i had delicious beef bourginon today, loaded with mushrooms, poured over wild rice with a «salad» of edamame, peas and carrot shavings on the side. I was worried the beef dish(which seemed to be the only western meal on the menu; other dishes were curries) would not be at all what I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised. I love mushrooms and was happy to have loads of them in my gravy, but it could have used a few more pieces of meat. but, I’m definitely going back to order the same thing very soon.
