They’re Thai tea is very bitter I thought it was just a mistake so I gave them another chance but it was just bitter again and the bobas taste like sink water

Taro milk tea with boba is very good. Prices are reasonable compared to chai, but my only complaint is they seem to take a few seconds longer to make your drink compared to other boba shops.

I asked the guy at the counter a couple of basic questions about the drinks and he just seemed very clueless. Even though it was at least a couple of hours before closing, the employees all acted like they were just«chilling» rather than working. The milk tea is okay though, but don’t expect too much in terms of customer service. I gave an extra star because the bathroom was relatively clean and I appreciate that.

We went here today for some milk tea. The woman at the front was not too patient or friendly. I felt like I was back in China dealing with rude service lol. I asked her to put less sugar in my milk tea(trying to cut the carbs). She agreed and as I watched her make it she clearly did not make any modifications to the sugar level. She added the milk to the tea mixture and covered it. It was just as sweet as normal milk tea tastes. It was good without a doubt but not too thrilled with being ignored. We will be trying a different Boba place next time. There’s one practically across the street.

Stopped by here for a quick boba fix and was very disappointed. First… I ordered a coffee milk tea with boba and decided to have it blended… I used my credit card with the first order so I didn’t have to break my cash. The guy told me that there is a .20 cent difference to make it blended. He actually made me break my bill to spend a 20 cent difference! Nice customer service buddy! My daughter had the taro milk tea and what can I say… well it’s one of the worst taro milk tea I’ve had. I was really hoping for this place to be good since it’s so near by my place and I can always use a boba fix. I guess I have to keep looking.

The drinks are alright. Quickly is on the lower end of Boba shops, so drinks are expected to be more bland than other places. Quickly is also known the be cheaper in general, but this location doesn’t have the $ 1.25 ice coffee deal like Rowland Heights’s Quickly. You can use this place a study spot, but it does get a little loud when people pour in at 6pm. This place does not have WiFi as of March 2016; you have to use Home Depot’s WiFi. Mosly R&B music is played here – I recall Jhene Aiko and Bruno Mars – so the music is good for studying.

I use to love this place but we recently ordered some popcorn chicken and saw a piece of hair. This is the second time this happened to me. Very unsanitary. Sorry

Parking isn’t so bad here. Big parking lot and usually not packed This latest visit, I ordered the popcorn chicken, which is $ 3.99. A fantastic price for the amount of chucked you’re given. The wait for the food is average. I had ordered mild spice and went home to enjoy this yummy goodness I regularly go here for. Unfortunately, it was spicy as FU@*! I didn’t want to go back to the store cause I’ve already settled at home for the evening before biting into the first bite. I figured I could handle the heat, but I couldn’t even finish it when I normally can grub on this to the last bite. Unfortunately, I couldn’t and it was a waste of my precious money. My final advice here is to taste your food before you leave to make sure you got what you ordered.

This place is so convenient since it’s so close to home. I always get the Almond Milk Tea, Royal Milk Tea, and Lavender Milk Tea. I hate it when my drink gets water down when the ice melts so I always requests for less ice for all my drinks.

this is a good place to swing by if you’re in the mood for a quick snack /boba for a cheap price. my honest rating would be a 3.5 but I decided to round it up to 4 stars. my only complaint about this place would be that it’s not always consistent, although when it’s good it’s GODLY. check this place out if you haven’t already !!

Another great Quckly location. Service is really on top of things here, my drink was ready quickly and made perfectly, I love that you can tell them how sweet you want it, in my case a fourth of passionfruit, the rest tea is perfect and refreshing through the rest of the afternoon. Prices and selection are great, store is simple but clean and well kept. Worth the stop while in the area, you cannot beat the price!

So far so good, my daughter wanted boba and insisted on Thai tea with boba which she’s never had before, my husband mentioned this spot which I didn’t even know about… this place had a lot of options to choose from which was great. They also serve food which we will definitely try next time…

Boba place. Good service. It’s close to my place so I use the stamp rewards here and it pays off often. Drinks taste just as good as other boba places. They offer a variety of jellies outside of regular boba. There’s a Shakey’s pizza and Panda Express, Jamba juice next door.

The food and drinks are exactly the same but the reason im going from 5 star to 1 is because of the employees. Like what happend? A year ago they were on top of things. Quick and easy. Not theyre slow and dont know how to take an order. SPECIFICALLY this one blonde chick. Today is the second time I go and she messes things up. For one she speaks so low you have to lean in just to hear her. She has this dumbfounded face when you order which makes it seems like she doesnt care about a thing you say. Whatever. So The first time she took my order. Now I was busy answering my emails and I didnt realize 40 mins had passed! All I ordered was a milk tea and popcorn chicken. I asked the guy at the counter where was my order.(I didnt even get my drink) this blonde didnt even put the order in!!! I was pissed. The second time she didnt take my order(thank god). I ordered the same thing. My chicken comes out and they give it to her(great how is she going to screw up this time). So she grabs my chicken and in the SOFTEST voice she says the order. This other customer that ordered 5 mins later than me jumps up grab the bag and is out the door before I could say anything. The blonde chick working says NOTHING!!! omg what is wrong with her! Speak up! She is the reason I dropped my review to 1 star. Get a new staff. Or teach this girl to use her vocal chords.

Very unhappy with this place. Maybe it was wrong timing, but the customer service was horrible. They got my order wrong.

Actual rating: 3.5 I really, really wish we could do halfsies ratings because sometimes a place is right smack in the middle of «A-OK.» & «Yay! I’m a fan!». like Quickly is for me lol. Service: I didn’t hate or love anything about this place except maybe [love] how fast I got my drink? But really, if you name your store ‘Quickly’, one would assume you would get your orders quickly. Also, I happened to come at a good time when no one was there. I think I actually took longer to decide what I wanted than it did to get my drink, hahaha. Kudos to you guys on your efficiency! Price: I got a large boba milk tea and it was only $ 3.22 after tax. Not bad because I usually pay anywhere from $ 4 — $ 5 at other spots. Taste: It’s hard to screw up milk tea, especially this deep into the 626, lol; needless to say it was good but I did mess up not asking for less sweet. **GETLESSSWEET. — You’ll thank me later, your dentist will not. Parking: I wish all establishments I went to had an abundance of parking spots like Quickly. But if I remember correctly and if what some of the reviews and tips say are still true: Tuesday nights there’s a car meet in the lot. But I don’t think it’ll be an issue for you to find parking and you’ll get to check out some eye candy cars while you sip :)

This quickly is in a huge plaza with home depot and some other shops. They recently added the SUPERCUP which is exactly as it sounds. A huge cup. I got the taiwanese style caramel milk tea with boba and it was very sweet which is great because thats what i like but i can see how that would be a turn off. They also have a good regular milk tea. Their boba is soft and chewy and tastes fresh. They do have a $ 10 minimum though for cards otherwise they charge you an additional .50 cents. I would say this location is pricier than most quicklys but the service is good and the drinks are low on ice so it’s worth it.

Great little boba spot in West Covina. The spot is located in The Heights shopping center in West Covina. Place is located in the corner suite, small but big enough to handle a lunch rush. I got a Strewberry Kiwi slush with boba and it taste amazing. Not to sweet and it taste great on a hot sunny day here in Socal. They also offer finger foods like fried chicken poppers and fried calamari. Great spot to hang out with friends and relax over a nice boba and some fried calamari.

This boba place is the closest boba place that my family and I live to. Their services are fairly quickly hence their name. I went here three times in the past week and I’ve enjoyed each of my drinks so far. Last night when my sister and I came and bought a few drinks. It actually took them about 15 minutes to get to our orders which was my first time experiencing this long of a wait. I guess it was because we came 30 minutes before they closed? And there was a couple orders too. But that didnt diminish my thoughts and impression of this place. I love this place and WILL keep coming back but the one flaw that subtracted one star from them is that they charge a minimum of $ 10 on plastic. I don’t usually carry cash on me nor coins. I actually don’t like carrying coins around too that’s why I use plastic a lot but each time I go to this place I’ll be brining coins with me or at least a quarter because a large boba drink is $ 3.23 and for about each of the past four visits I came to I wasn’t carrying coins with me and so basically I ended up with a lot of coins at home… which is why I use plastic in the first place… …but then again their minimum of using plastic is $ 10.00.
