I am here visiting from Illinois. I picky as hell about what bars I spend the time it takes me to drink two or three beers in. This place is cool. Super friendly staff. They had a band this night that played Awsome. Couple young guys that could play the blues. Rare find. They had a good beat selection that they explained to me well and the food that was carried past me smelled really good. I would have ate but I’m meting my brother for dinner. Cheers! Enjoy the place

Want a local place where you can get a cold beer at fair prices? Stop by the Last Stop! Want a delicious burger made the way you want it? Stop at Burger King across the parking lot first! Got 30 minutes from the time you order until your food comes? The Last Stop Shoppe is for you! My friends and I have been coming here since this place opened. It was«our new place». The beer was cold, the beertenders and waitresses were great and all the food was fantastic. Then, a few months ago something changed dramatically! The last FIVE times we’ve been there, at least 1 order was sent back(usually a burger) because it was overcooked. The last time we were there, I specifically told the waitress my dilemma and asked for a burger cooked«medium». At the suggestion of my friend, I changed the order to «Medium Rare». After a short 25 minute wait(perhaps they age the beef), my burger came out as a poor imitation of a hockey puck! Again, I’m not sure what happened with their cooks, but it is the last stop for us at the Last Stop!

Great hamburgers, great service! We had been to the restaurant/bar once before never tried the food. Didn’t expect much but we were blown away by the hamburgers and chips! Good prices on beer, very good food. We are going back soon. I had the Hawaiian burger.

Cute lil place but need to work on the food. There was more cheese than the pretzel bites. The nachos weren’t worth $ 8 need to add more cheese and guacamole. We added the cheese from the pretzels to make it taste more. The beer prices were decent for a Sunday.

Yikes. This place isn’t going to be here much longer. Service was mediocre. Bar food. Stayed about 10 minutes and went across the center to Rosati and was much better

Surprise find! Stumbled on to this neighborhood stop, definite recommend — You will love it here. Several good taps, great menu — friendly patrons and great service — could be my new hang out!

The people here are excellent! Very nice and accommodating. Excellent selection of beers on tap and a great atmosphere, too bad the food is not as good as the service. There are too many other places in Temecula to bother going here just to eat. The cook obviously doesn’t read the order beyond the first few words cause every time we get something ordered special it comes out without those special requests. Don’t get me wrong, the food is decent, just nothing special.

Came in here for the first time for lunch on a weekday, so at this point«We’re fans.» Although there was just one person working, both the bar and the tables, we did not have trouble getting served, waited on and our orders coming out in a timely manner — like so many others have complained. Three of us ordered the 3-piece slider option, with the wife opting for a full size burger. I had the mushroom burger, bleu cheese burger and firehouse burger. The other two slider plates each had the P, B & J and a couple others I don’t recall. Wife had the full size wild west burger plate. Two of us ordered regular fries and the other two ordered the sweet potato fries. I enjoyed my sliders and they appeared to put enough of the fixings on those mini-burgers. If you want to try and this plate, but also want to try different mini-buns then you need to stress that to the server. I did not and now know I would have preferred(aka enjoyed) my bleu cheese slider more on a different bun. But, overall, the food was good and we’d go back to try it again. The wife’s full size burger was to much for her to finish, so she wanted me to stress that if you are not a big eater than either have them slice it in half, plan to shovel pass it to your garbage disposal(in this case it was me, and I liked her burger BTW), or order the x3 slider plate. FYI — we also had some onion rings on the side. None of us complained about them, but two in our company though they were great and two thought they were average. Beers were $ 4 and iced tea $ 2.50(and we both got refills, paying for the beer of course), if you care to know that tidbit of info.

I should’ve ordered a burger, since that is what they showcase… but, the Unilocal picture of the pastrami sandwich looked too good to pass up. The meat was really dry and the portion of pastrami was nothing like the picture. The sweet potato fries were better than the regular fries. Service was friendly and attentive. I will return and try a burger, my friend enjoyed her burger and it looked nice & juicy.

You will not be disappointed. Today was our first visit and we had the sliders. Highly recommend the firehouse and the PB and J. It is conveniently located and well worth the visit.

We finally had the opportunity to try this place today so I was totally excited!!! We walked through the front door and I was instantly underwhelmed, the place smells like old beer the clear sign of uncleanliness and then after waiting a few minutes for someone to seat us or to tell us to seat ourselves… Nothing… so we took a seat. I decided to check the time when we sat down 1:27, at 1:47 we decided to leave. I never even saw a menu. As we were waking out a bald man said«oh leaving already? I was just out here talking» Sorry buddy but this was my last stop at your shoppe!!! Oh and also, Unilocal is making me give it a star to rate this place so I can post, but it truly doesn’t deserve 1 star!!!

Amazing burgers and incredible nice staff. Try the firehouse, Wild West and PB&J Sliders. $ 2.50 pints on Friday too!

The Last Stop Shoppe sits at the west corner of a mall plaza on Rancho California Road, so there are plenty of parking spots available nearby. Formerly another business, the space has been remodeled with cool street art-like vibes covering the walls. I read that they did a version of the Peanut Butter & Jelly Burger(there have only been 2 places that have done it right for me) so I came by to try it. The burger was big, and messy/sticky(as expected), but all right. I did taste a bit of the frozen element mentioned by others in the food, particularly the seasoned fries. The drink selection is fine and the prices are typical for this area($ 1 off pints during Happy Hour). The Last Stop Shoppe is definitely a local hangout, as nearly everyone gathered around the bar when I visited seemed to be regulars on a first-name basis with the bartender. It’s the kind of place for one to have a drink, grab a bite, and elbow up with the locals here.

Pros: burgers Cons:SERVICE was horrible. I dont usually review a place but i had to for this because I had high expectations and they let me down. i got mac n cheese and very dissapointed, it was a tiny amount and tasted and looked generic. I was very unpleased with the service, i just wanted to get out of there.

So I am a chef in the Wine country and do not want this to come off as a bash but positive criticism. Myself and 3 co-workers sat down to check it out. Two servers and a fellow cook. 5 pm Friday night. *Nachos had sour cream under the half melted still cold cheese, missing included tomatoes, missing included salsa. $ 8 for a basket size. * Wings. Ordered hot wings. Hot as in heat. The salsa had more heat. And they were baked = soggy. Versus being deep fried and crispy. * We had late guest arrive and although they were getting busy the server did not return for our additional guest order. Very young and possibly not much server experience. Very long hair down and flying everywhere. * A plus was the beer size and really cold mugs. Asked if the burgers were frozen or fresh ground. Was pleasantly surprised to find out they were sirloin and rib eye. The buns looked quality on the burgers we did see come out. But starting off with badly done apps decided not to spend anymore. The cook was talking on his blue tooth earpiece the whole time. Maybe he had better things to concentrate on. Although I think most of us can make better nachos at home. The menu isn’t extensive which is great for a small kitchen and neighborhood type joint. I know there new so hopefully they can perfect there few menu items that could be great and keep the locals returning.

Pros: Tasty food, great price, friendly staff. Con’s: long long wait due to understaffing, local business meeting/lunch killed the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Tacos and burgers are great.
