Pizza Hut

I used to have a terrible time wih this pizza hut. I would have stopped using them entirely, but my son likes their pizzas and we live right down the street. About a year ago I suspect they ditched the awful staff because the new people try hard to help. Are they busy with limited phone lines to take our calls? Yes. That seems to be a corporate Pizza Hut problem and not the fault of the staff here. But my experience this past year has been great. Everyone there is helpful and friendly, and if you are courteous, they will go the extra mile. For example, tonight I ordered a pizza and didnt know I was getting a default crust I didnt want. I usually order online. I called to complain and the staff member gave me a run down on what I need to expect if I dont ask for different options, and she sent out replacement pizzas at no cost. For the customer who sarcastically called these staff members ‘autistic’, shame on you. These are peoples’ daughters, sons, friends, working and doing the best they can. Show a little grace here.

This place gets the job done on nights Hubby and I don’t feel like cooking. The delivery drivers are always friendly and have never gotten our orders wrong. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think a little more care could go into making the pizzas, I worked at papa Murphy’s for a year and always spaced my toppings evenly it’s not that hard!

After waiting two hours for an order placed we finally called and were told they were not delivering due to the weather (though we saw their drivers delivering pizza still) so we cancelled our order. They called us later asking us if we wanted to cancel or order or pick it up (having clearly not communicated with whomever we spoke to the first time) so we said it was already cancelled but if we could pick it up we would. They said to come in 20 minutes and that our order would be made in priority. When we arrived we were told our pizzas had not been made because the order was cancelled (again-​clearly there was no communication going on) and that it would be another 15 minutes. No apology or acknowledgement of the mistake, or even the absurd wait time. Eventually, three hours after ordering we got our food. One pizza hot and freshly made, the rest of the order cold. Needless to say, we were not exactly pleased with our experience.

Ordered pizza over 2 hours ago. Still not here and its closing time.

So, since moving to Beaverton last august I have spent a total of $ 482.57 on this location. So this review comes with some long term exposure.
Everyone at this location is very friendly. Always polite, always happy and the drivers begin to recognize you after your 20^th or so pizza.
The downfall I think has happened with the new menu items that Pizza Hut started offering a few months back, with the different sauce options, crust flavors, drizzle etc. I can remember the 2 occasions my pizza has actually came correctly.
As someone else wrote, if you call them, tell them the issue, they are friendly and will correct it. But there is only so many times you can call them before just giving-​up and accepting whatever comes to the door.
I will continue to order from these guys out of sheer convenience and in the hope that there is another memorable day of a correctly prepared pizza…

After a very long and mentally grueling day, we ordered a pizza and wings on-​line, well due to an ordering mess up (no one to blame but maybe a wrong key pushed on the computer), our wings were bone-​in instead of boneless. I went back in and Miguel replaced them with no problem. I know He didn’t have to do that. But he was very nice and understanding. Great customer service. We may have had our little mishaps with this location in the past, but after tonight we will definitely be back.

I like pizza. A lot. Pizza is supposed to have tomatoe sauce. This location doesn’t seem to understand that. That combined with being undercooked makes it seem like im eating gooey dough with cheese and toppings.

I loved reading the reviews for this location. What the hell do you think this is a personal chef at your house making pizza out of fresh ingredients? No, its friggen Pizza Hut. Pizza made by someone that is making minimum wage that doesn’t really give a shit because they are pumping out 100+ Pizzas a night.
Now for my opinion of this location… I always get delivery, every delivery person that has been out is always nice and polite. The cheap Americanized pizza is usually little greasy but understandable since its probably been out of the oven for more the 15m. In most cases, its still okay and edible. The three times I had issues, over the pass year, I called the store and they were more then willing to correct the issue by either a credit to my account or making a new pizza and having a manager deliver it. I have never had an issue with attitude from employees or management but when I call them with a complaint I’m not a complete dick head about it.
So why only four stars, it doesn’t have that WOW factor I am always looking for…

First off, kudos to the delivery man for not mentioning the smell of pot in our home. With that said, that marked the END of my positive experience. The pizza was covered in a lifetime worth of grease, and the crust tasted like dough. In fact, my friend is making bread in the oven with the left over dough. I will most likely never order there again.
Also enjoyed the online experience.

Worst over priced pizza ever. Crust soggy, horrible Canadian bacon. I’m done with pizza hut. Going back to domino’s or little Ceasars. At least there you get what you pay for…

This store is 7 minutes from my house. Why it takes an hour to deliver a pizza and wings I do not understand. It’s incredibly frustrating. Dominoes always delivers in under 45 minutes and they are farther away…

Pizza is good but the girl who works at the front counter is rude as hell. Stood there for several minutes while she took a phone order, not once looked up at me or acknowledge my presence in any way. Even when she put the call on hold to do something else, still didn’t look up. Unreal. Finally a guy from the back came to take my order.

We rarely were delivered what we ordered, and the customer service was not great. No longer supporting this location.

We live right next door to this pizza hut. We haven’t had any issues/​problems.
There’s nothing special but nothing horrible to say besides their drivers aren’t very safe. When coming out of the parking lot, they don’t seem to care or look for on-​coming traffic. While on scholls ferry we’ve had to stop multiple times because they would just run threw lanes as if no one else is driving.

Definition of incompetence.
10 people working and no one told me that my food was ready.
Instead I sat there for 30 minutes not knowing this.
Go elsewhere if actual service is what you want.
