Although the place is overpriced, the atmosphere is nice, there was a belly dancer and the food was delicious. The only big problem appeared with the hookah.
While booking the table I pointed out that we wanted to smoke hookah. The reservation went successful. When we appeared the manager said that they didn’t serve the shisha at that time (7:30p.m.) although nobody said about this earlier.
She suggested to wait an hour when they usually start preparing hookah. It took us 2 hours before we could smoke it. The waiter and manager didn’t want to accept the order for earlier because of various reasons they made up. Finally the manager said that she would do a favour (!) and make the hookah herself because they are understaffed — her words.
I won’t go there again.

The food was excellent, and the service was very friendly. Décor and atmosphere was similarly great. They lost one star for what felt like a somewhat high price, and one for the slightly random walkabout acts (a belly dancer and a «Palm reader») who actually made the experience feel a bit cheapened.

What a fantastic place. We came here on the advise of our hotel and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is very luxurious middle eastern. We dined reclining on a couch and shared some amazing food. The cold shrimp and langostino were excellent as was the chicken bastilla. There was even a belly dancer. The whole meal with drinks was only about 50 euro and we were both full. Great place for a romantic dinner or group fun

I thought this place was really, really fun! The place is really cool: you sit on these enormous couches covered with cushions and take your shoes off and just chill. Each dining party in its own corner. The service was incredibly friendly, though a bit slow with drinks. The food was all delicious (especially the artichoke spread, so good!) and so artfully arranged. DO NOT go here if you want a quick bit though, this is an experience and you will spend 3 hours! We had a great time.
They have belly dancers, a tarot card reader, and two masseuses. I got a lovely back and neck massage in between courses that was quite reasonably priced! The day I was there the belly dancers were not (for which the staff kept apologizing) but it was really nice anyway.
My only complaint would be that the bathrooms were really dirty, but it was the end of a long and busy night for the restaurant. Oh, and you MUST make a reservation.

Great atmosphere, beuitiful city. Horrible service and food. Very expensive. How can you make so many dishes taste so bad? There were 6 of us and not one of us thought the food was good so it is not just my taste.
Very sad because the inside is really nice.

We started out here yesterday with lovely cocktails and then did the course menu where we started out with a huge platter of cold mezze which were all delicious. The cocktails were well made and the service was a bit slow but they were friendly. The warm mezzes came out which were also all wonderful. As the place started emptying out, the mice started running around. I’m not talking just one mouse, I’m talking like 3 at a time. I know its Amsterdam and there are mice and that its an old city (the manager suddenly appeared to tell us that) but seriously, it’s a health hazard to have all of these mice running around, not only where patrons sit, but what about the kitchen?! The management did not offer us anything in return except to say that there are simply mice in Amsterdam. Well, I am simply saying — get an exterminator.

Kool kool kool venue. Couches, good music, belly dancers, good turkish food, and you have to try the cocktail MONKEY and something… (south&confort and fruits) AWESOME! Nice ppl, service… so and so but friendly. Not so expensive. You have to go 100%.
