Tom is a punctual and professional business owner. I have used his carpet cleaning services for over 4 years now. His pricing is the best out there and he is polite and well mannered. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service for my home because of the professional and thorough job he does.

Simply put a pleasant experience. Tom called to confirm the night before. His assistant and he arrived early and went straight to work. The work was thorough and efficient. When finished, Tom walked through and gave suggestions and indicated areas that were likely to be issues in the future and offered advice to prevent further soiling. Tom is polite and courteous. I can see why he is highly recommended. It is nice to witness and owner doing the work.

Tom was referred by another carpet cleaner. He called me around 7pm the day before, came out the next morning and got the job done. Very good job, too!
