While the nutty chipotle pizza itself wasn’t bad, the experience was tainted by the fact that I paid $ 25 for a pizza plus $ 3 for delivery that took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to my apartment on a Tuesday evening(pizza ordered at 6:01 and delivered at 7:21). Spare yourselves — drive to Papa Murphy’s and bake your own pie for cheaper, faster, and tastier!

They close at 9 pm on Tuesdays. Not 10pm as listed. Bummer dude! Now it’s the next day(Wednesday) 8:40pm and I just called. And Matthew informed me that they are no longer delivering, sorry about that. as he says. I just moved to the neighborhood & signed a 15 month lease. That’s 15 months I’m not calling this location. Once again… bummer dude! Update: Round Table delivered to me instead. No longer bummed out :)

Great tasting pizza. I live outside their delivery area and find that if you mention that fact and pick-up your pizza, they’ll typically offer you a discount.

I love their pizza because there’s garlic in it and it’s made by people that know how to make pizza that’s not too greasy taste right

We ordered pizza, cheesesticks and a salad I never got. The ‘jimmy’ pizza was greasy, didn’t notice it until the second slice(I was really hungry) The cheesesticks maybe had a just over a quart of grease in it, and that’s just eyeballing it. I’m sure squeezing it’s spongy texture would probably produce more. My stomach already feels funny from all the grease, my lips however don’t need lip balm now? Gross. For a chain pizza place you’d think it’d at least be at papa johns level, and that’s really saying something. I think we’d ordered like a year ago and it wasn’t like this at all.

The food is pretty good, but the customer service is horrible. We got two pizzas and a CinnaStick delivered. One of the pizzas was barely better than Dominoes quality, and there was no frosting with the CinnaSticks, despite asking for extra. They were reluctant to offer compensation, and initially offered just the price of the pizza refunded. I repeated that there was no frosting with the CinnaSticks(seriously, I don’t know anyone who eats them without it) and they conceded to refunding money for both the pizza and CinnaSticks. A few days later, I still hadn’t gotten the refund. Called back and the guy said they don’t do refunds, just account credits, but that he would talk to the manager and call me back. There is no where on the site to see if you have a credit, and I haven’t heard back even though it’s been over a week. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard to not pay for food we didn’t eat because of their mistakes. Won’t be eating from here again.

Unilocal says they close at ten. Called by 9:00 and all I got was attitude telling me they’re closed.

Ugh! SO disappointed with their gluten free pizza! My kids LOVE their pizza but I have had to switch to gluten free. This was so expensive for what it was and SO gross. Same texture as cardboard! Other stuff is okay. Maybe this was a way off day. Cold cardboard pizza was not what I was hoping for. :(

Our first delivery from Garlic Jim’s today. We don’t order delivery pizza very often, but we thought we would give Garlic Jim’s a try. Jake took our phone order, made our pizza, and delivered it. I thought that was pretty cool! We ordered a large Garlic Jim’s chicken pizza. Garlic Alfredo sauce, red onions, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted garlic cloves. It was tasty. Delivered on time and hot, we will be ordering again.

The staff over the phone was super brief to the point of rudeness. Yes /no answers, no help with choosing. The delivery person was nice though and was able to make appropriate jokes to lighten up the situation.

Was there last weekend for son basketball tournament and it was late. We had a big order and the staff was great and very patient with us. Gave us all we needed to take back to hotel right next door. The pizza was very good. They made a late dinner experience very enjoyable.

Disappointed =\ our first time trying this pizza place and it was a terrible experience. I’d like to say that the lady that took my order was very nice and pleasant to talk to, but she had said 40 – 45 mins… So at about 40 mins we watched the door since my baby was sleeping and my dogs like to bark at everything. At about an 1 hour and 5mins of no pizza I called to get an update. She said he got to our house and realized he forgot one of our pizzas so he had to go back… Then at 1 hour and 15 mins I called and let them know that this was a little frustrating. She then refunded our pizza.(That was nice). Then at 1 hour and 20 mins I called back and asked if he was still coming or if I should order something else. She said he should have been there by now and seemed confused why he wasn’t there yet, but said he should still be coming… So at about an hour and 30 mins later our pizza arrived… Pizza delivery man didn’t really care that he took a long time… Blamed it on Friday night(which I understand can be busy, but please let us know 45 – 1:30 then) as soon as he left we realized he forgot our ranch… Then eating the pizza the chicken bacon ranch was so doughy in the center it was hard to eat… Pepperoni was not bad. So all in all we will not be ordering from garlic jims and will not be recommending it to others.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Marriott right next door(should’ve walked 30 seconds to go get it but said they would deliver to the door in 20 mins) and guess what? Pizza never showed up. Called and they claimed they had not had an order from Marriott all day! Wonder why the asked my name, phone and room number then? DON’T ORDERFROMGARLICJIMS!

I’ve only gone in once, but we’ve ordered from here maybe twice a month for a year now. Each time we’ve gotten our pizzas, its been perfect. We order two pizzas at a time and usually try at least one new one and one we know we like. Delivery time is good, they’ve never taken over 30~40 minutes to get our pizzas to us. It’s always been the correct order, the pizzas all taste great, and thankfully they’re still hot. Nothing ruins the night more than soggy cold pizza. As a bonus I do like their cheese and red pepper packets, they taste more flavorful than other places. Price is kind of spendy but I do consider the taste to be much more gourmet than the cheap places, yet not so gourmet the pizza is tiny as heck and not worth the price. I have to say for the taste and portion, this is the best deal around for us.

I’ve ate at this Garlic Jim’s grabbing single slices of pepperoni and it’s great. Today I ordered a large thin crust margherita delivered and I’m reluctant to say it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. $ 26 and I would’ve rather made a frozen pizza. I’ve had numerous gluten free pizzas before and everyone that had a piece agreed that this was gluten free crust. The problem is I didn’t order gluten free crust and when I called, ‘Jake’ said he prepared it himself and it’s not gluten free. It’s dry, chalky and tasteless. I’ll post a picture for reference. I will not be eating at Garlic Jim’s anymore. EDIT: I reduced it to 1 star because they refused to offer any sort of refund/compensation for the issue. I won’t be eating at any Garlic Jim’s ever again. You can see from the pictures that the pizza is overcooked and dry. That is within minutes of it arriving for delivery, even though it looks weeks old. Truth be told I spent $ 8 on a dominoes pizza to replace this travesty of a pizza and my guests were pleased. It had flavor and wasn’t a dry piece of cardboard.

My first time here, and not too bad at all. I got the Ultimate pizza with breadsticks. The Ultimate was good, but tastes similar to other pizza’s(pizza hut comes to mind). The pizza was cooked well and the ingredients are similar to other chains, although I will say the spicy sausage was better than most. The breadsticks were solid as well, no complaints there. All in all, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. The friend who recommended it to me thought the quality was a little off this time, so I might give it another shot down the road.

The guy working so very nice and helpful. I got pizza drink and salad for basically 6 bucks. Pizza is in a round heater if you want it by the slice, cooked to order if you get a personal pizza or big one. menu is pretty awesome! I’d probably go back Bc I work right next to there.

I came just after 1 for lunch, and the slices were nearly gone — just a couple cheese slices that looked like they had been in there a LONGTIME(not fresh). I asked if more were coming and he said no, because they were closing in 45 minutes. Really? It’s lunch time people. If you’re going to be open for lunch, be open for lunch. I ended up getting a personal pizza, but being in a hurry, was hoping for a quick slice to go. I’ve been here before and it’s halfway decent food, but not sure if I’ll bother coming back if they won’t plan on stocking slices for lunch. I’m an extremely busy professional and really don’t have time to wait around. There are many like me and lunchtime food businesses need to understand that and be quick about their lunchtime offerings. Time is money people.
