Starbucks

This Starbucks location is a typical Starbucks with a drive thru. The staff here are nice and it’s usually not busy at all. The inside doesn’t have much seating, so if it’s during the middle of the day, you might have trouble finding a place to sit.
Unfortunately, I’ve had mixed experiences coming here. Sometimes when I order a coffee, it’s nice and hot. Sometimes it’s warm. Sometimes it’s practically cold. There have been a couple times when I didn’t like how the coffee tasted at all.

Small and quaint Starbucks location. Close to home for me. It is one of the drive thru locations. Used the app to order and pick up at this location and was awesome. Didn’t have to wait in a line and the drink was ready when I got there. One time though, I ordered a tea on the app but unfortunately the tea was seasonal. So I had to wait for a bit for a different beverage. Looks like there’s a little kink with the app and the store. Oh well, I guess things like that happen. Otherwise, it’s in a great location. Visible from the street. Clean store. Good variety of merchandise.

I love me my coffee. These people do not like coffee or simply don’t know how to make it. I always by my coffee drive through, I order a venti cinnamon dolce latte. It’s usually just ok, but within the last two months, I have received a wrong order, been incorrectly charged, and given two lattes that tasted like hot water. By the way, I went back to the store to get a replacement twice for the same drink. Not worth paying 5 dollars a coffee when it doesn’t taste like coffee. I’ve been to other Starbucks and have never had this problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Placed my order online. Walked in, even though there was a line, the guy at the register made eye contact with me and walked over. I showed him my phone order confirmation and he handed me my latte. He was very polite. Fast service! This is one of the smaller Starbucks locations so don’t expect a lot of seating. Drive through is a plus.

Great little *bucks up on Azusa. Friendly staff, great drinks and love it when there is a drive through. The only reason I can’t give the elusive 5^th star is because on at least three separate occasions they have been out of stock or gotten my order wrong.
My favorite (my kids love this story) is the time I ordered a tall (hot) pumpkin spice latte w/​whipped cream. Got to the window and was handed an Grande Iced latte. I politely let the cashier know it was a tall, hot PSL. She apologized, turned around and made a hot, Grande caramel macchiato. I almost drove off but read the cup label and questioned it. They apologized again and about two minutes later tried to hand me a Tall, Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte. I finally yelled at them «HOT, HOT, MOTHER OF ALL CREATURES BIG AND SMALL, HOT TALL PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE!!!»
Me, my kids and the baristas inside were all laughing. But it took like 8 minutes to get the order right. Still, you have to love the story.

I was so excited to have a Starbucks closer to me when this one opened a few years ago. But I found out that this is a great place for burnt tasting lattes and poor customer service. Poor customer service as in no greeting, WFT-​do-​you-​want faces, letting you stand there for 3 minutes without acknowledgement… any shift-​morning, day, and night.
That’s it. I’m done with this place.

Don’t come do this Starbucks in the morning (idk about in the afternoons but) the latte coffes taste like crap and on top of that it took me around 15min to get to the window. This is my 4^th bad experience here.

I love this Starbucks. They make the best Chestnut Praline Latte. I’ve tried that drink at several other Starbucks. I personally love how they make that drink here. They have never gotten my order wrong. The staff are all friendly. I’ve brought my laptop here several times to work on something. There’s always people at this location. Most of the time I come here, there’s always a long line inside the store and at the drive-​thru.
