Who the hell is reviewing a jack in the box, its a fricken jack in the box(he said as reviewing jack in the box) lots of fond memories in highschool here on prohour days, not sure if «the kids» still have em. Ya know what else kids don’t have? Respect. Bam

It’s great when you can get your food fast, but when the food isn’t what you expect it to be… Well, it’s disappointing… For example, the chicken tenders are only about 2 inches long, unlike the picture or how they used to be. Or perhaps it’s all the locations that have food cutbacks… Jack in the box is not as good as it once was…

I don’t understand why the management doesn’t make the employees park in the large lot instead of taking most of the available parking in their small lot. When I entered there were 3 customers and at least 7 cars in the lot. The need additional training before putting folks on the register.

They say the way you are greeted at a store or restraunt determines how you’re experience will be. Well when we walked in, the lady at the register had no expression. She greeted us with the most insincere«hi welcome to jack in the box», as if she was bored with her own words. Anyways we went ahead and ordered and when my daughter got her bacon and swiss buttery jack, the Swiss wasn’t in the burger. We then went and asked for the Swiss that they apparently forgot to put in. The lady grabbed a slice of cheese, threw it in a bag, and handed it to me saying nothing but«here». I do like this Jack in The Box better than the others I have visited and the food is not as greasy. As for the future, I will probably only come threw the drive thru.

Not a 5 star restaurant, no waiter service, but for what you pay for this is a great value. Consistent, never dissapointing, average food at below average prices. And the commercials are entertaining.

I really like this Jack in the Box better then any other one. And I usually just give Jack in the Boxes 3 stars or lower but this one gets 4 stars thanks to ASHLY! She was awesome! Great customer service, friendly & did her best to go as fast as she can. They were really busy & she still kept smiling & moving & tho we did wait a little she totally understood & without even asking or hesitating she offered us & others who were waiting a shake(it was a hot day so that was nice of her) or a discount. And our food was fresh! Fast Food places need more workers like her. She was very polite, fast & accurate! The store was pretty clean & tho it seemed very busy the rest of the staff seem to be moving fast & doing a good job. This is my ‘Go to Jack in the Box’ when I need my breakfast Jack & taco fix! I pass 2 Jack in the Boxes to get to this one. And this Jack in the Box has actually never missed up my order! And that’s hard to say for a Jack in the Box, hence this is why this one is my fav Jack. Jack would be proud of Ashly & this location.

This place sucks for late night snacks! after ordering and got home to eat, food was already cold and nasty! And buttermilk is dairy based so it should always be refrigerated! That tasted like crap also and the employees didn’t even have to make it all thay had to do was put it away in a fridge.

my favorite jack-in-the-box. usually no lines or very short lines here. the inside is very spacious. very nice in my opinion. usually just see people eating their burgers inside here, but today saw a girl come inside, sit at a table, not buy anything, but instead wait for some guy to arrive to buy her iPhone. must be a craigslist meeting between seller and buyer. the guy comes in, they haggle over whether he’s going to buy the phone, he seems to be playing dumb, including he asks if it has a manual. geez, iPhones don’t have manuals. maybe the guy really knows nothing about smartphones. yeah, must be a real duffus. anyways, he says he has to leave to get some money to pay for the phone. but that really means he doesn’t want to buy and he never comes back. poor girl didn’t get the sale. so, for me, as well as eating my burger and fries, also got to watch a free real life show here at this jack-in-the-box. entertaining to see what happens here. okay, now, where’s the clown?

Who doesn’t love curly fries??? Plus the service was great, fast and it kept my kiddo busy while we did laundry next door.

Somehow I thought that dining in would warrant faster service. I watched 12 cars in the drivethru come and go while I was the only person dining in. I have to give credit where credit is due and say that the food was very hot and fresh tasting. That being said, I should have to wait(while being the only person in the dining room) for as long as I would in a conventional restaurant. It took 18 minutes to get my food from the time it was ordered. This to me it unacceptable for a «fast food» chain. While the speed of service was horrific, the customer service was not. My cashier was friendly and smiled during our transaction. I will likely not be dining in again at this location.

Drive through service was great. Nice people, they pay attention to detail and my picky request. Booty call menu is a new yummy menu. Must try

I been to many jack in the box and I expect the long waits, but the reason I go to Jack is because of the quality and quantity of food. Now this jack in the box sucked!!! I had to repeat my order 3 times and then the guy even caught a little attitude. My burger was small and my loaded potato wedges were everything but loaded!!! Never going back. Your better off going to to Taco Bell right across.

Yes, yes I know what you are thinking, that perhaps I am tooting my own horn, but really, I had a pretty good Sourdough Grilled Chicken Bacon sandwich and fantastic onion rings from this«Jack in the Box.» The sour dough bread came warm, toasted well blanketed with a light smearing of butter, and the chicken had a nice grill on the outside.( ) The chicken was moist and tasted good, but what shined for me, was the layer of crispy bacon nestled between the chicken and lettuce and tomatoes.( ) I have to admit that I am a big fan already of Jack in the Box onion rings, and these did not deter my opinion of them in any way. They came really hot with a golden crunchy crust with moist white flavorful onions. Just the way I like them.( ) I really enjoy these every time I get them. Well done Jack! Some people call this place Crack in the Box, and their may be some truth to that, because I certainly got my fast food fix here. OnIoN rInGs People!

Overall, Jack In the Box is my favorite of the fast food chains. I like the way they’ve remodeled their restaurants into a more café atmosphere, and the food is tasty for the price. This particular location isn’t anything special. One gripe I have is you don’t get your receipt until after you get your food. They won’t print a duplicate, either. However I was impressed to witness their manager quickly resolve a situation where they completely messed up someone’s order. I heard the person place their order so I knew the customer was right. The shift manager quickly replaced the missing items from the order and found the correct receipt.(Probably could have been avoided if they printed a duplicate receipt, but that’s just my opinion.) I ordered two Jack’s Spicy Chicken sandwiches to go, one without mayo. Pretty hard to screw that up, and they didn’t, so I was happy. Place seemed pretty clean though I did not have the pleasure of visiting the restrooms. All and all, a pretty standard experience and the food was up to the quality I expect of Jack.

I rarely come to Jack in the Box. When I do go, I usually stick with the grilled cheese sandwich, side salad or curly fries. I recently went to try their chicken teriyaki bowl but without the chicken. So, basically the rice bowl with carrots and broccoli. I asked the employee if i still had to pay $ 4.58(full price) even though I asked without chicken. She said its the same price. That didn’t really bother me. But then, I asked if I can have extra carrots and/or broccoli and she said it would be extra. Now thats whats pissed me off. If I’m paying full price, without chicken, you can at least hook it up with a few extra pieces of broccoli or shredded carrots I’m definitely telling Jack about this.
