Super nice structure. It looks and feel like a boat parked upside down on the shore of a small lake. Great space with water games on the transparent ceiling. All around a great terrace facing the water for a great aperitive and drinks.
Inside it is spacious with tables not too cramped one over the other and great view to the outside trough large glass walls. Very intriguing.
Well, the food really meet the anticipations you get from the site.
Small dishes, good price, so I would definitely go for the 5 courses surprise menu.
All bio product chef made and cured. Great service and all at the right timing. I looooooved the poached egg with barely … Wow!
Wines and beers of good quality.
Well done. Perfect for intimate dinner as also for groups.
I would say best in summer time to enjoy the outside seating.

Pure artistry in food in a fabulous setting with an enthusiastic staff… highly recommended!

What a cool restaurant. We loved it. Organic, creative food at a surprisingly reasonable price. You cam order tapas type plates or take a 3 or 5 course meal (we took the latter). Everything was perfection.
I urge you to try this place if you’re ever staying at Schipol
