Only two stars every time I go her it’s sucks other then them having cool people that work there and seem nice I keep getting screwed lol went there last night got the new siracha chicken sandwich thing and got home only to realize there was no sauce on the damn thing lol had to use good olé Phils bbq sauce instead… He’s never let me down

Ok. Here goes another McDonalds review from me that doesn’t bode well for them.
Maybe I’m the common denominator when it comes to Mickey D’s.
Stopped here to get my most favorite treat from McDonalds, a strawberry milkshake.
My first shock was the price for a large milkshake: $ 4.30
When the hell did McDonalds partner up with Stone Cold Creamery? That’s a shame that I can buy a burger off the dollar menu but pay this much for a milkshake.
It’s like the meat of the cow is cheaper than what’s coming out of the cow.
The next thing that bothered me was the fact that my shake wasn’t a nice pink color indicating that it wasn’t properly mixed. The young’un offered to «mix» it for me so I told her that I would appreciate having it my way for a $ 5 treat.
I don’t think too many people take the time to review a McDonalds unless they’re not happy about the experience, which is a shame. I’m sure they’re some hard working kids in here that would enjoy reading about a positive experience involving them.
I think I just wanted to bitch about a $ 5.00 milkshake.

Sunday morning we took a drive just for a McDonalds breakfast. We placed our order of Big Breakfast and a Egg delight sandwich with mocha. Simple right. The order took a long time to come out. The sandwich bun was over toasted. They seem to forget my mocha, when I ask for it they had given it to another lady. When I ask for it because it took so long the lady said she gave it to another lady because she look like me. The screwed up my morning the rest was a fiasco no silverware no syrup and hash brown was under cook. Not a recommended site.

«Closed for maintenance»…thats what I’m told 30% of the time I try to use the drive through in the early morning hours before work. Lazy lazy lazy. Pay raise? No way

Came here to get food for my brother late at night, the lady at the window was on a cleaning tangent that night and completely forgot that we were in the drive through lol!
She was moving the shake machine and all pf a sudden it broke, and it made a mess everywhere. She called everyone in the back, they started cleaning, moving things… And my food wasn’t even done yet after more than 5 minutes! This place is a mess.
Everyone should be fired!

I give Rowena manager a 5 star she always makes me smile coming through drive-​through always takes care of me and make sure my food is hot thank you Rowena

I just moved to Telegraph Canyon Rd. And it was very nice finding this McDonald’s so close to my apartment, the customer service, its 24hrs, and needless to say the food was amazingly hot and freshly made! Good job guys!

There’s always something wrong when I go to this McDonald’s. If it isn’t the bad service, its the messed up orders. Recently went and ordered a double cheese burger, in return I got two cold meat patties on plain buns. If I’m not mistaken, a double cheese burger comes with cheese? So hungry I still ate it, but if I wanted two cold meat patties on plain buns I would’ve asked for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER. Plus their soda machine is always broken or never changed out. Their soda tastes like water.

New manager? I got my food hot & fast today just how I like it ! I usually have to wait for them to catch the chickens themselves before they can get my nuggets out. Was happily surprised on the service today

Fast food chains are alright and that’s why I give it only three stars. I am not a fan of mcdonalds items. However, the Mcchicken is an option for me almost every time! On this visit, I actually got a soft serve vanilla that only cost me around a buck. Coming to this location, the drive –thru is always packed, so if you want no lines, I prefer going inside. The restrooms are decent, but not the best for a fast food chain to offer. The service here is alright, but I think the workers need to input some enthusiasm as they work. What I look for at locations is the personality of the person and how they serve me… it’s not always about the food. Overall, if you need something to eat in a limited amount of time, I suggest going here. But if you want quality food try a restaurant or family owned business!

No bad experiences today i just hate that everyone in this location is like 16 or 18 years old. Feel like im walking into high school. The service is blah. I asked to change my son’s happy meal soda for a milk. Which takes less than 1 minute to simply put the cup back, turn around stick your hand into the fridge and grab a milk.. i did not receive this gesture. Instead i found myself waiting for i shit you not 2 minutes waiting for my sons dam milk while this little girl probably clocked back from break or something on the cash register. I hate McDonalds lol never expect wow service from any location. I strongly believe for a multi billion dollar world wide franchise the service should be more than just okay.

Idk what a piece of spinach has in my salad… its brownish purpleish im not sure if i ate any without noticing but its very disgusting. They have to be careful with that

This McDonald’s is THE WORST LOCATION OF ALL TIME. Every. Single. Time. And I mean, it never fails, guys. Every single time I have tried to make use of their «24 Hour Drive-​Thru» service I get the same BS story that the strawberry smoothie machine JUST broke down. And OH I JUST sold the last sweet teas to a customer way way before you… Making it worse? THEY AREN’T EVEN GOOD LIARS. They’ll sit there telling you their story very clearly making it up as they go along. I’ve worked food service honey. I know that slackers liked to close up early and pass their laziness off as «broken machines». So honestly guys, step the game up. And also NO ONE GO HERE.
Side note: If I’m wrong and you are having this much trouble with the equipment in your facilities then you still got 1 star. Because that’s ridiculous and you need to get it fixed.

My friend asked me what if I wanted a burger and i didnt know it was going to be from this place. When they got here my order is wrong FOR THE THIRD FUCKING TIME. Why is there no option to give negative stars?

I don’t really like eating the food here worst burgers around but everyone here likes them haha I only give 3 stars cause I like getting $ 1 coffee 3am before going to work!

The place is dead and the service is slow it’s been 15 min and my food can’t come out and all the employees just stand around and talk doing nothing

I had a work meeting at 6pm and wanted to bring apple pies so I left my home early to make sure I had ample time to order 12 pies. Arrived at this McDs at 5:17 and was out of there by 5:30! Not only did they make fresh pies for me but Toni (shift manager) gave me two free pies for waiting!

The employees there have no respect or tact when helping a customer. They were so rude I will not be visiting their establishment ever again. I will make sure to tell people by word of mouth so they don’t have a similar experience.

only for the kids. Its the easiest and quickest fast food joint when you’re babysitting 2 adorable niece and nephew.
Yes fast food is unhealthy! I know we all love Mickey D’s fries and nuggets! Besides, i worked here (Eastlake/​Chula Vista location) for 3 years when i turned 16. One of the most fun jobs i had.

I don’t know whether to laugh or be pissed anymore because this location in particular is one of the worst in taking orders and serving fresh food! I was debating whether it was even worth writing a review for this place, but people need to know the TRUTH here on what to expect.
When you go through the drive-​thru, it should not take more than 3 minutes to greet and take orders from a customer. My hub and I sat waiting for someone to speak and take orders for what felt like an eternity. We would have left, but we were stuck between cars waiting behind and ahead of us. After what felt like forever, we finally had our orders taken. When we got our order, the person behind the window asked us to check the contents in the bag to make sure it was right. First time I’ve been asked this at a drive-​thru, but perhaps mistakes happen often at this location so double checking contents inside the bag would be mandatory. Thank goodness we checked because what we got in the bag wasn’t right! What was supposed to be a Sausage Egg McMuffin Combo turned out to be only 1 of those and a regular Sausage McMuffin without the egg. Since it was incorrect, we informed the employee and she went back to grab the correct Sausage Egg McMuffin. When we got it back, it was incorrect again! The employee gave us an Egg McMuffin without the sausage! We gave it back again and finally it was correct! NOT!!! After leaving the drive thru, we headed out on our journey and as soon as I unwrap the sandwich, both McMuffins were missing the eggs!!! WTF!!! What makes matters worse is that one of the sandwiches was stale!!! Only one McMuffin was ok, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that we paid close to $ 12 for something that should have been worth less than $ 5. This place is horrible!
It took longer to get the order to be correct than it did to wait for our orders to be taken and what makes matters worse is that our order was not even close to being correct at all. What a mess! We left pretty pissed off since we didn’t have a good breakfast that morning after leaving this joint. Thanks a lot McDeezy on Telegraph. Better check your orders multiple times!
