NYX Professional Makeup

Look if it could be a negative star it would be a negative. When I tell you the customer service is horrible its horrible! I went today around 2:30 pm with a friend of mine because we wanted to check out the Lingerie liquid lips. 1. no one greeted us, 3 sale reps where standing behind the counter just talking. We swatched a few colors which were dry and we wanted to know if it was just those on display or the actual formula. NO ONE HELPED US! The store wasn’t busy either, my friend wanted to purchase one but we both said no because this store lacks customer service. If this was my store these women would be written up if not fired because NYX made us feel unwanted and missed out on sales. My friend and I both are makeup wearers and collectors when we come to shop we come to spend money! This NYX will not receive a dime of my money. To add insult to injury we left the store made our rounds and we decided to go back because my friend really wanted this color, we went into the store yet again swatched some items and NOT ONCE DID ANYONE SAY A THING TO US OR HELP US IN ANYWAY! I overheard a customer ask about what color foundation she should get and one sales girl just pointed to one and walked away! Oh ok that’s how you do customers?! Unexceptable!!! I will add 2 pictures of the women working the 3^rd one (I couldn’t get a pic of her) had on a waxy lavender wig and so much makeup she looked dead!
