Kiehl’s Since 1851

Kiehls has changed my skin and so grateful for the amazing staff. The store manager put together a skin regiment for me to use every night and every morning. I had been breaking out and now my skin has cleared! Now I’m working with her to get rid of my scars. Couldn’t be happier with my results!

I used to go to the Kiehls counter at the Redondo beach nordstrom. I came to this Kiehls this past weekend since I was in dire need of eye cream and facial cleanser.
I was greeted promptly and taken care of right away. The girl who assisted me was Nadia. She is awesome. Ask for her when you go! Super nice, sweet, and helpful. She helped me pick out a new eye cream and cleanser. Turns out I had been using the wrong type for my skin. She quickly helped me get back on the road to recovery. She was patient with me and made me feel very welcome and special.
The atmosphere and décor in this store if off the chain. There’s a bitchin Harley in there! Also, the store was very clean and all the products were in the correct places. Nothing I hate more than testers all over the damn place looking like a hot mess!
I will most definitely be back to stock up on more items. Another awesome thing I saw and loved, is that when you use 10 products bring in your empty ones and receive a free travel size product. I love their recycling program!

I’ve been a Kiehls fan for a while and this new store didn’t disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the products are consistent and awesome as always.
The mall in general is worth checking out. It’s massive. The store is located in the newest area between Macy’s and Nordstrom and across from Sephora.
Def coming back for more!

Today was the Grand Opening and it was a BIG deal. The first 50 folks in line got $ 500 Kiehl’s gift cards, champagne and sweets. Imagine what you can buy with $ 500 — about 4 teensy vials of lotion. :) Get it? Cause it’s expensive?
…Anyway, the line was crazy long and accompanied by a legion of Kiehl’s beauty experts and security guard. Folks wanted to get in — even if they weren’t the first 50 — to buy anything and everything. Those cupcakes must be laced with crack?
This Kiehl’s location is like any other. Store is inviting and well laid out. Products are effective, luxurious and in tiny bottles. Staff members are helpful and cheery. We’ll be back…
