Location ist ok, Shisha aber sehr schlecht! Oldschool pur. Selbstzündende Kohle. Nur 7 Geschmackssorten:

Wassermelone
Schmeckt nicht gut und kostet 14 €!!!

This place is ok. I love the look and vibe in comparison to the more touristy cafes in the are… But if you continue walking a little further you’ll be pleasantly surprised how authentic you can get.
I ordered a full English for both myself and a friend for our preflight meal and it was not great. He told me as I ordered that it would be his Dutch version and I should have just canceled then but I wanted to check out that rabbit hole so you know…
Both breakfasts were equally oily and so we ordered coronas to battle that but the mushrooms were soggy, my egg was supposed to be over easy but ended up rubbery and hard with a small area undercooked. Didn’t wanna go anywhere near the beans, then there was a terrible moment where my friend and I looked at each other and said ‘These sausages ain’t right are they?‘
Stopped eating, ditched the beers and escaped lol. So you ask why I scored 3 stars? The music was brilliant for our vibe and actually kept us there even when we wanted to leave.

Okay, I have to admit it. Every time I am in this corner of the world I stop here. The service is easy and personable, the drinks reasonable and the food is a gurgle surprise given the average Dam bar fare.
Definitely worth your time whether you are drinking beer to relax or smoking your own. Check it out.

Great place for a hookah. Flavor are a little limited but at € 10 you can’t beat it!
The area is great for wandering and not too crowded. Lots of pot shops in the area, tourist stuff and easy to find restaurants. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and music that’s upbeat and not Euro Techic or super loud.

The girl convinced us to go inside. After we order we find out they close in 25 minutes and their hookah was not good. Strawberry beer is beer with strawberry syrup. Fail!

Don’t remember much, but what I can it was great! It has good coffee, close to the city centre and the seats are almost bed like =D Love Amsterdam.

Traveling companion and I stopped here to warm up and have a drink.
We loved the coziness of it so much we stayed and had a bite to eat. I had chili and friend had soup. It was very good.
Great location not far from train station.
Would love to go back one day.

My companion and I stumbled across this bar while exploring the Red Light District. We were drawn in by a song we both love (‘Riverside’ — Sidney Samson) and decided to get a drink here.
Just an FYI, they don’t sell anything grassy, but you are allowed to bring your own. However, they do have hookah, which we tried.
We tried a coca leaf liquor (which has no actual drugs in it, besides alcohol) which was actually pretty refreshing and yummy.
There are cats wandering around here (just a warning for cat haters and an enticement for cat lovers).
The ambiance is cozy and nice. There’s an area in the back with weird seating and cushions and tables made of petrified wood.
OH! But just to note… if you are thirsty whilst smoking and drinking and you want water, make sure to CLEARLY specify tap water. I asked, «Can I have tap water? TAP!!! TAP WATER!» (just to emphasize, I yelled tap a few times). However, the dude brought out two glass bottles of water (pathetic thick-​glass 8 oz. ones) and I was livid when he tried to say he didn’t hear me say ‘tap.’ Docking a star for that one.
