Girl working the cash register must have been new. Handed me back my change from the drive through and the coins went everywhere, the only thing that fell into the car were the pennies. No apology or anything. She needs to be retrained.

First time I’ve ever ate at this chain. I don’t think they are very well managed here, the wait time was 15+ minutes in the drive through though, and they forgot to give me my fries. When I went back in to ask for my fries, the manager/​supervisor didn’t say sorry and hardly acknowledged me before going back to flirting with the drive through girls lol. Food was great and very inexpensive, for those reasons I give this place 3 stars.

Great Whataburger. Excellent service, clean, good food. So why a two star review? The crappy crappy music.
This location always plays lame Christian rock, which as Hank Hill noted, «doesn’t make Christianity any better. It just makes rock and roll worse.» In this case, it makes the entire dining experience worse too.

They won’t even answer the phone for me to file my complaint about the slopiest burgers ever. They used to be better, quality has gone to sh*t. I don’t even expect too much from fast food but now that the prices are almost the same as a restaurant I expect better thank sloppy as heck…

Friendly place to stop. The service was nice and friendly. They have a greeter that’s pretty funny and offers to help in any way. The drinks are available to refill on your own and the set up of this store sections off areas so you can sit close to people or kind of alone. The food was prompt and good. They also have strawberry fanta which I love.

Great location that feels like home. The food is good as usual, but the folks that work here are super sweet. There’s a man named Michael that is a greeter and he is super sweet.

Whataburger is going downhill. Every store that we’ve been through in the last several months, the food is lukewarm and the fries are just barely acceptable. I am getting really tired of the best place where you used to be able to go for a burger be a place now that I don’t want to go to anymore. But if you come here, look for Mr. Jim, the guy that brings around the ketchup and stuff. Get him to tell you about the time in Vietnam that he ate a monkey.

I went here in the morning for breakfast and the food came out fine, not super late or anything. My egg sandwich was a little salty though.
The restaurant itself was clean and there’s a staff member that some folks seem to know. Quite the cool guy. He was very nice and diligent at his job.

I like whataburger but this is one of the worst I have been to in years. I’d say my order is wrong more than half the time I’ve gone. It’s gotten bad enough that I have to go inside to order or refuse to pull up for them to bring my order out because chances are its wrong. The only reason I go here is because it is close to my house. If I’m in a rush I do not stop here because I’m almost positive they’re going to have to remake my food. The last time my wife and I ate there they gave me a cold burger that was wrong (my guess it was something they messed up from another order because my wife’s food was hot) and when I we asked them to correct it they have me a plain cheeseburger. .smh. I hope they get it together because we do enjoy whataburger

Food is usually good and consistent with whataburger quality. Unfortunately, when you visit this restaurant, you need to bring your camping gear as they take forever. If you order Friday night you will get your order Sunday morning. The stars for the for only. No stars for the long wait time.

I love whataburger! But after coming here twice in 1 month and both times they got my very simple order wrong– I will not be coming back!!! Ugh it’s a cheeseburger plain!!! And I Asked like 3 times in line. Plus the wait in this drive thru is horribly long

I love Whataburger. I rate them 2nd fast food burger behind In-​N-​Out.
But this location is not up to standards. First thing I noticed was the trashy and dirty floor. Went to place my order. The cashier was not friendly and a bit on the rude side. Nothing that would make or break my meal. But certainly not comparable to other locations that I’ve been to.
Now for the food. Cannot believe this. The burger was over cooked and not even hot. This is your name sake and yet you can’t get it right? Come on!
Not going back to this location.
