Stopped in on a Friday at 6:30pm, intending to dine at another restaurant down the street. The menu intrigued me, so I stayed and sat at the bar as no reservations were available for another hour and a half. (The hostess on the restaurant side wasn’t super friendly, so technically should dock ½ star.). The bartender was great and was able to recommend a few dishes. I got the cod with pumpkin. Was underwhelmed at first bite as I tried the fish solo. But combined with the other flavors, it really was delicious. By 7pm the bar was packed. Seemed like mostly locals, which made me feel like I had found a good spot. The drink list didn’t appeal to me, so I ordered a Bulleit Rye and ginger beer. Good stuff.

Only went here for a tea, then a coffee — but I’m pleased to report this place is beautiful, the service is friendly, and the price is reasonable.
We saw the burgers being served to another table, and I’d be alllll over that next time.
