I’ve only gone to the store twice and both times the service was absolutely horrible. The associate kept walking away before we were through making me ask her several times to come back. I had to ask for the manager to answer a specific question and I was shocked that the manager was the employee standing in front of the mirror fixing her hair the entire time we were there, about 20 minutes. After I asked the question, the manager was in no rush to help. Immediately saying «no» without showing any effort. We will never shop there again.

Horrible customer service and a very limited amount of boy sizes. 4 employees standing around talking to each other, watching us struggle to find a size 3 and not one person offered to help.

The associate, a lady, here is so rude! I came in, looked around, and the whole time she was staring at me. Finally, I ask if they carry size 11 in women’s, which I thought they would since they carry size 14 in men’s, but they didn’t. Instead of simply saying no, she laughed at me and mocked me for having big feet! I will NEVER come back here!

The product was there and the price was comfortable to competitors. That really all I have to say about this place the service was so/​so at best. They made me feel unwelcome, and it seemed like they were waiting for me to try to steal something. One of the guys even watched me get in my car and leave (very uncomfortable indeed).
Needless to say I most likely won’t be coming back

This place is pretty cool… The pink Shoe City sign kinda throws you off but once you’re inside they have all kinds of cool stuff. They are selling all kinds of shoes from skate shoes to running shoes. They also have a lot of cool t-​shirts and backpacks!
Don’t be fooled by the pink sign! lol
