Just walked out at 12:18pm. Lunch rush should be in full swing and they should be prepared. Carnitas was empty, they were just cutting into a zipvac bag(I did not know this was not prepared on site like chicken, now I do), plopped it in a container and told me it is cold and will take 30 min or more. Alright, I will have chicken. I was given an incredibly sparse portion. I surmise it is in an effort to preserve the small amount in serving container as they have none cooking?! The girl cutting the steak had a runny nose and was wiping it with her wrist, while her gloves were on and continued to handle the meat. Lettuce is also empty. Guess my bowl doesn’t need that either. If I could find a number for local management I would not have felt it necessary to publicly leave this review. Chipoltle in Franklin, get it together! I love Chipoltle and know this can be done much better.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. Every time I go in during the evening like around 5:30 or so they are out of something tonight it was guacamole chips and lettuce! What the heck how can you be open until 10pm and be out of those items this is the 5th time in the past month and a half that they’ve been out of these items! So sick of it!

Below average as far as Chipotle goes. In agreement with some other reviews, the dining room seems to always be less than sanitary and they have shortages regularly. One night a few months back we walked in an hour before close and they greeted us with, «Hey guys, just to let you know, we’re out of chicken, beef, pork, and lettuce!» We just ended up leaving. I get that shortages can happen(especially if they’re allegedly so selective on their food sources), but that was pretty ridiculous. I also feel they can be stingier with ingredients at this location as compared to others, and for some reason my burrito never seems to be rolled or wrapped correctly here. It’s pretty clear they have been losing business since the recent health scares – lunch and dinner time used to almost always mean a line out the door, but lately the lobby has been empty. Update: Visited again tonight and the girl who wrapped my burrito was extremely rude. Ironically, my check-in tonight earned me the title of Duchess.

Pre Ordering is a waste of time here. The site says 45mins but you normally have to wait longer. Tonight they ran out of veggies and then asked if I wanted to wait 20mins for the pork to be ready. Had to get chicken instead and the burritos and restaurant were overall sloppy tonight. Never mind the flocks of teenagers who live at this place. Used to be a better place to visit, but seems the employees have lost their care to please the customer. Almost charged me for the more expensive meat that I didn’t get, then almost forgot to take my cash(I should have let that happen…)

Ill start by saying I love Chipotle. This one, however, is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. I’ve been here about a dozen times in the last year. The employees are rude(except for a select few), if you come here past 4pm, they are guaranteed to be out of something critical to whatever you’re ordering– meat, lettuce, salad dressing, vegetables, beans, cheese, etc. No one who works here seems to care about dealing with customers. in fact, they seem to avoid it whenever possible. I always feel super rushed through the line, the employees are miserable to deal with, and the restaurant is filthy. Most recently they made me a salad with about 10 pieces of lettuce(no more left in the store at 5:30) and dried crusty meat scraps which was so far from a full portion it wasn’t even debatable. They were all out of carnitas for the night, obviously, and when I said«looks like you’re out of pork», he scraped the bottom of the tray into my bowl. when I asked for another protein to supplement the scraps I had in my plate I was told I’d be charged for a double portion. «Really?» I asked. «But there’s hardly any lettuce in it either…». «Nothing I can do about that» was the reply. With attitude, of course. I should have just walked out, but I paid for my meal and left. I got home and realized that they once again forgot to pack the dressing. That’s when I realized I hate this place and really need to stop coming here. The end.

They don’t really care about the customers here. I asked a person to clean my table and he just turn around and left .i thought he was going to come back but the guy he went out for smoking …

Was here two weeks ago they were out of lettuce and pinto beans. Go in tonight and they are out of sour cream and chips. Glad we waited in line only to find that all out upon ordering. Not going to waste time going here anymore. Moes is right down the street. Get your ordering together. Or maybe run next door to stop and shop… or maybe let people know before they stand in line. Very dissatisfied. Consistency is something you should strive for.

I had such a miserable experience here this week, would definitely never return. Depressing mood. Somber staff sulking in black T-shirts…no one smiling. Highlight was having to listen to a manager disciplining an employee for some sort of offence, telling him he was suspended for a few days. Why was this conducted in the middle of the dining room?

We often try to frequent Chipotles after events across Massachusetts with positive experiences. The area tacos here contained the smallest amount of steak of any place we have seen. Quite amazing how little there was. Taste of burrito good and line ups small — maybe because word is out this is a sub par experience.

Congratulations. You have managed to create the smallest burrito of any Chipotle in the country. Don’t take this the wrong way… I usually would rate Chipotle 4+ stars, but this was a disappointment. Send each of your staff members to any other location of their choice to see how it is supposed to be done. Additionally, one bottle of each sauce at the condiments bench is severely insufficient. This is the first time I have ever left a Chipotle restaurant hungry. And thirsty, because the chips were incredibly over-salted. The bigwigs of the chain should make undercover visits to this location in order to correct the many deficiencies relative to the standards of the chain. Boo!!!

I live in Hawaii and sadly, we don’t have Chipotle! Thats why every time I come to the mainland I have to have Chipotle. This stop was good. Great customer service and a delicious steak burrito. I was honestly surprised when I saw this location’s Unilocal rating. I have nothing to complain about.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The entire restaurant was filthy. Tables were covered in trash, floor was disgusting, and there was plenty of staff goofing off in the back. One of the people goofing off was the manager! Bret was apologetic, but the fact that it was that out of control was inexcusable and i doubt he cared. I really love Chipotle food, but I won’t go back to this location.

Continues to be the worst Chipotle in Massachusetts. You just cannot run out of Cheese halfway through your dinner rush.

I should have known to avoid Chipotle, especially this location. I can’t digest rice and beans well, so when I order my salad, I like grilled veggie substitution. I explain that loud and clear, then I get 2 strands of green pepper and sad hint of onion. I ask for some more, then she so reluctantly add few more strands of green pepper strings. By then this particular girl was annoyed at me so she gives me a table spoon worth of chicken. Oh, then the next guy takes over my sad chicken salad, I asked for«mild salsa», I moved over to the cashier. I looked at the salad which is not much at all, I complained then the cashier try to add more grilled veggies but the bin is empty and I have to wait… I was on hurry so I did not take the offer however when I got home to eat it, the salad was covered with super spicy salsa. I picked chicken out and ate, rest into garbage can. The grilled veggie incidents are very common. Maybe they get pay deducted when they give away too much grilled veggies. Spicy salsa was my first experience, perhaps out of joke or sabotage, or plain stupidity of the employee. I would like to hope it was a sabotage, it takes more brain power to plan that out. It used to be such a great place to go, many employees were service oriented people, so what happened?

This was my first visit to chipotle ever. I always hear people talking about it so I decided to finally give in and go. I got a burrito– it was delicious and everything tasted so fresh! The guacamole was amazing. However… The restaurant was FILTHY. Like I have honestly never been in a more dirty setting. The tables and floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. It looked like someone smashed a burrito piñata all over the dining area. The trash was overflowing to the point we had to throw out our food in the garbage can OUTSIDE. There’s no reason one employee can’t walk around with a spray bottle and broom. I felt like I was eating inside a dumpster. Who knows what the kitchen looks like!

We had a 30 minute window to eat on the run in between appointments. We decided to try Chipotle(my first time). From the outside in, it looked like it was going to be good. It seems healthy but we found out, it’s not really. It truly was an epic fail. First off, the young kids running the place need speech and language services. They either mumbled or spoke so fast, we could not understand their questions. The place is super filthy dirty in the dining area, in the loo and outside. The chips and guac raised my rating to two stars. We drank water all night due to the sodium levels in the food. Nunca mi vida… pass

Got sick from here twice. I loved the burritos so much i got it multiple times since it opened but it’s just getting worse and worse. I agree with previous review that I think they reheat the unused food because chicken and steak is SO dry and when you bite into big pieces or taste them alone it taste pretty«funky»

Don’t even consider coming here if you have any plans in your immediate future. For some reason this location is the slowest Chipotle I have ever visited, and I have been here multiple times. I have given up on this location though. It seems as if the staff has no clue how to multi task which leads to long lines and absurdly long wait times. Some training is definitely needed.
