Very unprofessional ownership and leadership at this company. They need constant attention and supervision to do the same job day in and day out. Its very frustrating having to coach someone who has one job, the same job, for nearly a year. Once receiving the criticism, instead of taking note and doing better the next time, the owner, David, will try to barter with you for additional cleaning as opposed to reimbursing you for a poor job. After I refused to pay in full for a terrible cleaning one day, we confirmed dates for our following weeks services and he assured me he would personally be there to make sure everything is cleaned correctly… no one showed up to clean… leaving my establishments in very bad condition upon our early morning arrival. There are too many cleaning services out there with better work ethics and abilities then these guys. Save yourselves the hassle and go with another cleaning crew.

Found them through one of my tenants, who used them to clean the place when they moved. Never got a vacant unit back that clean! I’ve used them recently to do a kitchen, which looked great. And needed a last minute job done cleaning carpets, and they worked me in. Totally recommend David and his team.
