Layout was nice but the low rating is for the NAAAAASTY makeup displays. Sick. One person greeted me. Other than that, no one was in fragrances and that’s where I could have used help, but I got by on my one.
Seriously the makeup display is gross.

So I walked into the store looking lost as usual (when it comes to makeup) and this young girl walked up and offered some assistance. Her name was Maggie!!! She was amazing. She did an facial iq on me to match my skin tone for foundation and concealers. She showed me how to apply it and walked me to the lip color aisle and helped me there as well. She gave me some hair tips for natural curly hair and showed me the products they carry and even gave me a sample. She was very informative. That’s the kind of service that brings ppl back to a store. Thanks agains Maggie for helping me out with my mini makeover.

Had a horrible experience with customer service. I went in and saw one of the employees walking and asked her a question she just said «I’m on break» and kept walking. Didn’t direct me to another person, didn’t say it in a polite way, nothing. Really disappointing. And that’s why I go to the Nyx store instead :)

Great experience shopping today on Christmas Eve. From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out there were happy associates working and being very helpful — smiling all the way!!! Great job Sephora team! Merry Christmas

Nice and new Sephora in the newly remodeled Del Amo. Lots of selection and items in stock. My only grip is the way the line is managed during the holiday season. It snakes straight into the middle towards the front of the store making it difficult to really browse comfortably.

I was super excited to go to the new Sephora in Del Amo alas the staff was not helpful or welcoming. I asked for a fragrance sample and was told someone would be right with me, after waiting 15 minutes with very few customers in the store I left. I myself am a makeup artist who works in the industry and after my less than friendly experience at this location if I need anything from Sephora I will just order online or go to Manhattan Beach

This is a new location and it’s nice! It’s next to Macy’s in the newer part of the Del Amo Mall. Love all of the Sephora’s and this new location rocks. The sales associates are pretty fantastic. Talk to Chris, he’s pretty awesome and knowledgeable about everything. Also see Jen and Evette. They’re all pretty wonderful.
