucks lovers are pretentious — Sugary ass drinks that morons think are healthy — Calorie bombing foods that morons think are healthy — Fat girls in yoga pants — Everything is marketed to rich, vain White people — Some moron ordering a customize drink because they think it’s healthier — Some moron that uses an entire table for their entire PC setup — Some barista that spells your name wrong — Homeless people begging you for your cash money — Watered down music — Watered down coffee I am copying and pasting this to every Starbucks I check in to because all chains are the same to me. I’d rather save the money I’d spend in a week’s worth of Starbucks coffee on a dildo. If you want to lose weight then cut this shit out because this is not a coffee shop. It’s is a dessert bar. Oh, and your kids don’t need Starbucks either BTW. The only reasons I check into Starbucks is because I end up going with someone who suggests it and Starbucks is a super liberal and anti-Christian company. Keep making those an anti-God cups, Starbucks!

It’s an okay location. The staff are either really friendly when you come, or they couldn’t care less to be there on other days. Really crammed, so good luck getting a table. The bathroom door always breaks, too. Other than that, the drinks are always correct when they come out… except for one time when I got a refill to go, they didn’t put my requested chestnut praline syrup in it and instead put some gross gingerbread flavor in there that I suffered through the next day when I finally drank it. First world problem? Yes, but you should get what you asked and paid for.

Every time I come to this starbucks, it’s really packed so be prepared for the line. But on the plus side, every time I’ve been they’ve always handed me my coffee before I even paid. I’m sure the quick service is mostly because I’ve just ordered basic drinks like regular coffee. Haven’t ordered any thing really crazy yet. Other than that it’s clean, staff is friendly, plenty of tables to sit outside. Good place to grab a cup of coffee if you find yourself near grossmont.

Normally I don’t have any gripes about a Starbucks seeing as how they’re all basically the same, but this one is completely different. First of all this place is so tiny! It’s way too small to be a popular coffee spot so forget about finding yourself a table with room to read the paper or God forbid you come with company. The service was poor and really unorganized seeing as how it’s impossible to tell who’s actually in line. I just can’t recommend this place and don’t feel like dealing with it when I’m in Barnes and Noble

Very small store, hard to find seating. Luckily, the Barnes and Noble next door allow you to sit there with coffee. Typical Starbucks, but smaller.

Super Starbucks Fan here! It’s a small store, but big on service! The baristas are friendly and efficient. Nice that it’s located right next to the Barnes and Nobles and that it is an actual Starbucks! They made my drink right and I didn’t have to wait a long time for them to make it. The prices are reasonable and the free wifi is always nice.

I come in here probably once a week. The service is usually really good. Today it was not. That can happen though. My problem is really with them being out of everything I tried to order. Wtf Starbucks, it was only 3 pm. I can forget about the barista taking people behind me in line first and then shooting me dirty looks or slamming my kid’s drink on the counter, but not having 4 different items I tried to order is ridiculous.

Fast, friendly and oh so tasty! Tara was our cashier, she is phenomenal! Justina was our barista and she made us the best coffees, frappuccino plus a super good strawberry smoothie. This a very well managed place. The whole staff seems happy to be here, they work well together with smiles on their faces and pep in their step. I think this store should be the model for every other Starbucks on the planet. Tara works the register like a pro! Saying the same thing over and over can be tedious, but as we’ve been sitting here close to the register she’s made it sound fresh and new for each guest! I would guess they’ve helped at least 50 people in the 15 to 20 minutes we’ve been here. We are most impressed! I love the teamwork they have going! I’d so work here! Great way to start off our last vacation day.

Just 2 outdoor tables now. Probably because people used to park at them for hours. I like this SB b/c it’s attached to my local B&N. However, it’s also the closest one to Sharp Grossmont Hospital, which means that’s where everyone from there goes to get coffee(sometimes in surgical scrubs, but aren’t those supposed to be kept clean and not leave the office? Hmm). Which means it’s usually super crowded, without rhyme or reason. Sometimes I go at 3 pm and it’s packed. Packed at 1030 am. Sometimes it’s 1130 am and I’ve just missed the crowd from morning and lunch rush hasn’t started. Who knows. Anyway, be prepared to wait. Bring your Candy Crush. If you need to use the bathroom, ask the cashier to write the code on your receipt BEFORE you go to use it, while you’re paying. The bathroom, the last two times I used it anyway, was not as clean as I thought it’d be for having to use a code. It was also out of paper, but I forgot to tell them when I came out b/c they were busy, and by the time I received my coffee it’d slipped my mind. The service is friendly despite them being constantly slammed.

Unusually busy for a Friday morning. Even though this location is part of a mall, there was a heavy amount of traffic for eleven o’clock in the morning. There is no drive through, which may have added to the foot traffic. The baristas were hopping behind the counter and got through the drinks in a hurry. Paige working the register was very cheerful and kept the line moving. There is not a whole lot of room to roam due to the lay out, but they make it work.
