Neat place for families with small kids. Brought my 2 ½ year old and he loved it. This place is a small dine in restaurant with a small children play area. Has a modern look to it. food was ok, we got the chubby burger bun was a little greasy and had to much special sauce. Drinks were pricey but had refils so it made up for that. I would def come back again. Good place for 12 months — 5 years

First time here. Good food, but a little pricey. My 3 year old and 18 month old enjoyed playing in the structure. I went to eat dinner with some friends and they said that they removed the infant play area. But none the less my 18 month daughter had the time of her life and mommy got to enjoy a meal. And free refills on drinks that is always a plus! Food: Good, but pricey Play Area: Small, but nice and great for young kids Nursing room and changing table is a plus for all the nursing mommy’s out there.

This place is awesome, the staff here is so nice and very helpful. They have a cute/clean play area with slides, a ball pit, trampoline and toys on the side for children to just sit and play with(which my daughter loves) and someone who supervises and makes the children balloons. The food is pretty tasty too, so far I have tried their Thai curry and jenga ribs and both were delicious, definitely recommend this place to parents.

I highly recommend this place to parents with young kids who just want to go out for dinner. This place is VERY family friendly. The whole restraint caters to kids and parents. There is a large menu and the food here is really good(the veggie burger doesn’t have a garden burger patty. It has avocado, mushrooms, onions, and other vegetables in it. My vegetarian wife really liked it. There is a play area where kids can play that contains a ball pit, a train table, a trampoline, an obstacle course, and a whole bunch of other toys. It’s a great place also to have play dates with other families with kids.

The concept of an indoor play area/restaurant is great. Kids can play while the parents eat and catch up with other parents. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff is very nice and friendly. In the play area they even have an attendant watching the kids and occasionally makes the kids balloons. There are also multiple tv so the parents can keep an eye on the kids as well. The décor is bright and clean. There’s also a private party room. The portion of the food is good. The plating is nice too but it really tastes like frozen food. Another con is they took away the little play area for toddlers. If you have small children there’s really nothing much for them to do now(kitchen play, ball area, balloon area and all have to be shared with the older kids). The parents have to literally watch them so they don’t get stomp on by older kids.

This is the second time I’ve been here. The food has improved quite a bit since the last time I was here. They now serve beer and wine here to entertain the adults. As for the kids, they love this place. They also have free beverage refills on selected drinks.

first time here and apparently after they remodeled. it looks pretty nice and it seems like they have a lot of returning customers as people were surprised about some of the changes. for those that cannot tell, this place is designed for parents to bring their kids(toddlers or under 4 ft) to eat and play. monitors in the dining area shows the play area so parents can watch their kids from a distance. i mention this because i saw a couple of customers without kids going there thinking it’s a regular café. the play area is a litle smaller than other places i‘ve been to but it does have fun things to play with. there is an admission fee based on age and time, which makes sense to limit the number of people there. because of the size, it is hard for adults to be in there to play with their kid(s). food variety is ok. salad option is limited to 1. we had the chubby burger, fettuccine seafood alfredo, and the jenga toast. portions were plenty. the burger came with a ton of fries. the burger tasted average though. i didn’t prefer the bun. the pasta was ok too. the jenga toast was delicious. this is a must try when you’re there. the staff was nice. parking is easy as they are located in a plaza. overall, i would go again if nearby.

Good place to take kids that are 2 to 6 y.o. They have a playground admission for kids for $ 8 and for $ 2 more it comes with food… no brainer. For the adults I recommend the Pork belly Ramen. The pork is fried first like bacon then added to the broth. Really good, better than some ‘ramen’ restaurants.

I actually love this place. The workers are nice and the play area is great. I was excited they now serve beer and wine. The food is good and the price is great. But our whole group got food poisoning. Something unsanitary is going on in the kitchen.

Called today to try to see if there is any space available. I was told they«usually take reservations 24 hours in advance, and that I can walk in ANDTAKETHATCHANCE». Tho it’s nothing serious or a big deal. But I think they really should train their employees how to talk.

to be honest i wasn’t expecting much. Ive heard its a kids place, and that there’s a playground. And believe me, I’ve been to those kind of places. Sure the kids must have a load of fun, but the food always seems to lack at these places. But then again its the kids that matters when you go to these places so I never cared. BUT chubby cheek blew me out of the water! my coworker and i decided to do a to-go run here on a whim. heres what we got: pork belly ramen: separately packed for our togo order, and it smells SOGOOD. my coworker said it was fatty and full of flavor! unfortunately I’m sick right now so I cant taste it, haha. but it sure did look delicious., popcorn chicken with fries: portion is HUGE, i thought it was a snack size deal. nope. fries are well seasoned, and crispy, popcorn chicken’s batter is so good, too. i always opt to no-spicy on these because i don’t like paprika/cayenne smothered everywhere and I’m sure glad I did. so. good. the only gripe about this is that the chicken pieces were small. not sure if its because its a kids place and they have chicken cut small, but i personally wouuld have liked it if it were bigger pieces. best: FISH. TACOS. yes, fish tacos. i really didn’t expect this here, but it was taco tuesday… so well, tried it with recommendation from staff. kimchi slaw(yes, kimchi slaw of deliciousness!) over pretty large piece of battered fish. served with lemon wedges. good lord, i’ll come back for more fish tacos next time. it came with 3 tacos, hefty serving and so full. teas were ok, they were pretty generic. a little too sweet even though I got it half sugar, but the food was so good, its totally ok. friendly staff, good food, don’t care if its for kids… you will see me here again soon. thanks ccc

This place is really unique targeting parents with kids who still want a normal meal. Two place areas for kids of different ages. Staff was pretty nice. I thought it was neat to have a tv with cameras of play areas for the parents to keep an eye on the kids. Food was okay, didn’t respect much. Your typical popcorn chicken or pasta, price a bit on high side.

Looking for a last minute place to have my nephews birthday party we stumbled upon Chubby Cheek Café. The private room was small but nice and clean; there was a table for them to put the food for the party, which included spaghetti, honey garlic wings, mini cheeseburgers, and ice tea. Another table for us to set up for the cake and desserts we brought. We were able to decorate the room ourselves with our own decorations and balloons. The food was better than I expected. The spaghetti was pretty good and the wings were pretty tasty as well. The mini cheese burgers were stacked so it was hard for them to stay warm but they were also a bit dry. They had kids meals for the little ones which was a plate of Mac and cheese, Dino chicken nuggets, fruit and a juice box. This was a decent portion for the kids as most of them couldn’t finish their plates or just too excited to go play. Must have socks on to enter the play area or you must purchase some in order to be able to go in. The playground was small but had a variety of items for the kids to play with such as a ball pit, a jumper, play kitchen area, etc. There was also a second story playground but babies and adults were not allowed up there which kind of sucks for the toddlers who want to go up and play but can’t. There was a worker who supervised the play area which is good and also someone who made balloon animals for the kids. The staff was pretty friendly and checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a cool place for parents to take their kids to eat and play. My 4 year old nephew and 1 year old niece had fun here and would probably like to come back. I’d probably come back and try other items on their menu when I bring them back here.

Came here on a Friday @ 6pm via RSVP. Place was half full, tried to get my 18 month year old to play in the«fun zone» but he rather would eat. Food: Popcorn Chicken & Fries($ 7) tons of chicken and fries were good. The chicken reminds me of the chicken you would get from lolicup or Tapioca express. Grilled Kalbi Short Ribs($ 13) Ribs came out cold, unacceptable especially when it was not that busy. Chicken Curry(9) decent, came with a salad. So missing Curry House right now. My son had a bento($ 10 admission w/meal 3.50 Bento Veggies) — Rice/Tater Tots/Grilled Chicken/Fruit– He did eat most of the chicken and rice + Hot Honey Lemon Tea($ 4) — came out luke warm rather than hot. Total w/tip $ 50.69 Play area was pretty clean. I would come back once my son is a bit older so he can enjoy the«fun zone»

Small place, but kids are having fun regardless. Staff is really nice, especially the one caring for the kids. Food price is reasonable but expect to pay a lot for drinks. The $ 10 child entrance fee comes with food, so not that bad as some reviews stated to be. It has a diaper changing/breastfeeding room. Overall, it’s a nice place if you want to enjoy your meal and chit chat with friends without worrying about your kids

One request: Fix your air conditioning! It’s was sooo hot, my friend was melting. We even asked the server if they can lower the temperature & he said, «no worries, i’ll turn on the second one.» Great! We waited … and waited … it was stuffy and hot till the end. Service was almost non-existent. When we were able to flag a server down to order, it took another hour or so to get our food. No one really understood what was going on with the happy hour menu & pricing The one thing i did enjoy was the dedicated staff member exclusively in the play area. She was super sweet and attentive to all the kids that came. I even saw her wiping up throw up that a kid left on the floor. Bless her. I wanted to tip her the most, but i just decided to leave it at the table and hope that she’ll get broken off of that too. Request: She should have her own tip jar!

Came back here again for lunch and a play date. We ordered the popcorn chicken($ 7), chubby burger, it’s so tasty, patty was cooked to perfection($ 9), paid $ 10 for 2hrs play for my son which includes a kid’s meal. I also tried the $ 5 mango and peach fruit smoothie. Fresh fruits, delicious and expensive! Lol! It’s really crowded on a Saturday. The staff are attentive and friendly as I remembered from my last visit. I would recommend coming here on weekdays. Oh, I forgot to use my check in offer againnnnn!!! :( I guess, we will be back!

This place is cute and the food is presented in a really adorable way. But this place has the strangest tasting food. In a way where each bite leaves you confused. We ordered the chicken and waffles, crab cake sandwich, superfruit smoothie and a latte. The latte was mediocre but it wasn’t weird or anything. But the rest of the food? Weird doesn’t even start to explain it. The chicken was oily and not fried enough and the honey«gravy» that came with it just made the food taste foreign. The crab cake was okay but combined with the cucumber and lettuce, it was also strange. Also, I’m not sure how I feel about pomegranate and blueberry mixed smoothie. Who knows? Maybe I’m just not progressive enough to enjoy the food here.

I went to Chubby Cheek Café for my nephew’s birthday. At first, I was really surprised that there was a café for children, but they love this place. For $ 10, a child gets a kid’s meal and gets to play in the play place in the middle of the café. There are cameras and video streams if parents want to watch their children without having to chase them around. There’s a children play place and a gated area for children under 18 months. For children and parents, this place is AWESOME. HOWEVER, for childless people like me, Chubby Cheek Café is meh. I think this place knows that kids and parents will keep coming because of the play area. Because of that, the food here is definitely lacking. I ordered a curry spaghetti, curly fries, and wings, but they were really dry and almost inedible. I lost my appetite immediately after taking a couple bites. Overall, this place is great for kids. The food… not so much. For parents, I suggest eating before or after coming to the café.
