Cortille is always a great experience whether you’re there for coffee or a meal. Great array of interesting things to choose from including AMAZING selection of waffles and juices. The fit out is reason alone to make the trip to try this place, with a caravan inside the café! Yes you heard me right. The celeb collage on the wall is my personal favourite part :)
The staff are friendly and cool, and the café is child friendly. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere is a big deal for me when dining and you just know that when there’s a coffee caravan inside the building and you’re surrounded by kitschy laminex tables, things are going to be good.
There’s a pretty standard menu here but everything is really tasty. I opted for poached eggs on toast with a side of smashed avo and it’s really pleasant seeing that you’re not paying $ 3/​$ 4 for half an avocado. You get a littls side dish packed full of tasty, ripe avo and a slice of lemon to top it off. I was really pleased.
Takeaway coffee is pretty well priced too. If you’re so inclined, you can get something similarly sized to a bucket for $ 5.

Stuck outside in the cold dreariness of Bendigo? We’ll go across the street from coles and you’ll find a fantastic café that’ll lift those spirits.
When I first stepped in, the staff had greater me but recognised I was new so he showed me around the place (so I know where everything is) before seating me in the upstairs area. The interior is very modern and funky with a nice, welcoming feeling.
As it’s a cold day I ordered the waffles and a cap. The cappuccino is delicious with a lot of attention to the detail. The waffles are home made and reasonably priced, not many places do their own waffles but these ones were lightly crisp and moist, great with strawberries and ice cream.
This place is great, especially for ex Melbournites like me, so give them a try :)
