This local favourite is owned and run by a lovely Persian called Sina and his friend Adi .
It is a real meeting place of the world .
We love their friendly welcome .
They do great breakfasts and if you ask for one of their Adis special large Omlettes you will not be disapointed
There is a sun drenched front outside seating area with cover if needed
It does get busy as you might expect but they are always accommodating.

This place is A-​OK and that’s alright with me.
Venus is the goddess of love and I LOVE that I can get a quick order of café food for a bargain price and that’s about all that matters.
I got a standard fry-​up with a cuppa for just £4. The larger option is just a fiver. The tea comes from a bag and you’ll find the cold drinks in the fridge. It’s a bit like being at home except someone else is doing the cooking and the washing up. Result!
You can grab a table inside or there are a few out front by the busy Western Road. It’s actually a bit of a sun trap on a good day.
Sometimes I just like to keep it simple. Café Venus is very straightforward in what if offers and it works.
