Pizza Hut

This place absolutely sucks !!! I ordered 2 medium pizzas one pepperoni and one pineapple, bread sticks and wings .when the guy delivered it I got all pepperoni pizza! no pineapple! he gave it back and said he can’t do anything about it .I called the manager (i believe her name was katrina) and let her know that both pizzas were pepperoni (2 mediums came in 1big box) clearly she didn’t understand and was confused and had the nerve to tell me to quit screaming!! are you serious I wasn’t screaming? She was yelling at me for a good five minutes .i’m sorry but go get a real job nobody cares if your the Manger of fast food.

Ordered dessert at 10:40…by midnight nothing came, no phone call. Since the order was cash I guess you don’t hve to call and inform the customer you decided their order wasn’t worth delivering. Thank you I’m glad I’m not worth your time you are not worth mine either.

OMG!!! Worse service ever!!!
We love Pizza Hut but you would think its rocket science. Placed a carry-​out order for wings and a medium pizza, half extra cheese lite sauce and half pepperoni & mushroom, lite sauce.
At 12mins after the promised time, kid tells me they had to remake my pizza because they messed up the order. Instead of offering the pizza for FREE they only offer my a $ 10 credit.
Timely and quality service Sucks!

Horrible, service the last 3 times we ordered they messed up on our pizza and this time it took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza, which was cold.

We ordered our pizza, the pizza was extremely late (2 hours) and it was cold. We have had issues in the past on multiple occasions but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. 3 times later we are done with this location. I have enjoyed pizza hut all my life until I moved into their delivery area. We will be calling corporate on Monday.

Just ordered via website for delivery. Left pineapple off of the pizza and didn’t bring the two liter soda ! Awkward moment when delivery asks if I want her to come back with it … I mean ya ! I paid for it :-/

Irregardless of the other reviews, this had to have been some of the best service I’ve gotten at a Pizza Hut.
I had ordered online and drove over to pick it up. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted by two employees. The manager (who rang up my order) knew exactly which order I was coming for, before I even told her my name. I only had to wait a couple minutes, since my pizza was being sliced as she was ringing my up.
The manager was awesome and super friendly, you could tell she actually liked being there and was always on top of her employees to make sure orders went smoothly. She even told the delivery guy to drive safe as he walked out the door. She also made sure my order was correct before handing it over to me after she thought the delivery guy had taken the wrong order of wings.
The food looked awesome and everything was hot. She even remembered my sides of ranch and told me the garlic knots don’t normally look that good. I only took off one star because the garlic knots were a tad overdone (the cheese had melted out onto the tray and the dough was a bit dry) and the pizza could have used an extra minute (somehow the crust was cooked perfect, but the very center of the pizza was still a bit soft?).
Overall, I received awesome service and the overdone/​underdone dough wasn’t a huge deal in my opinion.

No issues here. Ordered a pizza and wings. Delivered quick on a Saturday night and the young man that delivered couldn’t have been more courteous. Everything was perfect and hot.

I made the mistake of ordering for pick up. I was informed over the phone that it would take 15 minutes. After arriving at the location, and 1 hour later, my order was finally ready — 1 large cheese/​pepperoni pizza. I was very disappointed and wasn’t given any type of compensation for the long wait. And this location does NOT offer national pricing, so forget about any deals. Will never order from this location again.

Exactly what i expected. Staff was friendly. Price is reasonable. Pizza was perfectly cooked.

Ordered a dinner box asked for the pizzas to be hand tossed because they have done it for me before multiple times without any issue, but this time got told «no» in a rude tone by one of the lady’s there, so I proceeded with my order and ordered a 8 piece of wings and asked for half of them to be mild and the other half to be honey bbq because I have always asked for my wings like that and didn’t have a problem till now, she once again told me no, and said I could if I ordered 16 of them which is ridiculous, I mean I spent a decent amount of here? Absolutely loved this Pizza Hut, until now. Hopefully they can get better at their customer service, I was pretty disappointed.

This is the worst Pizza Hut we’ve ever ordered from. We just moved here from San Diego and ordered pizza and wings… our order was delivered and we noticed spinach missing from the pizza and we called an got attitude, manager asked if we wanted him to deliver another pizza and we said yes… little did we know the other pizza was messed up and the wings were a complete fail… the wings were old, cold and little to no sauce. Very disappointed and we’ll never order from here again… neither will friends, neighbors and anyone else I can tell. Plus my sister work for their corporate office Yum Yum and I’m for sure gonna have her check out all the bad review on this Pizza Hut.

My mum and I had a terrible experience with dominos so we decided to order from Pizza Hut. We had it delivered the wait time said thirty minutes, but I think they came a little sooner than that. Our pizza was awesome and so were the wings. I know were I will be getting my pizza for now on… and they have stuffed crust, You can never go wrong with that.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered online. Received wrong size pizza and missing marinara sauce. Called to fix. Was hung up on 4x In between being put on hold for over 20 mins. Will go with Dominos or Papa Johns from now on!

Put a online order, picked up and was very pleased. The pizzas were made perfectly as we like. Amazing! Good job guys! Thank you :)

HOW ABOUT NO STARS???
Ordered from here tonight. Waited and waited for pizza to be delivered. Called to find out why our pizza never showed up, and of course the place is now closed. No phone call letting us know they were behind or couldn’t find the place or had issues with our order. Riddle me this… how can you take my money and charge my bank and then never show up with the product. Isn’t that considered stealing?
Never ordering from here again.
On an update: Pizza eventually showed up 40 minutes passed closing time.

Don’t get your pizza from here, yuck!

Ordered pizza from here yesterday and was totally disappointed!
First of all, it was Tuesday around 2pm and when we confirmed our order, it said it would take an hour and a half to be delivered! That’s crazy!
Next, when the pizza was actually delivered, we were disappointed to see how small our «large» was! For two small girls, we were able to eat 80% of the pizza! I swear we’re not monsters! That’s just how small the pizza was!
Now for the worse part… After having waited an hour and a half for our pizza, when it got here, IT WAS COLD! Are you kidding me? The best part about ordering pizza is the initial opening of that steamy box and getting burned by the cheese! I was so upset that all I got was cold pizza! I will never again order from this store or possibly any Pizza Hut ever again. You’d be better off trying dominos, pacinos, or even little Caesars! At least all of their pizzas are hot!
Do not waste your money here! Two stars and not one because I didn’t have to ask for Parmesan and chili peppers, it already came with it.

Pizza Hut is hands down, my favorite pizza! It’s always fresh, and they have really good deals to go along with it.
This particular location is great… never had any issues, and it’s conveniently down the street from me so I can always do a carry-​out.
Tonight their online ordering wasn’t working or something, but I still managed to get their $ 9.99 Pizza Box meal and it was delicious… pretty sweet deal!
