Find someone else, they cancelled my air duct cleaning appointment 2 hours before the set time due to family emergency — okay understandable (but kept the carpet cleaning app)
Then 2 hours past the SET appointment time the carpet cleaning guy calls and asks if I want to reschedule or keep the same appointment!
