When comparing this place to other fast food places, I’m giving this place four stars. I stopped by here with a friend since we saw some sign about a happy hour. They had $ 2 shakes during it so we both got chocolate ones. I’m pretty picky with shakes, and I actually liked mine. It wasn’t too thick and it wasn’t too liquid-y. The food is pretty decently priced, especially for the quality and service you get. The owner was working the front and walking around the restaurant, which is always so nice to see. I’d say the burgers are comparable to Steak n’ Shake and the fries are comparable to Braum’s. My meal with a mushroom burger, fries, and shake was only like 7 bucks and it was pretty good. I’m not a big fast food eater but this place is worth a try!

The staff is always extremely friendly and gets your order right. In the off chance there is a mix up on your order, they will not stop until they get it right. From chicken to burgers to frozen custard and cheese curds, they have it all. and so far everything I have tried has been great. Delicious food, fast, and great prices. You can’t beat it.

Tried Culvers last week. Was not too impressed with the burgers as they were way over cooked. The ice cream was great, which is what the review is based on. I would only recommend it as an ice cream stop.

I am in the minority here because our meals were not good. We had a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and the fish dinner. My son said his burger was meh. Ditto with my daughter’s chicken sandwich. I looked over at their partially eaten sandwiches and the bun was completely flat, like thinner than a smushed slice of Wonderbread. The kids complained that the pictures of the bun don’t show flat ones like theirs. My fish dinner had no flavor and I’m surprised I did not get sick because it tasted under done. The fries did not have any flavor. It’s hard to mess up fries unless… I don’t know. I have no words. The best part of my meal were the dinner roll and coleslaw. I actually made a sandwich with the fish that looked cooked and the slaw inside the roll. It was decent but not better tasting than a McD fish sandwich. Ouch. They have teenagers taking your order, who won’t speak up or smile unless they are talking to each other(I’m talking to you Gabby). After fighting 30 minutes of traffic through The Colony to get here, then being disappointed with a $ 30 meal that had no flavor, we will not be back.

Always good food here or a frozen treat. I eat too many cheese curds and chilie cheese fries… :)

This was my second time here and it was just as good as the first! It’s not often that you find a cook burger, that is consistent from visit to visit, but I think I’ve found it! The first time I got a Culver’s Deluxe burger, but this time I got the Culver’s Bacon Deluxe burger! It was awesome! The burger was good and the fries were great! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for a good burger!

The Atlantic Cod Sandwich is probably not the best nutritional choice but I was hungry and needed something fast. The Cod is thick and flaky and its fried golden brown and served on a hoagie with pretty tasty tartar sauce, lettuce and shredded cheddar. For a fast food place, the fish sandwich is restaurant quality but then again, it does come with a restaurant price: $ 5 just for the sandwich and no sides. For the occasional cheat day, Culver’s would be a great spot, can’t wait to try those coveted cheese curds.

This place is good for a new fast food joint in dallas. Everything I’ve had so far, they’ve made fresh. Don’t really care for their chicken sandwich, although fresh– its super bland. But i’m a total sucker for the Wisconsin cheese curds! If you love mozzarella sticks, you’ll love these. Also, i like that they’ll make you fresh ice cream with all your toppings blended/mixed in.

I’ll give this place a 3 stars for now, but I expect to come back and try more and possibly give it an upgrade. Came on Sunday morning at about 11am. They sent us a free sundae coupon in the mail. Sundaes and concretes come with two topping options. I think we got into the hype and tried the flavor of the month for the free sundae. I think it was some type of strawberry shortcake with chocolate chips. And as our two toppings we got fudge and caramel syrup. I guess we weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be like the strawberry ice cream in Neoplaton ice cream. And that’s definitely not my fav. So I’ll chalk that one up to part customer ordering error. We also got a concrete with brownie and Oreos and that was pretty good. I believe a regular size, which is pretty big goes for $ 3.28. It’s a nice place though and I’m sure I will be back, however Shakes frozen custard in Carrollton is a better custard imo!

I have never been to Culvers but my wife brought me back a Reuben sandwich from Culvers at the Colony. I am from New York City and a little bit of a snob about deli sandwiches, however, their Reuben sandwich was one of the best sandwichesI have had in a very long time, I look forward to actually going to Culvers and trying a variety of what’s on the menu. Well done.

Charbroiled goodness! I got the double delux burger with cheese curds! So good! Don’t forget to ask for ketchup and mustard/mayo! A little pricey but good! The cheese curds taste like little chunks of mozerella sticks in bite size form! Good for the tastebuds but not for the belly! ;p I would go back and want to try the ice cream next time!

I had a craving for burgers but did not want to drive far just for Griff’s burgers — one of my favorite burger joint. Stopped by Culver’s since it’s a new location by our place off 121. Ordered the mushroom burger with crinkle fries. I must say, I am very impressed with their burgers! It’s very juicy and flavorful. It has that smokey, fresh grill taste. I will definitely return to try their custards!

Concrete Mixers are awesome! Have had several flavors before and they were all yummy! Tonight I had chocolate with peanut butter cup! Pretty good burgers for essentially fast food! Drive thru staff was super friendly and even gave our lil puppy a cup of whipped cream! :)

Holy moly! My fiancé is from Chicago and caught this empty little gem as we passed by. Apparently this is a big deal in Chicago… we do not have this in Maryland(that I know of) We are both new to DFW area & agree the food scene leaves a lot to be desired… unless you wanna eat Phở everyday. Anyway. I ordered the cheese curds: omg: lololol. They were amazing hot greasy squishy cheesy delish-ness! Second…I ordered a plain(just cheese) butter burger! Wowza! The meat tasted pretty fresh for fast foody fare & the rest was buttery burger fatty heaven!!! I will starve for weeks to eat here again lol!

The burgers here are really good and so are the sundaes. I ordered two of the deluxe burgers and two orders of fries. I also got two turtle sundaes. It comes with two scoops of ice cream and nuts. The food is really good but kind of expensive. After eating one burger, fries and a sundae I was still hungry. It takes a lot of food to make me full. I would still come back here because the food is good.

Love Love Love! Service is fast, despite having to take a number at the drive thru. Food was made to order with large portions. The drive thru employees were courteous. The shakes were amazing. To top it off, the prices are reasonable when compared to other like minded places. I’ll definitely be back!

First thing I noticed was that their drive-thru menu was not the same as their website menu. I was trying to look for the Wisconsin Swiss Sourdough, but they only had the Sourdough Melt with cheddar cheese. I was also looking for their huge selection of soups… they only had broccoli cheddar and vegetable beef that day. When I pointed out to the cashier she said yeah, «a lot of people tell us our menu isn’t the same as online.» She didn’t really tell me why. I ended up with the Sourdough Melt(a little bit greasy, but good) and sub broccoli cheese soup(instead of fries). My lunch ending up costing $ 9.55(yikes). The soup – creamy with plenty of broccoli chunks. Not the best, but not too too bad either. It’s tolerable. Culver’s has plenty of sandwiches and burgers(chicken, beef, and fish), salads, etc.

While not the best burger you will find in DFW, Culver’s is perhaps the best«fast casual» burger I have had in some time. Burgers are made to order fresh and are good, but not great. What really sets Culver’s apart from the competition is the inviting atmosphere in which you can enjoy the somewhat pedestrian burger and fries. Culver’s has a much broader menu than other burger joints which includes fried chicken, fish and chips, and even a pot roast sandwich. I have not tried any of the other items yet. As for the sides, the crinkle cut fries are fresh, hot and VERY good. The onion rings are good too. But, my favorite side item is the cheese curds. You won’t find these anywhere else that I know of, and they are delicious. A real Wisconsin staple, the fried cheese curds are best when dipped in ranch dressing. But, they are only good while they are hot, so don’t let them sit too long and get cold. I prefer Culver’s to the new Freddy’s across the way on 121. We have made this our new weekly burger spot and will be back.
