Stache has become our go-to ‘I don’t feel like cooking and we shouldn’t get a takeaway/pizza’ place. We love this place for the high quality ready meals and sneaky treats(read: sticky toffee pudding). This could have been 5 stars but they are missing a freezer section! Mama needs ice cream to go with her STP! Defo try the sweet potato masala with black quinoa!

This is a wonderful boutique supermarket, they have amazing and hard to find delicacies from around the world. You can get some amazing treats, they have plenty of quick meals if you are in a rush. They have a small café where you can sit and eat and they do some amazing take-away sandwiches.

Tables available on the Second floor — very very cozy! You can surely work with laptop for a long time. Sandwiches and little meals to warm up available. Organic and Healthy! Place is so inspiring, you get hungry just stepping inside.

Stopped in here on my way back to my hotel because they had a nice little snack stand outside. I purchased some chocolate & chocolate chip cookies. They were not amazing by any means but the staff is friendly and the prices reasonable.

Best sticky toffee I’ve had in Amsterdam, or maybe ever? It definitely left an impression and I still think STACH = TOFFEEEEEEE! The owner, Mr. Stach, is also super friendly, so I recommend this little gem. I hear their other food is also quite good, but I can’t get past the coffee and toffee :)

I was twice in this place, nice grocery store. I eat, the tradition here, sandwich with an organic Coke. Good but I found this place quite expensive anyway. pastries are good, no more for me. the quiche lorraine a little too salty.

Their sandwiches are tasty. However, I was grossed out to see the sandwich artists on the 2 occasions I visited wipe her hands on her pants then check her cell phone in between making sandwiches and another guy pass the sandwich to the guy handling the cash to insert the sandwich in the sandwich bag. They don’t wear plastic gloves when preparing the sandwiches. Haven’t gotten sick but they really need to practise better safe handling of food.

Stach is about a 15 minute walk from my house. It’s a lovely neighborhood store that sells wine, cheese, biological bread, sandwiches, stamppot, salad and healthy snacks. Although, I am allergic to almost everything in here when it comes to food. I still enjoy shopping in here for Dutchman. A great shop to stash your pantry with plenty of goodies. They had a few Gluten free bars, but unfortunate for me they had nuts in it. I am allergic to Gluten, Nuts, Eggs and a hundred of other things, but it still doesn’t hurt to see if they have any Gluten Free, Nut Free and Egg Free items. Who knows… maybe one day I may get lucky.

I am so lucky this shop is only a 5 minute walk from my home. I come here every week for cheese, wine, bread or snacks(and a lot else.). Love this place! Stach only sells the best stuff so you’ll love it. The Pastrami sandwich is very tasty. You can also have eat in here, just choose one of meals and they will warm it for you.

I adore this boutique corner shop. A small, but just right amount of selective snacks, drinks and foods, this is the spot to hit when you’ve got a hankering for fine foods to nibble on. Cheeses, compotes, crackers, take-and-bake pizzas, wines, teas and freshly baked breads, STACH has you covered for any cravings you might be suffering from. Across from an Albert Heijn, I always stop in while grocery shopping for a few items not only because the food is so tasty, but the shopping experience is neat and the presentation is lovely. Enjoy!

Ode to Stach It’s my very first day, in Dutchie-land Exploring De Pijp — Destination? Unplanned! We wanted some coffee, so completely ad-hoc Ran into an owner, whose name is Stach! «Stach? Like the name? The name of this store?» «Why yes», said the owner, «come in and explore!» Old floors, huge windows, this place to revere The atmosphere alone… I want to live here!!! Stach and the staff, so nice and relaxed Come sit and enjoy, when you’re feeling maxed! Homemade bread, drinks and desserts oh my So much to choose from, on the fly With some drool in my mouth, I picked Sticky Toffee Taartje Let’s just say, the yummy taste will stay forever in mijn haartje! I can’t possibly describe all the good that is here So if you’re in the hood, in this direction, you should veer :)
