The food portion served at this branch is a bit smaller that I anticipated compared to the other branches I’ve been before. The taste is okay. There’s a number of new waiters & waitresses which they did not brief/train properly before engaging the customers(especially the do’s and the dont’s). Open type cubicles is okay but there’s no privacy and a little bit noisy as we can hear people talking from every angle. Gave 3 stars for the bottomless coffee and chips.

The food not so to the expectation. The last time I went there they served me burnt mushrooms. I don’t remember seeing in the menu stating that the my order will be served with well cooked or burnt mushroom. Coz when I asked the the staff, initially he didn’t know what to answer then he stopped another staff and they agreed on saying mushroom suppose to be burnt! Seriously??? Well anyway portion of food is OK but Planet Hollywood(not in town anymore.) was far much better.

This is the second Chili’s I tried out in the last month. I loved the first one a lot so when I saw this on in KLCC, I decided to give it a try. I love Mexican food and I was surprised I never checked one of their restaurants while in Canada but this restaurant wasn’t as great as their first location I tried. It seems like the décor doesn’t change but they are clean and even have a TV in :) The portions seemed smaller(we order similar dish) and the service wasn’t the greatest. One thing I love about them is the bottomless chips. They are tortilla chips, in house made with salsa sauce(prepared in house also). So bottomless means your order is refilled as many times as you want. And all for only RM15. The rest of the dishes are priced somewhere between RM15 and RM50. I enjoy their food and so far I am generally pleased with their quality so do check it out if you find yourself in KLCC. Bön Appétit
