I just popped in to pick up a coffee before class. The staff was very friendly even though it was very busy.
Prices are lower than most chain cafes. 2£ for quite a large latte. The coffees are hand crafted Grumpy Mule Coffee.
They offer hot meals and sandwiches and soups along with a few sweet items.
They offer a loyalty stamp card like most chains. 1 free hot drink for every 10.
Good coffee, I’ll try the food when I’m here next week.
The people behind this café are BaxterStorey — the same ones who run the cafes at the British Museum & the Natural History Museum.
The Café is on the ground floor near reception & you don’t need to be a student to enter. Its open to everyone.
