This place is great… good environment friendly staff and awesome food… Stacks and quesadillas are amazing!!! Not sure how anyone could prefer Chipotle when all you get is a sloppy rolled burrito full of rice and minimal other ingredients to choose from. Free Chips & Salsa is a nice addition as well. But to say Moe’s is bland is crazy!!! So much flavor with so many choices of fresh ingredients! I would definitely return to this restaurant especially on Moe Monday for the $ 5.99 burrito deal!!! Welcome to Moe’s!

Worst burrito I ever had. Slow assembly line and bland food makes for a cold messy tasteless ball of mierde.

Very yucky refried food I got steak and as always very rubbery and tough. Everything tasted like it was out of a microwave :(I love burritos and his broke my heart sadly don’t think quality will change since it’s a chain. I recommend whole foods burritos really good n don’t charge extra for guac lol!

Went to Moes yesterday with my fiancé starving craving a burrito and we were saddened to find out they ran out of rice. And it would be an hour before any was done, saddened and hungry we left to go to different restaurant. How does the burrito place run out of rice with 3hours left before close and what kind of rice are they making that takes an hour to make? Moes needs to invest in some backup uncle bens minute rice.

Welcome to Moe’s! We walked in and told the employee behind the counter that it was our first time there, and got no response. We went ahead and ordered — a couple burrito bowls and a plate of nachos. I appreciate the amount of options there were, but the food was so bland. Rice was undercooked, cold. Onions and peppers were also undercooked and a little crunchy. Guacamole was starting to go brown. While we were in line, I watched an employee pour an older pan of beans on top of a new pan, and then mix them all together. The free chips and salsa were nice, but definitely not worth the higher price point than say, Chipotle. While we were eating, employees continued serving customers, deep cleaning a grill, mopping, and wiping down the food bins with a cleaning rag. There were maybe 6 employees on; nobody seemed to know what was going on or have anything to do because they were just hanging out behind the line. Everybody seemed very unfriendly. Definitely a side note but still a little silly, the bowls didn’t fit through the hole in the trash barrel? Anyway, I’ll keep to Chipotle. The 1 star is for to queso.

Thanks to this place I spent last night vomiting and squirting out of bum. Don’t get the chicken tacos, your body won’t forgive you.

I’m still a Chipotle girl, but in a squeeze, I wouldcome here again. As other people have mentioned, you get a lot of bang for your buck, but the flavor just isn’t there. Rice is lacking in flavor and texture, pico de gallo is meh, and the steak isn’t anything to write home about. However, the cranberry-lime salsa is delicious. Queso isn’t really queso, more or less ‘we melted some jack cheese and half and half… and charge for it’ It is nice however, that chips are included with every meal.

While trying various combinations of food here, I can only say all their ingredients, while fresh, are just lacking in flavor. That being said, you get a lot of food for the money. The restaurant is always clean and the girl behind the counter is always very nice. Free wifi and decent background music.
