I bought a bike from here and 5 days later part of the pedal system broke. I walked the bike back to the shop from my work place. The man said he would fix it, but when I asked for a replacement bike on loan until it was repaired he said they didn’t have any to loan me, even though I was a paying customer without a bike, and standing next to about 50 second hand bikes. I am skeptical about the quality of bikes now, and pretty disappointed in the overall service.
