Not only is this «academy» dirty, smelly and badly maintained but we had a very negative experience there… so negative that I am writing about it, which is something I had never done before. :(
We brought my daughter in for a swim and one of the other children almost drowned! I am not generally an overbearing mother but watching the lifeguard not being very well focused and the teacher having a hard time handling six children (without the swimmers!!!) put me on pins and needles. After this incident happened I called this place back requesting a refund for the remaining four classes that I had purchased in a package of five. I was, of course, willing to pay for the first class even though the experience was so negative. Mind you this place does not offer any trial classes nor evaluations at all. My phone call requesting the refund has been returned two days later (not in a timely manner in my opinion) and it has been denied, suggesting that I e-​mail them if I have any other questions. I had emailed but had not gotten ANY replies. I do not consider this a good customer service at all and will never come back to this facility, neither will I recommend it to anyone else.
