Worst little Cesar’s I’ve ever had. Ordered a deep dish with just pepperoni… It was raw in the middle. Next ordered wings and crazy bread and crazy bread was cold… Mind you it had supposedly just come out of the oven cause I was waiting since they were out. Also ordered garlic cheesy bread and that was the only thing that was good beside the wings. Worst part is I waited over 25 minutes! Definitely horrible and never going back

Called in to order a deep dish pizza along with wings and another regular pizza. What they had ready for me: two regular pizzas and breadsticks. No deep dish, no wings… i guess the order was too complicated for them.

If you just want a hot & ready cheese or pepperoni pizza, and they have them ready in the warmer, this place is great. Don’t order anything else off the menu that isn’t already hanging out in their warmer area, unless you have 25 – 60 mins to wait.

Avoid this place at all costs. 55 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread? Are you serious? The worst part is this is the 2nd time it has taken this long. Do yourself a favor and get delivery from somewhere else. A couple dollars to save you time and gas

Every time we go for the«Hot and Ready» pizza, we always end up waiting for like 20 to 40 mins. The price is outstanding and the food is always what you’d expect for cheap pizza and our family enjoys it. The staff is nice and trying their hardest, but they are way understaffed.

My Android phone was stolen at Little Caesars. I paid for my food, put the food in the car and drove away. Less than 2 minutes later, I realized what I had done, I walked in and the phone was gone. I asked an employee there and she asked the manager. With a guilty look, he told me he has not seen it and nobody has turned it in. I went home, tracked it on google android tracker and it was tracked to Little Caesar’s. This is still the last place(1 week later) that the phone tracks to. I made a few calls to the android(over an hour period) and there was no answer. I went inside Little Caesar’s, placed a call two separate times and the second time the phone did not ring. I asked about the phone again, told them what I had found on the tracker and they again said they did not have it. I went to Verizon and had the phone shut down. I do not recommend this place. Your $ 5 pizza may turn into a $ 400 phone. If you have any info on this, feel free to message me.

The deep dish is great but you have to wait for it. I’ve had crappy ones quit a few times. Sorta hit and miss.

This is our go to store whenever we get pizza. It’s cheap and fast & never have to wait. We occasionally get papa murphys when we’re not in a hurry to eat but we always end up just getting little Caesars. My kids love it and we love it. Whenever we have a lot of ppl over this is where we go. Just call ahead if you want Multiple pizzas so you don’t have to wait.

The three stars r only cuz the times I’ve gone to this little ceasars the cashier is always nice. But that’s it. Their everyday promo of Hot-N-Ready is a joke. I always have to wait @ least 10 minutes to get my pizza. Sure it’s hot cuz it’s fresh out of the oven, I’ll give them that, but they’re never ready. when u tell ur hungry kids that u need to stop by real quick to pick up a pizza & still have wait for it… U might as well have called it in. Both times I’ve gone the manager comes out from the back, takes a look around & walks away. Can’t the dude see that there r 2 – 3 customers waiting for their Hot-N-Ready pizza?

HORRIBLE! It’s amazing how something so easy like pizza can be screwed up. They never have any hot and readys even though it’s packed any day after 7pm and my order is always wrong. I know it’s five dollar pizza and I shouldn’t expect much but ITSPIZZAHOWDOYOU F THATUP!!! 0 stars if I could.

The pizza is the same that I will spect from any other little Caesars, but the difference is the customer service, from my point of view the best from any little Caesars…

If I was the owner I would have fired the manager and his so called staff, your cashier can’t take a simple order, can’t spell and can’t remember how to use the register. After waiting 30 minutes to pick up three pizzas only to find out the cashier didn’t request the order, in fact I watched her cancel it because she was so confused, after speaking to Richard he did nothing to even try to correct the problem, I could of driven to the other shop on Temecula parkway before this crew would of finished my order. I recommend the owner clean up his staff, until then never ever go here, worst service ever!!!

This is by far the«WORST Little» Ceasars location in the Temecula Valley. Ordered 3 — 3 meats and 2 — cheesy breads and it took a good 30+ minutes before we received our full order. The store cleared out at least 30 people after us before we spoke to the manager Richard who absolutely did nothing to appease the situation. I’d give this place«0» stars if I could. Forget calling ahead cause they don’t answer their phone! Ridiculous!!!

No More Little Ceasars on Winchester Road. First they told us it will be ready in ten minutes. So we left the house after ten minutes. Got there to find out they had just started our order. After ten more minutes we paid and left. Got home to find a flat and burnt«deep dish»! Took it back and the clerk, looking at it asked, «What’s wrong with it? «Really just look at it. He then asked for a receipt, which he didn’t give us in the first place. After getting permission to refund me he at least apologized. As I was walking out he said, «Sir, do you want the crazy bread?» No thanks you keep it.

Cheap pizza, but it’s better than some of the big delivery chains; definitely at this price point. What impressed me about this place is the teamwork and the cleanliness behind the counter. I’ve been there around closing several times and they move everything away from the walls and scrub everything thoroughly. One night, there were a quite a few people waiting for last minute orders before closing time. There was a big guy in the back working hard to make pizzas quickly as the cashier was shouting out what was needed. When he ran out of cheese, he opened a cabinet to grab a fresh bag, but it fell on the floor. Now, he was not really in line of sight of the customer area, but I was near the far edge where I could see into the back and he was far too busy to look back to see if anyone could see him. He pitched the bag of cheese that fell and got a new one from the cabinet to make the pizzas. Good for him, good for the customers. Give that guy a bonus. The crew seems to work well together, in whatever combination is on for the night. For pizza in a pinch for less than $ 5.50 after tax, this hits the spot.

Horrible service, waited almost 25(when they said if would be about 10 – 25 minutes) and they confessed they forgot to make one of our pizzas. Did provide free bread but having to be there over 30 minutes was not worth it…

No seating here, just pickup only. I went here on a Halloween evening and it was absolutely packed — probably 20 people waiting for their orders. It’s a good thing I called my order in 15 minutes earlier — I was in and out in less than a minute. Probably the cheapest pizza($ 5 for a large pepperoni) and breadsticks($ 4 bag) you will ever see. The taste is not the greatest, but if you’re on a budget this place will do.

I’ve been going to this place ever sense they have opened. I’ve never had a problem until tonight. Every time I have gone I get the family meal deal. One large pepperoni pizza, bread sticks & a bottle of soda. Usually I just go in & it’s ready for pick up, tonight I called because I wanted to see if I can order a pineapple pizza with it instead. When I called a lady named Alma picked up before I could even finish asking my question she said I needed a coupon for that meal deal. Honestly I was confused because I have never once had to use a coupon after all these years. So I asked her if she was sure because I have never been asked for one. She was super rude & wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences all say kept saying was you need a coupon. I got so irritated I just say okay thank you & hung up. I went ahead and ordered my pizza else where to night & I will no longer use this location. It’s one thing to say you need a coupon but it’s another to be rude to your customers & not even let them finish their sentences. I hope next time someone calls and has a question she lets the customer talk & kindly let’s them know their has been some changes & you now need coupons. Looks like Alma needs to work on her customer service skills, sounds like she really dislikes her job & doesn’t want to be there.
