Burger was good, but staff very unfriendly. Expected a lot more for the price.

Hello, having a dutch burger, alone sitting a the bar… nice coffee house music., peaceful place, relax. Looking at the kitchen, clean and the chef is making things himself. The burger and the fries look good and taste good. But the salad is disaster… not home-​made mayonnaise and ketchup.

Nice burgers if I coming to Amsterdam again I will definitely eat here again.

Trendy ambiance, but my burger patty (wagyu beef, 12 €) was too dry, making my burger absolutely mediocre. Overall the place is noisy and too expensive for what you get.

I’m usually an easy person to please! but the service wasn’t that good. The waitress messed up the guy’s order that was seated next to me, then she forgot my cola, and it was like she didn’t want me to pay with the time she took to bring my bill.
The food was decent, but all the lettuce and fries fell out of the burger, and the fries where a little too crunchy for my taste.

There are two sides to exploring this establishment. Visually it is an interesting, new hip burger-​serving place. The ‘pour-​your-​own-​beer’ stations are a fun and innovative aspect of this restaurant. I also liked the wall decorations inspired by architecture/​design blue-​prints.
However, the service and food are a different story. Apperntly, if you complain about the bruscheta being served cold and the burgers being poorly spiced some members of the staff will talk smack about you in Dutch, being not further then 5m from you. And what a sad way to treat wagyu beef, the burgers served with it were just so bad :(
The experience deserves a 1 star, the 2^nd star is for one honest working waiter who was nice to us and was embarrassed by his colleagues poor behaviour.

Rude staff and a gross leaking ceiling were just the start. I asked for a burger to be made as a vegetarian option, I was told no. We asked for tap water to drink. We were told it was illegal to serve in a restaurant. My «veggie burger» arrives and it’s just a mushroom. The salad had some blue plastic in it, hoping it was just wrapper from the lettuce. There are lots of really great places in Amsterdam and this is not one of them. Avoid.
