Pica pica

Talking about hidden gem’s in Oost, Pica Pica is definetely the one. If you’re in the market for origanal tapas: this is then place to go. We had a couple tapas here on a Sunday night recently. The food was good and quite original; the service very friendly (although a bit chaotic for a place that was half full) and the wines decent. If you don’t mind the view (parking lot filled with ambulances) and you’re in for a quick bite, don’t hesitate to go!

Good Spanish restaurant at a location that is a bit hidden. Found it online and ate here with restaurant week. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Our first dish was with sardine salad on toast. It was good but I have to admit I am not a fan of sardines. The others loved it though so this is just me. Also had the fish soup which was really good. The food here is made with love and you can tell. The chefs brought our food to our table and told us the details, so nice.
I drank nice sangria with my meal which I can recommend for this real Spanish summer holiday feeling.
This restaurant near Oosterpark isn’t cheap but it is very nice so I think it is worth your try.
