Great place for a quick and especially healthy breakfast or lunch. They know how to balance with proteins and carbs. If the usual salads make you feel hungry just after a short bit, the Pod salads have their share of filling high protein stuff like quinoa so you have enough energy for the afternoon. And they are tasteful! I came back the next day and tried the energizer scrambled eggs and I like these too, with some mozzarella and avocado added.

Good for a quick healthy lunch in the City, though it gets pretty busy at the lunch hour. My standby is the salmon detox box and the quinoa mango yogurt. Friendly and efficient — if you need it quick and you don’t want to consume 10k cals, Pod will surely do!
