Pros: Comfortable, warm atmosphere — There is nice décor, friendly staff(usually). Quick service — I waited 5 – 10 minutes for takeout, and 10 – 15 for eat-in. Good food — Or about as good as you’re going to get at a chain diner. Cons: Sexist staff — I had a guy jokingly tell me not to open the door, that pretty girls don’t open doors(and I found that offensive). The same guy told me he liked taking pretty girls’ money and implied that he wouldn’t mind being paid for sex. All in all, I was not happy with that particular visit, but every other time I’ve been there I’ve been delighted with the service and staff.

This place is so gross! We came to eat and were seated near the kitchen we could see everything from our seats. So long story short the server dropped the entire shaker for the powdered sugar on someone’s food by accident then got another plate and shook off the french toast with his bare fucking hands! My jaw literally dropped as did my wife’s he didn’t know we were watching him but we kept staring so he could see that we could see his nasty ass! Sorry for cursing but I am so upset that some unknowing person would eaten that garbage! Then he turns around to see both of us staring at him then slowly turns back around and tells the cook to make another plate. Fucking gross! He definitely would’ve taken it to the people. Then towards the end of our meal I turn back and two other employees were shuffling someone else’s food on a plates with their hands again NOGLOVES!!! stay far away from this place! We will NOT be returning here if I could give negative stars I would don’t think the 1 star was by choice !

Can’t go wrong with IHOP! They have the best hot chocolate! My kids love the bacon strips and pancakes here.

Juan gave us excellent service and the food was delivered hot and tasty. He was very attentive to our table during a very busy time.

I used to love this IHOP however over the past year you can never get a server to help you I have received the wrong order on one occasion I ate their with my mother and when she was placing all the plates along her arm The bottom of the plates were overlapping so that they were on top of the food on another plate… not thank you please make a second trip I don’t want smashed food and contamination from wherever the bottom of that plate was… also my food began to often come dried out or burnt… the last straw was when there was a black hair in my food… ok done… now I go down the road the IHOP off Avocado in the mall next to the 24hr fitness and Dixieline… The food has been great all three times as so has been the service and it is much cleaner and newer looking inside just overall better maintained better service and food.

This was the most horrible experience at an IHOP. We went on a Thursday evening around 5. We were seated right away and were given a menu. We asked for coffee and water and got it about 15 minutes later and ordered our food at that time. Then we realized that they were under staffed. We got our food like 20 minutes later. The pancakes and eggs were cold. The server never asked how we were doing or how was the meal. Needless to say we did not leave a tip. Never going back to this IHOP. We’ll just stick to where we know the service is better. My wife said that Rudford’s would have been better than this place.

The worst IHOP I have ever been to. The waitress was so rude to us! To be completely honest I was afraid to even ask for a refill on my drink! I know sometimes people have bad days and don’t want to work but don’t treat me and my family like shit! Leave all your problems at home not at work! Anyways I will never go to this IHOP ever again just because of this one waitress! It just shows you how one person can completely ruin your experience!

This ihop is amazing! My friends mom was flying out from Virginia to surprise them and we needed a good way to do it. I called ihop and they were so incredibly accommodating, getting a table ready for us before we even got there so it would be set up for the surprise. Chris, especially, was absolutely amazing! He even came up with a code phrase so that when I was on the way with my friend, he could make absolutely sure everything was ready. Thank you guys!

Came here the other night and the food was very yummy. The vanilla iced coffee was soooo good! The servers were attentive and pleasant. I was very pleased and would happily eat here again. (10x better than the Denny’s down the street, that’s fer sure!)

Good spot to go if you’re craving breakfast but don’t want to break the bank. I think of IHOP as a high end Denny’s. Same affordable price but the food is soooo much better! I don’t know what it is about their pancakes but they are addicting! I love that they have so many different flavors to choose from. I recommend the strawberry banana pancakes! They actually cook the pancake with bananas inside. We typically get seated right away even on a Sunday at 10am we only waited 5 minutes for a table. Our breakfast for 2(with coffee) ended up only being $ 20 bucks. Not bad especially considering how much food was on our plate!

I was quickly seated and the waitress asked very politely what I wanted to drink and brought it out within 2 mins. My food was delivered quickly thereafter. I would recommend this place any day of the week and any time of the day.

This place has really bad service. The waitresses have an attitude problem and the food took way too long, not to mention it wasn’t even that good. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

I normally don’t have a issue for waiting for a table but don’t tell me 10 minutes and make it 40 then take another 20 minutes to take our order AFTER telling a manager we are still waiting. Then suddenly have 3 people run over to get our drink order that you still messed up. Still waiting for the food, let’s see how this goes!!! Oh how I love a waitress that comes over to give excuses… Lady the damage was done! You’re only making it worse.

We come here often as my son is autistic and will only eat ihop and Jack in the box french fries. They see us come in and automatically start cooking a side of French fries for him. They are kind and nice to us. We greatly appreciate it.

This location is always busy, but the service is still good! Went today, ordered drinks and food, came quick. In and out in time to catch our movie. My eggs and cheese were yummy as usual! Love the flavored pancakes for the holidays. Employees here are awesome! They need to expand because they are a popular location.

It’s Christmas Eve. The restaurant is packed, so of course things take a little bit longer than usual. That’s to be expected. The service was excellent. The staff was accommodating and cheerful even with the demands of less patient customers. I would like to especially point out the manager who was on duty at the time. Al came by our table several times to make sure everything was running smoothly, and he personally went above and beyond my expectations. This is my new breakfast place.

I will give it this… IHOP has improved over the years, and is certainly a step up from Denny’s, but I still can’t bring myself to be a regular here. Only if I am meeting someone there that chose it for us with no other restaurants in the area will I show up and grab a coffee and more likely an omelet than a hot cake.

Very mixed… I wish I could give it a half star! I haven’t been here here in a few years didn’t like the over priced breakfast and cup of coffee. Thought I would give it a second go and that was a mistake! The Berry French toast was pretty good kind of on the real sweet side, hash browns a little under cooked, eggs ok but the bacon very undercooked, my other half had the banana foster with eggs, hash browns and raw bacon! When we mentioned that the bacon was raw, it was taken, and the same bacon was brought back cooked, but really chewy and left a bad after taste! I had to spit out the piece I had because of the taste and texture. They didn’t even offer us some new slices. I mentioned this to the hostess with the manger was standing there nothing was said or done, the cost was 20 bucks. Not really worth it for the bacon and eggs. Maybe a little coast for the French toast
