Orbit Restaurant & Lounge

This place is really yummy, but it better be for the price. My suggestion is to eat a hearty lunch, then eat here for dinner. This is definitely a place for flavor, and not to satisfy hunger. The «lounge» feel is fine for drinks, but not sure how much we liked it for dinner. The food is asian fusion.
Starters:
— softshell crab — really yummy
— lamb and chicken skewers — well cooked, but the sauce is delish
— Ika Karaage (squid dumplings) — it’s not a normal dumpling wrapper, more like flakey strands of pastry dough. It’s good and not fishy tasting
— Deep fried shrimp (and veggie and chicken) wontons — good wontons
— rib eye roll — not bad, but nothing to write home about
— Peking duck starters — yumm
— sesame prawn rolls — it’s like the filling of shu mai, but instead of a won ton wrapper it is encrusted with sesame seeds. It’s alright…
— lettuce wraps — a bit on the salty side
— green mussels — meh, you can pass on this one.
main courses:
— Szechuan Beef, Sake Beef, Seabass — all good dishes, but the dish only comes with that item (there’s no side of vegetables or a starch that comes with it; it is literally just the beef, or just the fish, etc). Would recommend ordering a side
sides:
— noodles, fried rice, eggplant/​courgette — all mediocre
We (there were 7 of us) all enjoyed the food there. I wouldn’t go back often because I don’t normally eat € 50-​€ 70 dinners. But if it were a special occassion, then maybe.

The restaurant has a very elegant design, yet quiet pricey. I came here and order these appetizers and the portion is smaller but there dishes are really good. There main dish is good remember to order steam rice to eat w your main dish. I recommend the chicken kaba. It is delicious :) and the service here is very good!

So… Orbit advertise big, very big ORBIT LOUNGE&Restaurant. The definition of lounge everybody knows what means.
On Friday night I went there with my hubby. There were only 2 or 3 tables occupied.
When we enter and young lady very surprised acting like «wtf are u looking for in this place»… «Welcome» us saying: «yes? What are you looking for?» Immediately our mood went south… U can’t welcome costumers like that. We said we want to drink something, a coffee whatever… She said wait. Ok… Then she said ok come in. Very hostile atmosphere… We ordered a coffee and I said that I wanted the menu. How I said the atmosphere was sooo bad… So we decided to leave… Was 2 minutes after we sat. We went to pay the coffee and was there a guy to whom we said that we ordered the coffee, but we just want to pay and leave. He asked why, we explained and he said: true, it’s said that Orbit it’s a lounge, but she had to ask me cause actually u must eat here…
Like he was doing me favor. Pffff. We paid the coffee and we just left. We will never ever go back! Maybe the place it’s nice but the service and atmosphere is 0.

Modernes Ambiente. Sushi war frisch und sehr lecker. Preise ordentlich

Toll ist es, wenn man in ein gutes Restaurant nur eine Treppe tiefer gehen muss!
Alles sehr stylish: weiß, schlicht, nüchtern.
Freundlicher Service, der auch in Englisch bemüht ist.
Die gemischte Sushi-​Platte war frisch, abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Nachtisch geht bei mir immer: Brownie mit Eis und Sahne– tiptop!
Die Preise sind allerdings echt tüchtig.

Great Asian food, friendly staff, Recommend: Peking duck starter, soft shell crab, chicken baaga with noodles :) Enjoy!

Fusion place. Slightly cheesy interior. Quality sashimi and some tasty finger food. A bit over priced to be honest.
